Despite multiple conversations and a clear vision for my wedding day, including specific details for our cake florals and centerpieces, what was delivered fell far short of what we agreed upon. One of the most frustrating parts was the tall centerpieces. We had specifically agreed on gold hollow stands (which were the most expensive item), but on the day of the wedding, she used tall clear vases instead, which I had told her I did not want. This change was never discussed or approved by me beforehand. After the wedding, I tried reaching out several times to resolve these issues and was completely ignored. No explanation, no apology, just silence. I have never written a negative review, but I would not recommend this florist to anyone looking for a dependable, professional, or detail-oriented vendor for their wedding.
