The quality of the food is great. The prices are very reasonable. When craving for a burger this is a great option.

I came in today and there was a hold up at the register, I'm guessing there was a customer with a complicated order. So what ever not a big deal I ordered at the kiosk, the sooner the cooks get my order the faster the food comes out. Another customer ( young males) returns my food to the cashier saying it's not his. As the cashier tells me that my food isn't ready. ( The text notification saying my food is ready brought me to the front) I'm a little annoyed that they don't check receipts, or proof of purchase. I show her my text recipet and she immediately request the cooks for a remake. I'm glad that she didn't just hand me the returned food. Not impressed, burger bun was dry and disintegrated in my hand. Meat was salty sauce was unscripted the burger just didn't work on so many levels. The onion rings are great even though they're from frozen no sugar iced tea was OK, the machine was out of ice though. When I walked in, I asked the counter person how many ounces the patty was she didn't know the two Cooks didn't know and I guess they were about four or 4 1/2 ounces. This was my first time at this particular habit Burger Grill location here in West Covina in the Eastland Center. I'm a huge fan of their burgers and I happen to be working in the area and decided to stop in. I ordered my food through the app and it was there waiting for me on the shelves as I got in. I double checked to see if there was ketchup or not and I grabbed some at the counter on my way out. Process is very smooth and easy. Make sure to sign up for their rewards club and they're always constantly doing deals here as well. Their Charburgers are really good, and their family deals are pretty good deal especially if you're looking for for sandwiches in combination with fries or onion rings and a salad. The Santa Barbara Char or some of the chicken sandwiches are great too. There are tons of parking spots around in this area since in a big plaza it shouldn't be an issue to find parking. read more

When I am watching my weight, and I always am, I always get the garden salad and a side of the tempura green beans!!! The house dressing is really good!! The salad is less than seven dollars and pretty large, they rationalize the price because they put some of those Beverly Hills type lettuces in it (that I normally pick out, ha ha.) The online description of their menu is not accurate. It now comes with Romano or provolone cheese slices and great croutons. No longer has carrots. I love it because it is very tasty but even better, very large so it takes a long time to eat. My dessert is the tempura green beans. Only 250 cal for whole order!! I used to really enjoy the Portobello Burger, but it just wasn't the same this time around. The portobello and patty was way too salty--so much so that it overpowered the flavors I used to love. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my go-to items, but the seasoning was just too heavy-handed on this visit. The sides were still good, but the ranch dressing was a letdown--it was watery and lacked that creamy texture you expect. I ended up making my own "Wingstop" ranch dressing. Burgers look like they are cooked to order so they are usually hot and fresh. I can't believe they charge for ranch dressing. You don't even get a full condiment cup. Mine was only 1/2 full. Won't be ordering again. Felt a bit ripped off. I love onion rings...but these are overpriced for how many you get in an order. I counted 6 maybe 7. I drove further to this location after my poor experience at the Baldwin Park location. While there is no drive thru at this location, they have plenty of parking. It's located in the Eastland Center, closer towards Barranca. The employee at the register was friendly and nice. She took my order and repeated it to me - everything was correct. I had a couple of the free charburger coupons from corporate and she scanned them all. That same employee was also running orders out to parking lot for the curbside orders. She was hustling. The wait for my food wasn't long, maybe about 10 minutes and my buzzer went off. The manager was packing up my food and asked if I wanted condiments - and I asked for extra napkins. I just can't believe that I saw the manager, Selena, drop some drink lids she was refilling on the dirty floor....instead of tossing them out...she put them together neatly and into the dispenser near the milkshakes!!!! Unbelievable that a manager would have done that. She even looked around to see if anyone noticed!!! How much money are u saving with 10-15 plastic lids?? Sooo freaking gross. This store has really gone downhill. The past 3 times I've been here there has been zero peppers in the trays, I stood and waited a good 10 mins waiting for them to fill them but nobody even acknowledges me. The 1 guy they had up front was running around doing way to much for 1 person, handling the entire front including having to fill ALL the things that were empty (and everything was empty) take orders, also putting orders in bags. I'm currently here and it's the same thing but this time it's not as busy as the last time. The guy told me they have a new manager. Nope nope nope and nope. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Habit Grill last week. I can here on a Tuesday night and tried to order through a kiosk but decided not to since I had a coupon I wanted to use at the place. As I approached the cashier to order, I saw her talking to her coworkers. So I waited for her to finish her conversations before tending to me. After waiting for 5 minutes, she was still talking to her coworkers and never acknowledge me (mind you I was the only one in line at the restaurant besides the two customers who were waiting for their orders to be served). After waiting for some more, she finally "noticed" me and asked me why I didn't order at the kiosk, which I thought was a bit rude to ask after making someone wait to order when you're not even busy. Anyway, once she took my order, I went and sat down at a table with my niece and boyfriend. The food came out within less than 5 minutes and as I went to get some condiments (which was stationed near the kitchen where they make the food), I saw that there were a bunch of trash (which included dirty napkins, french fries, receipts, etc) that were in the floor. The trash seems like they've been there sitting and accumulated for a while. That horrendous sight lost my appetite and question the restaurant's hygiene. ALSO the two customers who were in the restaurant that night never received their food despite ordering before me!!
