The red and green salsas were also good. Red having a bit of kick, green was flavorful. I will say that I wish one of them had more heat to it but the acidity and flavors were great. The beef itself was so flavorful and tender, well seasoned, not to mention had the perfect amount in each item. Also, Onions and peppers on the side were cooked great and had me going back for more each time. Also, get the horchata, it was spectacular. This place is small but decorated to really feel like the owners, workers, really care and take pride in the establishment. It had a great ambiance that was full of people on a rainy lunch hour, and I can see why. Don't be surprised when you cut into it and you see that. On the side was a coleslaw that brought some nice heat and brightness to the plate as well. This was not disclosed of time, and legally in Wisconsin an added credit card charge needs to be posted at the entrance and point of sale, and not to exceed 3% of the bill. Our non-cash fee was nearly 4% of the total bill after taxes. That's not cool at all. I won't be coming back, and wouldn't recommend dining here to my friends.
