My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Bonefish Grill! When we first walked in, we noticed the beautiful interior, a sleek bar, and romantic dimly lit ambiance! Bonefish Grill has a great diverse menu specializing in mostly seafood with fish, lobster, shrimp but they also offer entrees like steak, chicken, and pasta! They even have surf & turf options like their 7 oz Barrel Cut Filet & Lobster Tail! They also have fun cocktails and wine to accompany your meal! We had to start off with their famous Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer which is crispy shrimp served in signature creamy spicy sauce served over lettuce! Anytime you visit Bonefish Grill getting the Bang Bang Shrimp is a must! My husband and I devoured the Bang Bang Shrimp it was gone fast! I also ordered the crab cakes which weren't impressive and could have been alot better. For our main entrees, we ordered the sirloin and grilled shrimp. My sirloin was perfectly cooked along with the asparagus and deliciois grilled shrimp. My husband and I both ordered the bacon mac and cheese for sides. We were disappointed in the bacon mac and cheese because it was bland and didn't taste right. The most memorable part of our visit was the amazing top notch service we received from our server! She was very personable, attentive checking in frequently through out our dining experience, and made sure we had an amazing time! If you have a sweet tooth, try their Bourbon brownie with Rich, flourless brownie, chef-crafted bourbon sauce, served with vanilla ice cream. It was heavenly delicious with the rich warm brownie with a soft fudge texture with a unique bourbon sauce that made this dessert out of this world! Took our friend Lee out to dinner in 1/9/2025. Reservations were made for 6:30pm, when we got there we were greeted by a gracious host and were sat close to our reservation time. Our server Chad was great. He greeted us in a timely fashion, took our drink and appetizer order. We were a bit hungry because I for got to take the pictures of the other dishes. For the first time ever, we dined out on Christmas Eve - I'd made a reservation at Bonefish Grill, and we were seated precisely at that time. Our server, Amanda, was absolutely terrific throughout our dinner. She was prompt in bringing us water and drinks, gave us ample time to select our choices, brought our bread and dipping sauce and my piping hot corn and lobster chowder quickly. As it was a holiday evening, the restaurant was full; Amanda made sure to let us know when our food would be arriving. And when it came, it was delicious. I had grilled mahi-mahi with an Asian sauce on the side, with jasmine rice and asparagus spears; the rice was a bit firmer than I normally like, but had a good flavor. My husband selected the sirloin with a shrimp skewer, and had garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. He had nothing but praise for every component of the meal, and said the steak was one of the tastiest and tender he'd had in some time. Amanda checked in during the meal to make sure we wanted for nothing, asked if we'd like dessert (we did, but the meal filled us up), and brought our bill as soon as we asked for it. Kudos to her - one of the best servers we've had in a long time. We made a reservation, as last time we tried, they only had openings after 8pm. We were seated closer to our time at 5:30pm which gave us some time to sneak in for a glass of HH wine! The bar was packed though. Popular HH bar spot. Our server had a lot of tables to deal with so we were mostly undisturbed. We also had plates and drinks dropped off by other staff. It took a bit to get our check and a box, but again, kind-of busy. They didn't open up all tables though - can probably only handle a percentage of the dining room. Didn't mind the extra room around us though. Our food was good but the portions seem to be getting smaller for the same price (or more). We probably won't be back for a while as it's getting very pricey for dinner for 2 these days, but might try the meal for 2 deal if we do. Always love coming to Bonefish! One of the most amazing things they do are their special dinner events once a month or so. We came to the Halloween one and wow such a great experience!! The staff were so friendly and their fun was contagious. Everyone was dressed up in costumes and it put a smile on my face for sure. The ambiance feels special. I have to say thank you as well to the staff: I had to bring my 3 month old and it was awesome they had a carrier stand to hold him so he could be propped up next to me and not on the floor. Being a new mom I'm just so appreciative when restaurants have amenities for parents. It makes navigating social settings so much easier and allows for parents to be able to easily enjoy themselves too! He enjoyed the dinner as much as I did (I think, he slept through it lol). The tequila based drinks were incredible and creative, each course was delicious - the portions were perfect. The main fish of the night - oh my god. I still think about how good it was and it's been weeks! We left feeling beyond satisfied and felt like the experience we were given