First time at Haidilao and I had to make a review because the service and food were so good! It was our first time at any Haidilao and our server gave us a breakdown of everything! He even asked us what kind of level we liked our sauces and went ahead and made us 2 sauces of his own! We had to ask him how he made it but it was THAT good. So when this place opens up in GA just know i got the secret recipe. Food was delicious we got the AYCE bundle and chose thai tom yum and a spicy broth (forgot the name) When we left our server gave us a little gift!! I wish i remembered his name but 10/10 would come back again

Spiciest option by accident! Classic spicy soup base with the spiciness cranked up

To start - the staff was very understanding! We got the spiciest broth option (classic spicy soup base but we cranked up the heat) for this hot pot and we were clearly struggling from the amount of napkins we had. He took note of this and offered to swap out the broth. We had an assortment of vegetables (spinach, enoki mushrooms) and they were incredibly fresh. The Angus brisket was great - 2 orders of those filled us up. The vibes are spot on with a classy hot pot restaurant with traditional values. I really enjoyed the theatrics of the person in the uniform dancing - that was a sight to behold. I'm giving this 4 stars because I wish the portions were larger, but that's just me!

I made a reservation about two hours before for three people. When we got there, the hostess opened the front door for us, remembered my name, and we immediately got seated. We decided to do the $29.99 AYCE which had many options! I ate a lot of different types of meats and everything we ordered came super fast. The service was great as well and we all got aprons and hair ties. The bathroom was super clean and had mouthwash as well. I've been to the California locations and the experience is pretty similar but this location was not as crowded as I thought it would be.

Had lunch for our group of 7 on Sat. The place was not super busy, so we were seated right away. The restaurant was clean and the AC was great since it was humid and we just flew in. I love that they give you aprons and hair ties! It's small practices like these that can set a business apart. :) Service was fast, items ordered were fresh and portion sizes were good. We opted for bone broth and tomato broth. Both were good and I enjoyed the variety of proteins and options available. The soft tofu dessert was a bonus.

My brother recently surprised my daughter for her birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises ever. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We loved choosing our own soup base along with meats and vegetables to cook at the table, which made the whole experience even more fun and interactive. The kids had an amazing time, especially watching the robot serve food. They also made my daughter's birthday extra special by singing to her, and the pasta twirling performance right in front of us was such a fun touch. To top it all off, the complimentary soft-serve vanilla and chocolate ice cream was the perfect ending to a wonderful celebration.

Haidilao is really good but it's expensive bordering on overpriced. The soup bases was good, the meat really high quality, lots of different choices, and attentive service. Haidilao has it all. However, I still think it's way expensive There are some protein items that are in like the $50 range... A thing of uncooked noodles is $5... An assorted order of vegetables is $10+... I can't even imagine taking a big group here. The bill must be into the HUNDREDS or even more

This place had a very nice decor and the staff was very friendly. There was no issue with the restaurant and the staff but we did have some issues with our order which I blame the tablet used for ordering. I want to give the benefit of the doubt to the staff trying their best. Another issue, was not having a good itemized copy of what was ordered and paid for which when having issues with items does not help, again I blame the tablet not so much the staff. All in all the food was ok but it was extremely pricey for the quality and the experience. It was not a horrible experience but definitely not the greatest. Hopefully everything gets resolved but until then, I probably will not be back.

Amazing! So much fun for the kids and kids at heart! Great diversity of the menu, but the icing on the cake was our server Christian. You HAVE to ask for him, he will not only answer every question, make you special sauces, give amazing recommendations and even give you a balloon animal! So much fun! 5 Stars for Christian !

Great, authentic hot pot! We're so lucky to have Haidilao just 5 minutes from us. It's a lively, welcoming spot that's perfect for dining with family and friends. The beef belly and A5 wagyu are standouts. My favorite broths are the bone broth (3 Delicacies soup base) and the tomato base. We had never tried the tomato broth before, but our server recommended it--and I'm so glad we did. We'll definitely be back whenever a hot pot craving hits!

Omg this place was amazing! First and foremost the service was impeccable--KHANH was so attentive and gave great recommendations for 1st timers! He also has a dipping sauce that he makes which really took the cake. The environment is fun and clean. Food was good quality and plentiful. All and all a good experience. Will be bringing everyone here for our hot pot destination. Thanks again!

Tom Yum, Pork Broth, & meatlover combo (please excuse our napkins)
    Jen A.

Yum, yum, yum!! Me and my daughter love hot pot and decided to give Haidilao a try while we were in the area. The restaurant is fairly large and really clean. It is located in a shopping center right near the 99 Ranch and there is ample parking. We didn't realize we should've made a reservation before we arrived right at peak dinner time on a Friday night. But they thankfully had a one-sided two seat table open. But I would highly recommend that you make a reservation. Our server was so friendly as he explained the menu, ordering system, provided his recommendations. He also provided us with hair ties and aprons to help make sure we stayed clean while enjoying our meal. He recommended to do two soups for variety and not over crowding. We went with his suggestions of Tom Yum Soup and Pork Bone Soup Base. Both were so flavorful. We also got the meat lover meat tray, vegetable combo, and dancing noodle. The dancing noodle is where they hand pull and dance the noodle then place it into the soup for you. We both loved it and really liked the noodle which we both agreed tasted very "noodle" in the best of ways. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return! Hope they open one closer to the Fort Worth area one day.

