In front of store on sidewalk These people are rude and bad quality!

Just bad people working there and that own it. The food is very poor quality and the service is incredibly bad. They seriously don't care about you as a customer. They are next to an alley and always park on the sidewalk as well blocking everyone! Don't eat here it is garbage!

    Fries are good

I really want to give this place a 5 star, based on the sandwiches, but can give the over all place anywhere near that. The sandwich I had the Royal Haida was fantastic. The bread warm and fresh, even though a friend brought it over through the snow. Still fantastic! But the rest of the food just wasn't anywhere near as good. It just didn't make sense. The pizza no bueno. The burger, smeared in the 'secret sauce' that wasn't much of a secret, extra Mayo in the 1000 island. Fries were good and I'm sure if we had them fresh would've been spectacular, and the wings were okay. Yes I tasted it all. Would I go back, absolutely. But anything other than sandwich and fries is a waste of stomach space and calories.

I am so glad to try this place. I had the Haida Royal my partner had the chicken special. Still thinking about it right now. The bread is so crispy and fresh like how you get in a Banh mi , veggies all fresh(mushrooms are canned but I didn't mind) , the sauce has just a slight spice. If you can, eat it right away in your car, the satisfactory breaking of the sandwich in half, and the moment your teeth hit that fresh crunch of the bread. Mmm . Hands down - I will have to get a sandwich here now anytime I'm out there. There's so much meat in this sandwich , but it's hard to stop at one bite ;). I highly recommend getting a full sub so you have some you don't have sandwich remorse of why didn't I get a full size?! The staff were all wearing masks. In addition I watched the staff clean the counters throughly after the skip the dishes delivery picked up to pack their bags. She also informed me on their points program they had as I had enough for an appy when I return next time. Just remember when you go here use your check in coupon on yelp as I was sized I mean side tracked by their subs. They have more than just subs here too. From subs , pizzas, burgers and even huge catering platters.

My Iranian friends say that this place is very close to the original. We had their sandwiches hot and cold and the pizza, we liked it overall. They are loaded with meat, chips and veggies. I preferred the hot ones. We also tried the non alcoholic beer which was refreshing and very fruity.

With a few chicken wings already eaten.

Came for lunch and was completely satisfied. Had the roast beef sandwich and it was packed with meat, bun was toasted nicely and just overall delicious. Came back another day and had the chicken burger and also received a free appetizer from rewards points. I ordered the honey garlic wings. I could tell the chicken wings were fresh as the plastic spoon peeled the chicken off the bone without any effort. My coworker ordered the the chicken burger and got the chips & cheese appetizer. Awesome !! A definite must try if you're in the area !!!

This is for the amazing cashier and the amazing sandwich we had!! Man!! I'm telling you the vibe in that tiny place is fantastic. The cashier was so cute and nice and fun to talk to. We went there twice on our visit to Vancouver even tho our hotel was about 30mins away and it was because of how much fun we had there. If you've been away from Iran for a long time I'm telling you, you NEED TO visit this place and try the Mexican corn it has this irooni vibe that we all miss. Unfortunately I forgot the girl's name But if you are reading this You are amazing And btw I love your curly hair

If you are looking for fresh and delicious sandwiches and pizzas in North Vancouver, I really suggest you here! They have different kind of cold and hot sandwiches. We ordered Haida Special and Beef Gigot! Both of them were so good. I believe one sandwich is enough for two persons because each of them are really so big! The price of foods is really good in compare of food sizes. There is free parking in front of restaurant and you can order online or use their special app.

Great sandwiches, little pricey for a sandwich I think, but food was great and the girl working at the counter was both beautiful and very polite. Business had a lot of customers which means they have great food on a Sunday evening when it's supposed to be slow. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town

    The classic

My first time here and I ordered the Haida classic and a small chicken pizza. The restaurant was very clean and staff were friendly. The sandwich itself was delicious, the only negative comment I'd say is that they forgot the potato sticks! but still it was really good combination of cold cuts. The pizza was good but I think the sandwich was better! If you do plan on trying the pizza the portions are very small and if you're going to share definitely order a medium or large.

Shocked at all the good reviews. Cheap ingredients and unappealing sauces. Subway is a few blocks away and much better.

The lighting isn't the best, as the staff mostly rely on the large entrance window for natural light. Service Quality The staff was kind and friendly. They are more than happy to help you choose a sandwich if it's your first time. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Menu Variety Their sandwich selection is excellent, and the bread is particularly noteworthy. They also offer a couple of iced tea options, which is a nice alternative to water. Food Presentation If you're dining in, your sandwich will be served in a plastic basket lined with wax paper. For takeout, it's wrapped in the same wax paper. Food Taste and Quality I ordered the Spicy Italian, which had just the right amount of heat. It was generously loaded with greens, and the multigrain bread was fresh, likely baked that morning. Portion Sizes The portions are substantial. I was only able to finish half of my sandwich for lunch. Price and Value The sandwich cost about $15, which is on the pricier side. It would have been nice to see it priced around $12. Overall Experience and Recommendation If you're in the area or heading to Horseshoe Bay to catch a ferry, definitely stop by S'wich for a sandwich. I will definitely be returning to try other options on the menu.

They both had great meat-to-bread ratio. It gave what it promised, and it felt like a clean eat, which I appreciated. I'd stay away from the coffee though... Maybe it's because I'm from Portland where coffee is literally so good everywhere, but the americano was mid at best.

We must like it, we even bought their cookbook to try some of the recipes, especially the Fondumental, which dragged us back there again and again. It wasn't nearly as plentiful or as yummy as we remembered it, but it's still good. The sandwiches and soups have always been rib sticking and tasty. The ambiance has remained the same over the years, a little dark, but the fireplace and the vintage posters are cool. Our server Gary was excellent, Johnny on the spot with all that we were looking for. Their wine and beer is all local, which is a thing these days. My lobster bisque with the FAB salad hit the spot, and the bread piece was exceptional. The lovely K had the onion soup which she liked although said it could use a little more salt. If you want to enjoy a hearty meal on the North Shore down by the water, but not on the water, give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

Make sure you try the lobster bisque as it's one of the meatiest I've had to date; full of that shellfish flavour. The French onion soup is an eye catcher but the broth could use a bit more richness and flavour. Beef bourignon was suggested and I'm glad I took the friendly waitress' recommendation as it was a warm hug on a deep plate. I'd opt to swap for roasted potatoes instead of the mash but the mash does soak up all that delicious stew. The jambalaya is full of different proteins and if you're a fan of that, then I'd make sure to eat this perfectly cooked rice dish. I finished off with a banana bread pudding which was exactly that, banana bread in that bread pudding form; Personally I was hoping for bread pudding that was banana flavoured but it was still ooey gooey goodness. Burgoo should be packed to the brim with this menu for these prices and the friendliness of the staff!
