I was on a waiting list at numerous repair shops for MONTHS due to hail damage. I had a random run-in with a hailco account manager, McCoy, who was nothing less then informative and charming. They ended up coming all the way to my house to inspect my vehicle and had my vehicle looking brand new in less then 2 weeks. The hail damage our car endured was pretty bad. Hailco is a great hail repair experience. I had hail damage dating back to last year and procrastinated the repair until I was helped by account manager named Rich. Working with Rich has been an exceptional experience. I was able to get my car repaired for no money spent except for a refundable $50 deposit for a rental car. Hailco handled the experience with my insurance co, paid my deductible, paid for a five day car rental, and made my car look brand new. They got me in and out of my first appointment in 30 minutes, 10 of which were spent on hold with my insurance company. First appointment included looking over my car, calling my insurance company, and setting up a rental car and a location to meet and drop off my car / pick up the rental car. They got an insurance agent to visit the day after I dropped off my car, and they had it fixed the day after that (usually it's not that fast, more like ~1 week, but if your insurance doesn't cover a rental they'll cover it). The next day my insurance company called to ask if it was OK to issue a check directly to HailCo. I said OK, they issued it, and I didn't pay a cent. It works because 1) Your deductible wont go up for hail damage, but area codes will, and 2) HailCo doesn't have a deal with the insurance company so they can fix more dents in ways they want to do it, but charge the same $$ per dent, so the deductible ends up being pretty negligible. NOTE: If your hail damage is too severe they might have to turn you away. I had pretty minor damage. If you need actual body work done they'll have to refer you to a body shop. Looks like every negative review on here is from people who they weren't able to help. If they say they can fix your car, they can. read more

Our BMW was damaged in the last hail storm. Because so many other cars were also damaged, the insurance company was going to take weeks just to estimate it. We were able to get the car into HailCo, and they took care of everything. They arranged the rental car, they dealt with the insurance, and they did a great job getting the car back to looking great. Marcus made it easy to get my vehicle repaired. He took care of all the paperwork, made my claim with the insurance company, coordinated my rental car and delivered my car back to me at the rental company so I didn't need to run all over town! Hailco paid my $500 deductible so it cost me absolutely nothing to get the hail damage repaired. They did a super job with repairs and you would never know there was hail damage to begin with! Great experience from start to finish. Jeff went above and beyond assisting me in repairing my truck. First, I needed the use of a truck for my rental and was given one at no additional expense. This place is seriously as good as it gets! I know it sounds like it's too good to be true -- they'll pay your $500 deductible, and make sure you have a rental car too (I had rental coverage through my insurance, but Brandon from HailCo who helped me and is amazing, said that even if I didn't have rental coverage through my insurance, they would set me up with a rental car at no cost). Brandon was nice enough to take me over to Enterprise and get my rental car, and my car was repaired (expertly, I might add) in about a week. I found HailCo. on Facebook and was obviously very skeptical at first. The deal seemed too good to be true and with the amount of damage I had I was concerned. But after a short conversation with Casey I realized that this was a professional group of guys that knew what they were doing. The communication was beyond excellent and I couldn't have felt better leaving my car with them. I was updated daily on where my Jeep was at with the repairs (I had extensive damage and was on a time crunch). They even coordinated the rental of a car so I was able to get to and from work while the repairs were getting done. Exceptional group of people over there, doing professional work and treating people like real humans. Not bad. I have them at three for four reasons. #1 - my truck was returned to me with a dent from the damage still there. #2 - I was told that I needed to drive to the shop to get it fixed - taking time out of my day and costing me money for something that should have been fixed the first time. Would have liked for them to take it back on the spot to complete the repairs. #3 - once arriving at the shop, I walked through the lobby - no one there. Walked into the shop and despite several people there,no one acknowledged me. I had to seek someone out to help me. Once helped my truck was made a priority, but I was not given any place to go while the repairs were completed so I just stood in the shop while it was finished. Once done I couldn't find the shop manager and there was no wrap up or apology to the visit except by the tech. I would expect some kind of follow up from management given that the job was not completed correctly the first time. #4 - I dealt with 5 different people, two who came out to schmooze to get the job, 1 who returned my truck after it was completed, the shop manager, and the shop tech. Would have been nice to be able to deal with one person throughout. People were very nice, results from the repairs look great, but the fact that it wasn't completed in full the first time, the hassle of having to go back, lack of consistency in communication resulted in the rating of 3. read more