was a special one. Stopped in today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised when we discovered that they had lobster bisque soup again. I ordered my usual, Chilean Sea-bass with mango salsa, jasmine rice and lobster bisque soup. It was delicious but I did discover 2 fish bones in my piece of fish: some one has to pay closer attention when filleting the fish. The parking lot and sidewalk were not plowed or shoveled but I pulled up to the front door in my jeep so my passengers would have a safe entry. Our party of 8 to 10 has been regular guests annually for several years Two dinners were cancellwd by the kitchen half way though evening for lobster and trout. The waiter offered us complimentary replacement meals. No he charged us full price formeals. His sevicec was awful madevus wait for everything from 6.30 to 10 pm closing. We started with the Bang, Bang shrimp and blackened chicken egg rolls-DELICIOUS! I had the cod dinner and my husband had grilled chicken, broccoli and fries. I would highly recommend coming here because not only was the food great, the service was also outstanding. Our waitress' name was Reality (beautiful name huh) and she was one of the best servers that I have seen in a long time. If you get a chance to go, I definitely would ask for her! I made a reservation for my birthday for 4:30 pm on a Saturday, October 18, 2025. They couldn't find my reservation in the system. Luckily, I had my email confirmation, and I was told I should be seated as soon as possible, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated due to staffing issues. I do highly recommend the social hour from 3 PM to 6:30 PM, if you can find a seat at the bar well worth the price. Finally seated, and our server Brett was a refreshing (two thumbs up). Food was about average. Nothing spectacular would go again for the social hour, but not for dinner. Ohhhh what a night! They pulled out all the stops with this trick or treat tequila pairing ! 2.5 + hours of indulgence and exceptional customer service and parings! After being seated, we waited over 10 minutes for a server. When we politely asked a passing staff member if she could determine who the server for our table was, she replied, "Yeah," kept walking, and did not accommodate the request. (She appeared to be disgruntled throughout the evening, complaining and venting to co-workers conspicuously in a way that would best be kept in the break room.) Consequently we were preparing to leave, but our server happened to arrive. My fiancée's red wine was served in a cold glass, which is an absolute no-no. Bonefish Grill has certainly redeemed themselves as far as we are concerned. The restaurant manager came up and introduced herself and spoke with us for quite a while. Her name is Judi. She's a very sweet woman and really cares about her job and it shows. Our waiter's name is Alex. He's a phenomenal waiter.. Our food was absolutely delicious. Of course, we started with the bang bang shrimp, then followed with the creamy tomato basil soup, and we both had pasta dishes with seafood for our main dish. Everything was absolutely fantastic.! I used to love dining here like a year or so ago. But decided to do a curbside pickup for Father's Day. Big mistake. This is a bowl of chowder with crab clump. No crab at all and the height of the soup was like 1 inch!! Really? Kid got the tender chicken. Look at that tiny little tender. Wow! I'm no stranger to BFG--I absolutely love this chain! I started with the Smoked Old Fashioned, which was fantastic. For dinner, I had the lobster-stuffed shrimp, asparagus, and rice. Unfortunately, the shrimp and rice were lukewarm, while the asparagus was the only hot item on the plate. I sent the shrimp and rice back to be reheated and enjoyed the asparagus separately. After the correction, the rest of my meal was wonderful. I ended with a modified blueberry whiskey sour (due to my fruit allergy), which was a great finish. I placed a to go order, the instructions where to park in a numbered spot and text upon arrival. I did that, and even got a confirmation. Well, cut to almost 20 minutes later still no food. I go into the restaurant and the hostess says, "yes that text notification doesn't work". So rather than change it on their website they just leave their customers sitting and waiting. It was so salty and greasy, I had to order the bang bang shrimp too. The bang bang shrimp was excellent, it came on a generous bed of shredded iceberg so I kind of mixed up and made a salad, delicious and a TON of shrimp. My husband and I made reservations early Sunday afternoon for a mini date at Bonefish Grill since it's been quite some time since we've been there. The restaurant wasn't too busy since it was early Sunday afternoon. We thought that with this decision, we would get better service and could enjoy a nice lunch without the crazy busy atmosphere Bonefish Grill usually has. We were actually quite disappointed with everything. Although it wasn't busy and our server only had 5 tables of at least 2-3 people, we felt forgotten. Our server David took our drink orders and our glasses were very dirty. You can see water stains