Oooh this was so delicious and such a great post hangover dinner. Fantastic quality AYCE and their sauce and appetizer bar is excellent

That little cow spice bomb is cute and all but it packs a wallop! It's super spicy! While this restaurant is AYCE, they do charge you for the broth and there are some "premium" items that are not part of the AYCE. I like Liuyishou. While not as high quality as Hai Di Lao, it's still tasty. Nothing much more to say since this is your usual hotpot restaurant. If you go on the weekend be prepared to wait in line.

The beef tallow broth and the house spicy broth were really good! The meats were cut thinly and had a really good marble on them. There were a variety of sides that you can order and the service is super fast. The sauce bar also had a lot of options and some desserts too. We were seated super quickly but the tables filled up fast so you would want to get there slightly early before the lunch rush. The restaurant is well lit and didn't feel too crowded.

I came here last week Wednesday and all I can say is WOW! Liuyushou has Delicious hot pot broths , quality meats, a large sauce bar, and great service from the waitstaff. It really doesn't get better than this if you are looking for great hot pot! My husband and I decided to try the spicy broth, tomato broth, and the pork bone broth. All 3 were good, but my favorites were definitely tomato and spicy. The tomato was like...tomato sauce but much lighter and fragrant, almost delicate with other herbs in it. I haven't had something quite like it before and am now obsessed! The spicy house broth was delicious, with lots of chilis and the tongue numbing szechuan peppers. I got medium spice level and it was perfect for me. Their organic pork and marbled beef were by far my favorite meats. The homemade noodle was excellent , and their bok choy was fresh. Get the sesame sauce and mix a little bit of oyster sauce, garlic, sesame oil, generous helpings of cilantro and green onion and you have yourself the perfect dip for your meat. I do like that while it is all you can eat, the quality of the meat was good. Nothing was overly fatty or chewy, and there was no gristle to be found! I can't wait to come back!

I can say this has become one of my favorite hotpot place in Dallas! You pay for individual fee + additional charge per soup base and everything else is AYCE. We got the house special spicy soup base and house special pork bone soup base but honestly to my taste, I did not like the pork bone soup but spicy soup was the best!! They have variety of meat and sides to choose from and they were all super fresh. My favorite of them was the shrimp paste! The service wasn't the best but no complaint about it since the restaurant was very busy! The restaurant is spacious yet when we went, it was so busy and fully filled that it didn't feel as spacious.

Popped in here for a random Wednesday dinner and luckily we beat the rush! They got super busy here but thr staff remained very attentive. It's an all you can eat with limited protein options but they're pretty high quality! I loved the amount of unique noodles options they had, like this wide green glass noodle. Never had it anywhere else! The broth was very flavor and the level of sichuan spice was numbing even for mild, still enjoyed it though. I'd say pricing wasn't too high for what you get. Their sauce bar is probably smaller than other places but it still had everything I typically used. Would come back again! It's a good place to have on rotation for hot pot

I love this place, the food is super good, and the service are super nice. This is my first try and gives me more flavorful experience.

Another new addition to the AYCE hot pot scene in DFW. Honestly this place might be my new favorite spot. They have high quality cut meats and every topping I usually order at hot pot (variety of vegetables, seafood). They also have a great sauce bar that's very organized. The broth selection is great and I really enjoy their spicy broth. At that day however, they did not have their iconic cow butter to add to our broth so it was missing out on the umami and spice. But other than that, everything else was great. Service was normal and the place is super bright and aesthetic. Great spot with friends and family

This was one of my first times trying hot pot and it was so good! I went with my best friend who was a lot more knowledgeable about what to order so that really helped otherwise I would have been lost haha! It was delicious! I would love to go again. The server was also really helpful and friendly and they offered free ice cream at the end.

