Drove 4 hrs for an i8 with my fiancé. Excited to get into a car I'd had my eye on awhile, I pulled into the absolute maze of a parking lot. We could barely get in or out. Harrison was incredibly inpatient and confrontational with the process. No test drive nor rapport. Rushing us into the office and insisted I put 5k on a VENMO CARD as they "don't accept wire transfers" and have been "burnt before" . Told us the car was in incredible condition. Sent videos and answered all our questions. We didn't need to finance and paid it all. Once we paid, they stopped answering our calls. And when we did get him on the phone, he almost sounded irritated. We called to ask for an ETA for delivery, which was like pulling teeth. Once the car arrived we called about the pink slip and they didn't have it yet but was supposed to send a temporary permit to operate with the car.... that didn't happen. So we called to ask where it was and it took a week+ to get it. It took 2 months to get the pink slip (which we needed to register). We knew that a smog was most likely needed by we didn't expect for the check engine light to go on shortly after receiving the car. That cost an additional $9,000+ to fix. I should have done more research into this dealership because had I read the reviews I would have known better. Stay away from this place if you value your $ and honesty from a business. read more

My daughter bought a 2011 GMC Yukon XL from Nick Leverso and Harrison Wright. They assured her that it was in very good condition and sent pictures. But they did not photograph the bad things. Maybe on purpose? They shipped the vehicle to Wyoming and what we received was not what we were expecting! It is rusty and has a lot of things wrong with it. Broken back seat with the side completely missing, the rear window defroster wires hanging, the air conditioner is broken with the clutch vibrating, the air ride suspension lines cut off, the dash broken, etc. I have been talking with Harrison trying to get it returned and he says, NO! Very disappointed with this dealer I purchased a car they told me it had it had a warranty. I bought it on May made my first payment and the car started to make a noise toke the car back they had me take it to another place. Then I toke it to that place they told me the issu was the motor they I contact them they said that they will contact the place for them to be aware that I was going.got to the place they had no clue that I was going to go no communication with repair place then they ask what that said. If the warranty will cover why? They had me resolving the issue I contact the warranty place no answer never return the call. Contact them back they had me take somewhere else and noting happen they then had me drop it of and they gave me the estimate charge me the diagnostic test to find the issue gave them never responded back. They ask me to pick up the car to find another place for the work. The car is another shop i think that I should not be the person running around finding a place for the work it should be them they are the ones that are selling cars with the guarantee they should be the one helping DO NOT BUY CARS they just want to take your money they do not care for the people are considering for the working Go somewhere else. [RANT] Please read for an honest experience- I had posted a 5 star review on here or on Google, regardless, I was ASKED basically to do that, not knowing what I was getting myself into later on... I had gone in alone (not the smartest decision, considering being a woman, dealerships prey on that), and it being my first time buying a car under my name, and walked in and was greeted by a younger guy and his dad (family ran business, so I figured I would be treated more fairly than a traditional dealership). I found a car in the $6k range for a 2010 Toyota Camry and had just gotten an engine replaced for about 110k miles on it. I test drove the car and noticed the Check Engine light was on.. also, the tires were worn. When I had asked about the check engine light, the man's response was "it's not a big deal, it's usually just an old code or something small"... I respectfully trusted him and liked how the car drove and for the price of the car, I was able to get financed and drive away the same day basically. BOY DID I MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE. Almost within the same week, my battery died and when I called to tell them to fix it, they said it was a "new" battery.. lie #1. The way the dad talks and bosses the son around too is such a red flag, clearly he has no people skills, purely just cares about the money and that's it. After calling pissed off, he referred me to a mechanic nearby to get the battery replaced since it was under warranty. When I took the car into my local mechanic to get the Check Engine light looked at, it turned out the cadillac converter needs replacing and also the motor is bad.. THE CAR WAS LEAKING OIL THROUGH THE EXHAUST. I constantly have to fill the engine oil to keep the car from making noises, or else I literally have to replace the whole motor... which doesn't make sense considering the car would be better off Totaled.. so I called the dealership AGAIN LIVID this time, and accused them of selling a car with a bad motor KNOWINGLY. They flat out didn't do anything for me and told me "it's your car now, it's as-is and we won't help you because it's costing us too much".. so I've basically been filling my engine oil constantly to avoid the $3k motor replacement.. OH, and the engine mounts were also falling apart at the time and now is costing me another $1k.. if I had known about all of this before purchasing the vehicle, I would've easily passed on this place.. PLEASE DONT DISREGARD THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. And don't pay attention to the 5 star reviews because they literally ask everyone to give them 5 stars knowing they don't give a shit about the customer. They're money sucking leeches who don't know a thing about business, and WILL 100% scam you.. Didn't end up purchasing a car from Lucky Motors but I wanted to share my experience. Here's some background. On November 16th 2024 I went to go look at a 2006 Porsche Cayman S as well as a 2013 Mustang Convertible. I drove about 40 minutes to the dealership and upon arrival finding the entrance of the dealership was like navigating a maze. Every dealership I know of has at least 2 entrances minimum, anyhow after parking next to a fast food chain on the left side of the dealership I walked over to the front entrance of the dealership to find nobody inside. I must have waited about 10-12 minutes before finally speaking to the only person there. Harrison told me he would be right with me while he was helping another customer. He then grabbed the keys and walked me out to go look at the Porsche. As soon as we reached the Porsche he immediately got a phone call. I understand you should return your customers calls but shouldn't you be focusing on the customer when he or she is present and possibly wants to buy the car? He goes to start the car up for me and it almost doesn't start leading me to believe that the starter is bad. He then just walks off and quickly says to just test drive it. Didn't even ask for my license? I finally asked him before