and smudges. My husband's water had stuff floating in it and my glass had old food stuck to it. This didn't bother us as much as our food arriving to us 40 minutes after ordering and other tables that came after us receiving their food prior to ours. My husband also wanted to order another drink but David never came back to see if we needed anything else or bothered to offer us any refills. After a 40 minute (nearly walking out - since it was a total of an hour since we arrived) our food was brought to us (again being served after another table that walked in 30 minutes after us) our food was dry and you can tell it had been sitting out for quite some time. I had ordered the mahi-mahi with veggies and rice and my husband had ordered the fish and chips. My mahi was dry and overcooked or could've been because it had been sitting out under the window for a while. The top layer of the rice was hard but the rest was moist. My seasoned veggies (broccoli) were extremely overcooked to the point of being mushy. I didn't even have to chew lol I could easily smush it with my tongue and just swallow it. I was also told the mango salsa would be cold so it would come on the side, but it came out hot so that meant our food had in fact been sitting out at the window for a while. My husbands fish and chips was drenched in oil to the point where he could barely eat it. The chips were super mushy from being under all the fish smothered in oil. Inside of the breading, the fish was very dry and he ended up picking out whatever he could to at least eat something before our next stop. We have eaten here on many occasion during dinner rush hour and have never received this poor of service or food quality. Perhaps it was our server forgetting us since he only stopped by 3 times to hand us our drink, appetizer and main courses. It seemed as though he was ignoring our table since he walked passed us, stopped, watched us pick at our food and hesitated then walked away. Eventually we gave up trying to finish our food and waved him down to give us our bill. We paid and left hungry - extremely disappointed because we were super excited to eat there. The only edible thing we enjoyed was the Calamari appetizer and the free bread with pesto. Came to Bonefish Grill on the quest for area seafood places. We started with the mixed seafood and cheese dip. Interestingly the person bringing it just referred to it as a crab dip which it pretty much is. It was ok. Some flavor but a bit greasy. I had the shrimp and scallop scampi. This dish had the smallest shrimp and scallops that I have ever seen. Like baby shrimp and scallops. The scallops were smaller than a dime, really about aspirin sized. For real. I have never seen such small scallops. The shrimp were slightly larger but were very small, maybe about the size of a quarter. There were a lot of them. I'd much rather have like 4-6 each large shrimp and scallops than several dozen miniatures the size of a dime. Flavor was ok. Service and ambience were passable but would not return. read more

Dave at the bar - great and a good pour and they have happy hour from 3:30-6:30 - even if you go from bar to dinner - still low HH prices - the food was very good - quite a good selection - perfect place for a not too high price dinner and drinks - the only thing I didn't like was these chains save money by using styrofoam - there is a global warming crisis and it does not destruct for many, many years and that is not good, neither is plastic - so most food is put in styrofoam - if I would know I would have brought my own container. I really wanted to be impressed, and I really wasn't. We received a $75 gift certificate for Christmas that came with an additional $10 card that had to be used by a certain date. My husband and I made reservations for 12:15 pm. on a Sunday afternoon. There were 2 other tables occupied, so a reservation wasn't necessary. We were seated in a booth, and our waitress promptly took our drink order. I had an espresso martini, and my husband chose a Stella Artois beer. We received a basket with bread, and since we are carb people, we enjoyed it and loved the dipping oil with spices. I ordered the B.A.E. tacos and grand Marnier French toast from the brunch menu, and my husband ordered the cod imperial with sides of garlic whipped potatoes and coleslaw. My dish was basically scrambled eggs with bacon placed in taco shells and a few French toast sticks. I chose to have the bam bam sauce on the side for the tacos, so perhaps that is where the flavor lies. I had to ask the waitress if there was any syrup for the French toast sticks because they seemed dry. She said that "they should have put it on the plate." She went and brought me the syrup. For almost $16. I think I was expecting more than something I could have made easily at home. My husband didn't care for the coleslaw, but that is a personal preference, and he said the rest of his meal was ok. We still had some money left on the card, so we ordered 6 cookies to go. The waitress said it would be a minute because they were warmed up. When we received them and split it, it wasn't that warm, and unfortunately, they were ok.
