They had a large selection of furniture, home goods, artwork, building materials, and more. The prices were very reasonable, and there were some great deals throughout the store. This place is huge. We'd been here once before but the merchandise has a changed a bit. We came here over the weekend looking for some electrical supplies and to see if they had a cabinet that might work in one of our kitchen corners. I'm trying to find something not too expensive but more so if the right size. We browsed the furniture. They have a lot of different things. A couple possibilities turned out to be parts of larger complete kitchen cabinet sets. And the prices were quite high. We looked at the smaller electrical section but it seemed to be mainly used chandeliers and not what we needed. What was new were the larger sections of bric a brac and of clothes. The clothes aware in a couple areas. The clothing prices were reasonable. There were a few women trying on suits and taking up most of one aisle so I didn't get a chance to look through the racks; however, I really don't need any clothes. Prices are a bit high on the other (donated ) goods, I think, as the money goes to the habitat charity. But nothing is inexpensive these days and we did notice some builders scouting out the stock. I'm glad we stopped by to see what they had in store. read more

this is honestly the most expensive habitat for humanity I've ever visited. double or triple the prices more than the H4H stores in stuart, delray, or fort pierce. it's honestly shocking that they sell anything at all. I am not sure how they price their goods but it appears they base it off brand new merchandise because they seem to offer NO discount for it being used. when I mentioned this, the employee I was speaking to said they get this feedback a lot. they need to make some changes to their business model/pricing strategy. read more

No fitting rooms. Great furniture. Good book selection. Some nice clothes... But no fitting rooms and not allowed to try them on in the bathroom. Be aware so you don't spend time choosing clothing that you can't try on to see if it fits. read more

I came here to buy some tiles. I found something I liked. I asked for the price. The first salesman (long hair in a braid) called his colleague to check the price and said I could buy as many tiles as I wanted... 5 minutes later, he (2nd salesman) didn't know, so he called another 3rd employee to check the price, 5 minutes later... Finally, they said they don't sell retail... they just sell all the tiles... Oh my god, I only need 10 small tiles to fix a broken corner of my floor. I think this place should change its name to "wholesale store" rather than Restore. In a pile of bricks, most of them are broken, messy, dirty,...most of them are surplus or discontinue...etc... In the past, I really liked this store because it was close to my house, cheap, convenient, friendly, and willing to sell anything if customers needed, no matter how much or how little...Now it's different, "saying one thing but doing another"...No, not anymore...I won't come back here anymore...Sad. read more

Extremely overpriced. I have been to Many, many restores and I have never seen such ridiculous prices. Who is buying this merchandise? Many things are broken or missing pieces and should be thrown in the dumpster. Until they get more realistic with the prices I don't suggest wasting your time coming here. read more

This location has become EXTREMELY overpriced. For the first time since this location opened in my area I felt disappointed with my recent visit. I DIDNT PURCHACE ANYTHING. I always purchase something. $20 for second hand wall print. $5 for a single glass in a glassware set. $15 for a bowl!?!? How are they making any revenue with these kinds of prices??? Furthermore the men Hauling in all the heavy merchandise were nicer than the people behind the counter! It's a thrift shop not an antique shop and even antique stores aren't beating folks in the head with kind of prices this habitat location is asking. Do better. read more

I love the concept of the Habitat for Humanity Re-Stores. Building materials make up a HUGE bulk of our landfills in this country, and with the amount of renovating going on in Palm Beach County, there is plenty of still-usable building materials that go directly to the trash. Screws, wood, fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows, etc. Salvaging these materials in one central place- for charity's sake - is brilliant! However, this particular location is not the finest example of a ReStore. I have been spoiled by the finery of the Delray and Riviera stores (in that order). I expected to find more of the same here, but the Greenacres location fell flat. The space felt stuffy and dirty; warehouse-y in not a good way. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything (unlike at the other locations). The stock of furniture was terrible: over-priced long-out-of-style items. There were way too many TV armoires- a completely outdated item- priced so high! There are some very specific useful items here- paint cans, painting supplies and hurricane shutters being some of them. But I'd rather head to the other stores than revisit this one. read more

Large store with plenty to select from, although the pricing is regular retail. There are current Target pieces, priced $20.00 less then Target, on the floor. Customers might as well wait until the same items go on sale at Target. The items will be new and less money. Also, what's up with the EBAY comparison fliers ? This a THRIFT store. read more

I volunteer at a restore in South Carolina and in the summer one in conn. I found this restore so expensive, a mirror with the price tag from home goods priced at 200, they priced at 400. I heard the woman at the desk say they were not taking donations because they were full. i,m sorry price your items to sell, price it low let it go , price it high let it lie. I am not saying give everything away but price it so it sells , when I was there last month I did not see anyone buy anything, in Beaufort South Carolina half the people who come in leave with something. read more

Hands-down the most expensive resale store I've ever been to and I've literally been to hundreds across the country. Volunteers are very polite, staff is very rude. Habitat for Humanity is doing them selves a huge disservice by employing the people who do their pricing. They would gain much more revenue for habitat for humanity if they had someone new to do their pricing who knew what they were doing. Best of luck not spending more than retail prices in this store. This is my secret go to for appliances and home repairs. Good place to find parts and replacements. They tried as best I can to keep it clean and neat and so sorry to hear that they're 45th and Military Street store had A fire. The new location is way smaller and doesn't have as much assortment so I can't wait till they move back. Only thing I'm not happy about is they no longer provide delivery and that's a hassle. I didn't know I was too poor to shop at habitat for humanity! Haha. Literally barely saw a single thing under $200. Items I was shopping for was a bed frame, dresser, table, desk, sofa. Expect to pay the same price it would be new. L shaped sofa was $1000. read more

I love Habitat for Humanity restores they are perfect places to pick up something that can be restored and Salvage. The only reason I'm giving this restore one star is because of the service. The guys that are working there are all very nice! They want to help and they are hospitable and they communicate well. The ladies on the other hand are not as nice. They look like they are upset because they have to work they look like they are upset because they have to talk to people and they are unwilling to negotiate any price. I will continue to shop at the restore because I believe in their mission. But I do it very hesitantly and under protest because of all of the ladies that work there. One last note, there should be a treadmill available for all the ladies that work there. read more