We visited after seeing the "all-you-can-eat" photos on Yelp, but later learned that option is only available during specific hours. The pricing was quite high--after ordering an appetizer, three trays of meat, and some shrimp, our bill was close to $150. Despite that, we still left feeling hungry. When we arrived with a stroller, we received some unwelcoming looks from staff, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the noodle dancer was entertaining, and the atmosphere was very loud and energetic.

Did you know you can get amazing merchandise through their reward program? I can't wait to unbox my 14 Haidialao world four tridge Mognets +organizer set. Will make a video and share. I am so excited to share I love to celebrate birthdays here since every staff and guests their will sing birthday song for you. Food and services are always good and the restaurant is always clean and nice that why we come back so many time to build up our reward points

    How much is dinner?

The best deal is combo, $20, but only available on weekdays. The average price varies, about $50 ~ $150.

Stupid question, but is there any way to just buy the soup base? I love the Tom yum, but can't come out too often. Not sure if there's any way to get it lol, saw there's Haidilao soup packets for Tom yum online, but they're all sold o it 😭

Hi George! We are glad to hear that you love our Tom yum soup base, you can always call in to place a pickup order for just the soup base, or we are open on UBER as well. Hope we have answered your question!

Do you all have lunch specials menu like they do in CA locations?

    No why would they.

Is half portions available yet? For the a la cart add in items like the original stores?

    No.

What are your vegetarian options, if any?

Hi Lisa.M We do have several broth options for vegetarian, as far as the food is a long variety of vegetables available.

Are half portions of food available yet like the original stores?

Half portion of what are you asking? They have soup pan with dividers for 2 or 4 flavors.

    Do you take American Express?

Let them try swiping it and see.

Are you open for lunch as well?

Yes they are open for lunch as of writing this

Can i bring my own alcohol in?

Yes, but they charge a fee if you bring your own alcohol.

Is it allowed to bring a small boxed cake in for a birthday?

Yes, I've seen people bring in their own cakes but I would call to double check in case it's changed

Can they accommodate for large groups?

Yes, have been with a group of 10. Probably the max that would fit at a table

Do they have private room party that can accommodate up to 16 people?

    No.

Do you have gluten free hotpot?

That's a great question. The answer is yes! we do have gluten free options, the Mala spicy vegetable oil soup base and plain water option. Other then that we have all kinds of protein and vegetables you can choose from the menu that are gluten free.

    Are there gluten free options?

    Is it BYOB?

    Yes

Is there an all you can eat option like Happy Lamb?

No, it is al la cart only

What number do we call to make a reso? The number provided just gives a dial tone.

It gives the dial tone because they are super busy with incoming calls and unfortunately they only have one phone line. Try calling right when they open at 5pm!

Why doesn't your phone number work? I've been calling several times a day and in the evenings.

Try again and this time during their business hours.

What is the phone number for reservation? I tried the one listed several times, but no one answer.

Who said you could make reservations.

Can I make a reservation online? Or do I need to call?

As of right now, it is call only!

Our pork bone broth was delicious and we tried many kinds of meat and add ins, and they were great with sane portions. Didn't really feel like we missed out on anything by not buying the extra charge items and we both filled up quickly. There's little desserts at the sauce bar, and also a few things off the menu. We tried them all and found them neutral overall in flavor; nothing impressive, but still pleasant. The difficult thing about this place is the price. A few $ more than Seapot, but you also have to pay for broth, which can add up to $14 more PER broth, which is why bf and I only got one. So while I'd say this place was very good, Seapot is better value and would be my choice over this place. However, bf and I agreed that this place is definitely a better choice over Hai Di Lao.

The house spicy broth was very spicy and gave me a small bout of diarrhea a few hours later. I will stick to the pork broth next time. We ordered lamb, pork belly, beef belly, and beef tongue. We also ordered squid, octopus, and quail egg. They put a cart by our table to put all our meat and sides on, which was nice. The sauce was alright. They had soy sauce, vinegar, shacha (Chinese bbq) sauce, and sesame oil. My bf did not like the shacha sauce. When one person on the table ordered a (non water) drink, everyone on the table was expected to get one. I just got water though, because all their drinks were sugary.

The tables are already set with plates, utensils, and pots with water and seaweed (kombu) 4 out of 5 for decor and ambiance I wish I could have liked the food more, but here's my honest opinion. I paid extra for spicy miso broth (I think an extra $2.50). They mix spicy miso paste into the water that is already boiling at your table. Even with hot drops, it was disappointingly bland. There are 3 dipping sauces: garlic teriyaki, ponzu (surprisingly sweet which I didn't enjoy), and peanut sauce (again bland). Nice that the sauces are unlimited, too bad they're not delicious tho. There were many choices of meat. I chose choice ribeye. You order by the ounce here so I ordered 8oz. High quality meat for the price. They give you a really small plate of veggies to start, but then if you ask for more (it's unlimited) they give you a giant bowl of spinach, tofu, carrots, mushroom, cabbage, and broccoli. You're also given white rice and your choice of noodle. I chose ramen, but it wasn't your usual ramen noodle. It was a tiny bowl with a handful of super thin noodles that took a long time to cook. 3 out of 5 for food Would I come back here? Yes! There aren't any other Japanese shabu restaurants around AND Sonny was awesome!