he walked away don't you need a copy of my license? He says "oh yeah" and takes a picture with his phone. All this before I even got to looking at the car in depth. Finally I begin to look at the car and the Cayman badge on the back is faded. I finally take a seat in the interior and its dirty! Not so bad you couldn't stand it but enough that it was not presentable for a customer to look at. Finally I put the key in and decide to take it out on the road. The brakes defiantly need to be replaced but other than that it drove ok. About halfway through my test drive I notice the gas is almost empty. What kind of dealership doesn't fill the car up with gas for a test drive? Finally I get back take one last look at the interior and decide to turn the car off. Little to my surprise the key wont come out of the ignition! It was an absolute shame seeing a car of this caliper not being taken care of at all. Finally I have to call Harrison to get him to come out of the showroom to have him take the key out of the ignition and he cant remove it either! We then talk about the car and I'm already completely turned off by the idea of this car so I ask him if we can test drive the mustang next. Well big surprise the tires are bald on the mustang. I didn't even bother to look for all the other problems with the car as I was already discusted by how this place can even make money or call themselves a dealership. To sum up my experience below: This isn't a dealership, its a local junkyard. The people who work here aren't salesmen, they are just trying to scam you out of your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT DRIVE HERE AND DO NOT BOTHER LOOKING AT CARS IF THEY BELONG TO THIS JUNKYARD! Very glad I didnt end up purchasing a vehicle from here! read more

Bring it back next day. They take it in. They screwed up the gasket seal. After another few days finally get it back. 1400 charge. No discount due to their screw up. Avoid them for repairs. I Guess I'll start at the beginning. Lost my car in a bad accident and wanted the same exact car. It's pretty rare and took weeks to find another in the same spec. I finally found what seemed to be the perfect replacement, but out of state. I contacted lucky motors and inquired about it. By no means did they try to sell me on it, just claimed it was perfect, no issues and zero imperfections. Most dealers will work with pricing, but they said full retail or nothing. Wow, but it was what i wanted so i finally agreed. Car was set to ship on lets say monday, no word from the dealer. Next day, the car is going under an additional inspection and oil change apparently. Horrible communication the entire time. Next day, i get a text saying here is the carriers number, get with him on your car. At this point i know this dealership is your stereotypical shady dealer. Car finally shows up, with a dead/bad battery so we had to install a new one which at my cost being a service shop was over $200. Instantly i see the right rear wheel well was rusted, which was not in pictures, we wont even mention the 8 plus dents that were hidden during the photo shoot. I pop the hood, and the engine is corroded like the car sat next to the ocean for months. Wait, they said they did an oil change? Why is the oil filter rusty like its been on for 10k miles. I run a tire/service shop, so i wanted to check the balance on the tires. The left rear was actually run flat, and ready to blow. The right rear was full of water somehow. Being awd i had to replace all 4 tires before i could leave work. This is all in the first 2 days i owned it. It literally took 2 months for me to receive the title in the mail from them, hence why i waited to write this review untill now so i knew for sure i actually owned it. Did i overpay? Yes, did i love the car? Only after i had to correct it out of pocket. Did lucky motors out of villa park screw me? Yes, lawsuit worthy even. I should have trusted the reviews online. I was looking to buy a car they had posted on their website. I started online for my credit application. Talked to the dealership, let them know my check for the total loss of my last car would be to me on 2 days. They asked for a deposit to hold the car, I told them I didn't have anything to put down at the minute. The man told me he would hold it for me, because I was coming for sure in 2 days for that specific car. The day my check came, I called the dealership and they let me know it was sold already. After my credit was ran 5 times and dropped significantly because of them. Would never do business with them, they are liars and dishonest. Two hrs later?? Really! Then to solve the issue sold me on warranty to fix problem. The experience that I have had with Lucky Motors has been terrible and a reoccurring nightmare that has cost me over $2,000 and has left me without a vehicle for over 3 and a 1/2 months. Upon purchasing the vehicle I noticed it may have been leaking gas. We agreed that I would purchase the vehicle with a signed agreement that the vehicle would be fixed. The mechanic and sales associate assured me that I could drive the vehicle home and bring the vehicle back over the weekend to fix the small gas leak. Driving the vehicle home it stalled and needed to be towed back to the dealership. The dealership kept the vehicle for over 3 months with little communication of completing the repairs. The dealership did provide me a car during the time of the repair, but when the vehicle was returned to me it continued to have problems. When I asked for a repair log of all the work or parts the dealership used to fix the vehicle-they were not able to produce the logs or receipts of the parts they reported they purchased. The car continues to leak gas and it is not operable. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership but have not received a plan of how the they will remedy the issue of them knowingly selling me a bad car, tried to cover it up and now continues to ignore me. I was extremely happy to find the car I wanted with the right color as it was the only one within a 500 mile radius! I took the car for a drive, loved it! Everything went downhill from there! The owner posts his cell phone number for people to call and yet doesn't answer or respond to the calls! I purchased my car on August 28th, plates expired September 27th, guess what yall??? I am LITERALLY RIDING DIRTY!! WHY??? Because they don't have the title work and I cant plate my car!!! It is 50+ days later and my plates are expired! Called the office numerous times, spoke with RJ, (who by the way was great) and he has tried to do what he could. Only to find out later that, there is nothing else they can do! Everyone is saying, "I'm sorry" but no one else's license is at risk! How do you have a half million dollar vehicle sitting in your show room and cant make sure there are measures put in place so that YOUR customers don't have to risk getting tickets? This experience has been overwhelming! I will NEVER purchase a vehicle through these people again! There is no sympathy or understanding as it relates to the fact that my plates have been expired for nearly a MONTH!! I called the owner. left him a voice message, even text him and he STILL has not responded! News for Chris, if you were a little nicer life would be much easier!
