I've really enjoyed doing business here! As being a first time car owner, I was nervous about purchasing my first car. They treated me like family, listened & addressed all my concerns & eased my worries. I was proud to have bought from them. Pricing on the cars was great & very fair. The buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles!

I am suprised to be thrilled with a used car dealer. I have bought a LOT of cars over the years and basically assume that a car dealer's job is to screw the customer. I was looking to buy an inexpensive, but reliable convertible. In Chicago, the best time is in winter - I found my car in July. The price was fair, the condition was terrific, and Ted, the owner of Elite, was straightforward and a gentleman. I was concerned about a few minor issues the car had and Ted said that I shouldn't worry, he would take care of it. we shook hands and I thought that was it. A few minor problems cropped up and I called, full well expecting to hear some polite version of 'tough luck'. Ted simply asked when I could bring the car in. He and his mechanic quickly addressed the issues - WOW. They have been in the same location for over two decades and I can see why. I have already recommended Elite to several people and won't hesitate to continue to do so. Even if you're in the city and Elmhurst seems too far (its not far from the Eisenhower Expressway) it is WORTH the trip. And my new convertible is named Sophia. You are welcome to wave when you see my driving around.

The dealership smelled like car urine and they don't go by KBB... They try to rip you off like a typical shady used car dealership

A huge shoutout to Wilson Quiñones--he was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I also have to mention Megan from the BDC department. Her cute video reminder about my appointment was such a nice, personal touch--it really stood out and made me feel valued even before I walked through the door. And I absolutely love my new 2026 Acura ADX--it's everything I wanted and more! Overall, top-tier customer service and a great team. Highly recommend Napleton Acura to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience!

Very Disappointed I…read morepurchased a truck from this dealership four years ago, and unfortunately it has spent about three of those four years in the repair shop. From the beginning, the vehicle had ongoing mechanical problems that have resulted in major repairs, countless inconveniences, and a tremendous amount of stress. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I was sold a warranty that did not cover the repairs the truck ultimately needed. It feels like the dealership knew the vehicle had serious issues and placed me in a warranty plan that offered little to no protection for the problems the truck was experiencing. As a single mother, I depend on my vehicle not only for transportation for my child but also to earn a living. The constant breakdowns and repairs have made it extremely difficult to work, keep up with my responsibilities, and provide stability for my family. Despite making payments, I am now stuck with a truck that requires major repairs and is worth far less than what I still owe on it. I expected a reliable vehicle and honest guidance when making such an important purchase, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Buyers should thoroughly research both the vehicle and any warranty coverage before signing a contract.

I told them when I took it to Autozone the code came up P0014 Camshaft/Timing. 3 years ago Kia put an engine in my car. I said that timing should have not went out in 3 years. The service clerk said we have to look at the vehicle because we have to do our on diagnostic. Okay fine I had my vehicle towed because you couldn't drive it cause it will cut off. A few days past they did the diagnostic and I was told it wasn't a timing issue it was my battery needs mounting. Terminals and wires. that was causing the check engine light to come on and read different codes. So I ask if I get this fix that will resolved my check engine issue I was told yes. Now mind you I had a list of other things that needed to be fix on that diagnostic as far as tires and things but they told me this was my main issue. So approved that work to be done and I also approved to do the coolant flush that was on their diagnostic because it said no coolant in the overflow per diagnostic. Couple days past didn't hear anything so I called any updates on my vehicle.. the service clerk said the mechanic didn't want to release because there is a leak in you upper radiator hose. Now this was not in the list of things needed to be repaired in diagnosti. So I asked why it wasn't the clerk couldn't answer. So I said fine do that too. So next day I said I'm going to take off work to go up there because maybe I need to show my face because I felt things not being done right. when I got there the hose work wasn't done and they telling me another 4 days take it they had my car since June 16th and now it July 9th. I said no I will take it now to another mechanic for the radiator hose because I can get done today but the issue with check engine light is done right and service clerk said yes. I paid and got in the car the car won't start. Service clerk tried will not start. The mechanic came out put in neutral to get started. Now when this happen I never had this issue with my car. The gears are really hard to move. No explanation. I left cause now my blood racing. I drive my car which is 8 minutes away to the other mechanic about the hose and check engine light back on. Long story short took back up there to Kia had to get manager to get it look at and the original code p0014 came up that I told them before I got it towed in. Now the service manager Brian pretty much told me today I'm SOL. They not fixing it or giving my money back for the miss diagnostic. So I'm left with getting a lawyer. Worst experience of my life!!!! I would never put any money into that car knowing it issues with the motor that Kia put. I will not down Kia as a whole right now but Ed Napleton Kia in Elmhurst I will never go too. For sure I'm done with Kia vehicles.

There has been no resolution and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I made an appointment to test drive a car. After sitting down with the sales agent, he asked if my husband would be joining us. So condescending right off the bat. Do you ask solo male clients if their wife is coming? I test drove the car , and other than this comment all was well. I was not ready to purchase today as I am testing a few models and want to be informed. I told the salesman this and that I would be in touch. He then told me I could take the car home tonight and come back with payment on Monday. I said"so I can try out the car? Would I be signing any paperwork?" He said, "yes you'd be signing all the paperwork." I said, "I'm not doing that". As I rose to leave, he stopped me and said he wanted to give me his card. I waited, and he came back with his boss who also tried to get me to sign paperwork tonight. The boss guy also inferred that taking out a loan when you are not sure that your first loan was paid off would be a perfectly reasonable and same thing to do. This is predatory. Would I have been taken seriously if I had my husband with me? Maybe? But I'm paying for this car so he's not a required participant in the sales aspect. I'm sure you'll find someone else to buy that car, boys. I will never be coming back.AFTER THIS, I had an appointment at Napleton Valley Hyundai and the difference was night and day. Helpful, no pressure. So it's just these guys, not the whole Napleton group.
