if you're asking ME, i think these rank as some of the best tacos in town. usually i steer away from barbacoa because i cannot stand smoky flavors, but hablo's is my favorite. beyond the tacos, vampiros are a good way to go if you want like double the meat a taco can offer. i was pleasantly surprised at their margarita pitcher - real generous sharing size. read more

They were super busy when we were there but there was still seating and it was a covered 'outside' area, that was nice. The tacos were good I think the chicken were the better of the four types. They have a full bar so you can order drinks too. read more

Holy cow this place is good. Unique but also exactly what you want out of a street taco joint. Great atmosphere, love the pineapple serrano margarita, and the shrimp ceviche was amazing as well. Great outdoor seating space too, definitely will be back! read more

After a handful of visits to this restaurant that were positive, we went two nights ago and were pretty disappointed. During these times, we try to give an establishment the benefit of the doubt if it's clear they are understaffed, etc, but there were several cooks in the kitchen and, yet 2 of 3 items were burned. They shouldn't have been served like that; black tortillas should be a clue to remake the dish. We also ordered shrimp and chorizo tacos that seemed really skimpy this time. Did the tortillas get smaller so they could hold less filling? I don't know, but I hope this isn't a sign that Hablo Tacos is going to start cutting corners and is going downhill. Anybody ever heard of Parilla Grill? We don't even bother going there anymore. This town has too many good options to waste our time with mediocre. read more

I just ordered for the first time online and picked the mushroom taco. The menu states that all their tacos are served with shredded cabbage, oaxca cheese, chopped onion and cilantro. I didn't pick the vegan cheese, but asked if I could have the oaxaca cheese instead. I took it back to work and found the taco just had mushrooms. This is what I paid $3 for?? I won't be returning because, honestly, how hard is it to mess up a taco? Just add the things that your menu states should be on it. What a disappointment!!! read more

I got the Torta del Dia for lunch. It was shrimp. The roll was PERFECT for a sandwich and so fresh. It held up to the shrimp and cabbage filling, wasn't tough, zero drips and not at all dry. The shrimp wasn't overly breaded or greasy. The setup is super efficient. I took the sandwich to go and was texted when it was ready with instructions where to pick it up but someone was handing it to me before I knew it. The daily Agua Fresca was watermelon mint. Yes, it was as good as it sounds. I expect to return often and recommend Hablo Tacos to all my friends. read more

Love this new spot! Definitely some of the best tacos in bend, maybe even better than Sancho considering they have tacos al pastor which are my favorite. I've had both their traditional and hibiscus margarita and they were both fantastic and tasted like what a margarita should! We have gotten take out from Hablo Tacos twice. Both times the food was delicious. The second time two items were missing. They were quick to rectify the problem and didn't charge us for either. In my book, that's going above and beyond. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This place will be a regular for us for sure. read more

DUDE! Stop reading all these reviews and go get some tacos. Seriously, best tacos in Central Oregon. For a new restaurant opening in a pandemic, these guys hit it out of the park on the first swing. The rockfish tacos and fried avocado tacos were fantastic. My wife enjoyed her margarita, and the aqua fresca was so refreshing. We even splurged and had the tres leches, which did not disappoint. I highly recommend this spot. Reminds me of Torchy's Tacos, which is a midwest mainstay. read more
