Hacienda Motel in San jacinto is officially the worst motel within 50 miles. Not allowed to bring any items inside, they are allowing 'Escorts' to do their thing, no smoking inside except for weed, constant traffic in the AM hours. Peeling paint and plaster coming off walls, broken windows are covered with cardboard/tape, their daily charge is whatever mood their in ($70 or $75 or $75+tax or $90). You have to wait for their inspection in order to get your Cash-Only deposit back. So now your on their time. Check out is sometimes 10:30 or 11am and inspection is 11am to whenever they want to do inspection or they keep cash deposit of $20 or $40 or $60.Rooms are full of earwigs, no weather stripping at door. Graffiti in closets and bathrooms. So if your into a place to do Escorts, smoke weed, no suitcases, lead based paint peeling in paper sized sheets, bugs galore, this is the place to go. read more

This has been the worst room I have ever been in. I booked it through booking.com I checked in at 6pm Lady from office was very rude. Her husband allows her to yell and degrade guest. They need to put effort into cleaning their family business. How could they be ok with renting out this kind of room? When we walked into the room we were greeted with a foul smell of urine. The room was disgusting. They did not give me a refund. I bought cleaning supplies and sheet sets to try to make it bearable. There was no way to get comfortable. I was definitely not going to lay on the bed. Around midnight we decided enough was enough. We checked out. I am very disappointed Booking.com will continue to allow reservations to be made through them for this motel. I also wrote a review on booking.com However they will not share the review or pictures. Besides run service, it's a bad place and then you have to get 2 room just for 1 adult and 1 child cause they won't rent a 2beds room for 5 people even though the kids are all under 15 like do they expect for 1 kid to sleep alone or the married couple to sleep in separate rooms, ridiculous I would understand if it would 6 or more since no way they would fit in a room but 5 2 kids in 1 bed and the baby with the parents read more

The officer was supposed to put her son Daniel Lee Luelf in a mental hospital. But they came with shotguns and just attacked without talking. She was denied freedom of speech in court on Daniels Defense when she had Conservatorship and Power of Attorney. The crowdfunding campaigns are concealed. tiny.cc/rights and tiny.cc/rights1 She was also homeless in Santa Barbara where she reported to Social Security that she stayed in a Homeless Shelter and they stopping paying her the full award amount so she could not save up for a Rental Lease. She died with a black leg and was also injected at Sun Valley or Menifee Hospital she had pictures of the bruises on her after medical treatment on her phone perhaps the number is tiny.cc/txtmom. I personally have never stayed at a hotel because I cannot get a Drivers License and The DMV never sent me an ID after I requested a refund for them taking away my drivers license. I cannot get a housing lease or bank account to accept any community donations. I only ask that you assert your right to Freedom of Speech in court. IF you only need very simple needs and do not plan to spend time in your room then stay here. As promised, satellite television, microwave, refrigerator, free wifi, pool, and sitting area. Then the ugly, check in is through window not the lobby, ice machine 25 cents, $5 deposit for remote, and the room was not clean and needed repair. $45 per night maybe if that is all you. My wife and I thought we were going to have the perfect Valentines Day getaway vacation from MN. Hacienda in SoCal looked warm, with picturesque mountain landscape views, looked perfect. Come to find out swimming pool ice cold, 4 ft high showers ice cold, skimpy on shower soaps, only room service was a rude Indian manager that didn't speak English. "Nearby" golf course is 18 miles, only shopping looks like the corner liquor store. I wouldn't recommend this place to a roach. read more

I would give this motel a -5 bit that isn't available. I got a room and before going to the room me and my grandchildren went to get groceries for the fridge. When we got to the room my grandkids opened the fridge and found cockroaches. Very disgusting. Ok this hotel is so nasty and dirty. The lady who works or owes it is so rude and mean we ask if we could have our room cleaned she told us here's trash bags you take out your own trash never wanted to give us fresh clean towels. Then when we came back our door key wouldn't work when I went up to the office after I paid for the room and left they told us we got charged the wrong price and asked for more money I gave it to them and then they said they didn't have rooms it's was all booked after I paid for my room and had put my stuff in the room. Don't stay here! I hardly ever write reviews, but I just had to for this. We got checked in, couldn't even open our door and had to have the manager get us into the room. Then we finally got the door open and the whole room just reeked of gas. We were afraid that if we turned the heat on, the whole place would blow up. Lastly, and worst of all, when we were trying to put our clothes away we found a FREAKING CRACK PIPE in one of the drawers. That is so not ok!! Obviously the housekeepers did not even clean the rooms well enough to not notice that. After all of that we decided that we just couldn't stay there, but luckily the manager was nice enough to refund our money without any trouble. read more