Tyler is a straight boss. He makes the best dipping sauce, gives good recs, and provides the best service. The hotpot here is pretty good. They have a humongous menu with many of my favorite items. They are known for this cute cow that is made of beef tallow that you can bath in the soup. The broth is extra tasty with it. The chicken soup with fish maw and duck with Chinese pickled radish are both pretty unique and my favorite ones. I'd also recommend the green tea lemonade here. Super refreshing! Sauce bar is great. It has everything you'd want and then some. They have little snacks and desserts there.

If you love heat, this is your place, though I'll probably stick to the milder broths next time. The broth was well-flavored and the meats were excellent quality. Compared to other hot pots, the vegetable selection is a bit more limited, and they offer a variety of paid drinks like milk tea and canned sodas. Including drinks and changing the seafood / freezer items was probably one of their best decision ever. While the interior layout remains mostly unchanged, prior to the change I was a little worried about their business because it seemed kind of slow after other new competition opened in the area but I'm happy to see them make changes for the better and thriving. Meat quality is excellent, service is friendly and now they include a homemade shaved ice dessert which is cool. The only unfortunate thing is that they've bumped up their "basic" menu quite a bit and kinda priced me out of what I would call a quick casual go-to meal. While I am happy they are doing well, it's just not a place that I can frequent anymore especially being that my wife doesn't eat that much anyway. Would have been nice to have a slightly lower tier option available as not everyone cares for Wagyu. Definitely still an authentic hot pot experience though!

I chose the Premium option, which was almost $50, and for that price I expected a much better selection. The meat section was very limited, and the vegetable selection was honestly pitiful. I've been to many Korean BBQ and hot pot restaurants, and this was by far one of my worst experiences--especially considering there is no Korean BBQ included for the price. But my biggest concern was FOOD ALLERGIES. IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGY, PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. I have a potentially fatal food allergy, and the setup made me very uncomfortable. The burners and soup bases are positioned right next to each other, creating what I felt was a risk of splashing or cross-contact if the soup base beside mine contained something I'm allergic to. For someone with a life-threatening allergy, that is not something I can take lightly. High prices, limited selections, and an experience that left me worried about my safety made this an easy decision for me. I WILL NOT BE BACK. If you have food allergies, please ask detailed questions about the setup and cross-contact precautions before you eat.

But the side dishes are my absolute favorite! Although the chicken and dipping sauces aren't something to fuss over, they're not horrible. Great value there - Fairly large vegetable/noodle/etc bar - Waiters were incredibly attentive - All meats tasted high quality CONS: - No true "sauce bar"--I kind of tried to replicate my usual combo using the salad supplies and sauces - The meats are clearly made for either the grill or the pot 80% of the time with very few that can do both. For example, pork belly (grill) is different from THIN pork belly (pot). Beef belly worked best in the pot. Chicken worked best on the grill. Etc - Beef broth I got for my hotpot was decent but worse than most pork bone broths I default to For the same price as Seapot, I'd still personally prefer Seapot. But I think this place does best a lot of competition like Nan and Hai Di Lao. Give it a try for sure.

The tables are already set with plates, utensils, and pots with water and seaweed (kombu) 4 out of 5 for decor and ambiance I wish I could have liked the food more, but here's my honest opinion. I paid extra for spicy miso broth (I think an extra $2.50). They mix spicy miso paste into the water that is already boiling at your table. Even with hot drops, it was disappointingly bland. There are 3 dipping sauces: garlic teriyaki, ponzu (surprisingly sweet which I didn't enjoy), and peanut sauce (again bland). Nice that the sauces are unlimited, too bad they're not delicious tho. There were many choices of meat. I chose choice ribeye. You order by the ounce here so I ordered 8oz. High quality meat for the price. They give you a really small plate of veggies to start, but then if you ask for more (it's unlimited) they give you a giant bowl of spinach, tofu, carrots, mushroom, cabbage, and broccoli. You're also given white rice and your choice of noodle. I chose ramen, but it wasn't your usual ramen noodle. It was a tiny bowl with a handful of super thin noodles that took a long time to cook. 3 out of 5 for food Would I come back here? Yes!
