It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. I've waited at Berman's 3 hours just to get an old change and tires rotated. Not only that, but the guys there were great to deal with, especially Nabor. He didn't dismiss my concern, but he also fairly pointed out that neither of us could pinpoint when the damage occurred. He offered $150 toward the replacement cost, which I accepted. I think that was a reasonable, good-faith gesture, even though covering the cost of one tire would have felt more satisfying.