It took a while to get the work done, but that was the fault of the insurance company, not Auto Hail Co. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in about four months ago for an estimate for hail damage and was told that if did the repair then the estimate for repair would be 3,000. But if I waited for a few months the repair would be 800.00. I returned a little over four months later to get the repair and was told by the very same associate that I had talked to before the repair would be 1,600-2,000. When I asked why it had changed he tried to get me to take my car to his dad's shop because he could give me a better price in stead of honoring the price he had given me originally and made me wait four months. The associate then said he could do it for less but the paint would most likely peel off and he would not warranty his work. HailCo bent over backwards to achieve customer satisfaction. They worked hard with my auto insurance so my truck did not end up being totaled from the damage caused by the hailstorm. I was surprised when the provided a rental for me; not just once but twice, when the truck was still in the shop and I needed transportation for work. While it took longer than i expected, Richard Law was on top of everything and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. I was so impressed at the result. My truck looked so much better than when I bought it. No one can believe that it was badly damaged by the hail, because of the excellent job they did. There was not a trace of the damage. TLDR: They didn't end up fixing our car, but the service and honesty gave me confidence in their ability to do so in the future. Hailco were wonderful - and they didn't even fix our car. I started out with a very dodgy vibe after being approached in a parking lot. My spidey senses were screaming - it sounded too good to be true. I checked their reviews and it seemed legit. An assessor came to our home and convinced us that they could fix 95% of our hail damage.He explained how some of the dents were possibly a little too deep and the metal may not be fully recoverable. It still felt a little off, but we decided to give them a go. They met us at a car rental facility and took care of everything. They drove away with my car, we got a rental. There was a period of no contact, and I had to chase them up. It turned out that there were a lot more dents that were too big for their PDR. I spoke with the owner who said he would be willing to do the PDR repairs they could manage, then send our car offsite to a body shop. Whilst it all got too complicated, I was very impressed that they did not try to fix my car to 95% just to get our money. I was really pleased with their honesty and understanding, and there was no attempt to try and sell us on a less than perfect product. They were happy to let us have our car back and take it elsewhere, with no out of pocket expenses to us at all. I would definitely turn to them next time we're stuck in a hail storm and would trust them to do the job well. read more

If someone knocked on your door with a flyer talking about how they can fix hail damage on your vehicle with absolutely no cost to you, I bet you would be a little skeptical. I know I was. However I decided to give it a shot, and I am not disappointed with the results. My 2010 F150 had HORRIBLE hail damage to the roof and hood and after only having my truck for a week it looks BRAND NEW! I had existing hail damage (almost 2 years old!) on my vehicle that I had put off repairing due to my regular shop's availability to get it in (and the amount of time they would need to keep my car for the repairs). Thankfully I did because HailCo was amazing to work with! They covered half of my deductible, got me a rental car (even though I didn't have rental coverage at the time of my incident), and got my car completely through the repair process in under two weeks. I consulted with Brandon and Alec regarding my hail damage and honestly did not care for ever getting my hail damage repaired as I was prioritizing my bumper to be replaced at the time. They went over how they would work directly with my insurance company and mentioned how they could take care of my bumper in addition to the hail damage. I was so skeptical at first considering I didn't know much about body work and was being a snob about where to take my bmw bumper to be fixed. I haven't written a review in some time. But the guys at HailCo motivated me to give a high review. Jeff took care of me and convinced me that they could restore my car from more than $7500 worth of hail damage. Service was excellent. I was given a tour of the work area and saw how the dent removal process was done. All of their technicians have at least 15 years of experience. I was then driven to the car rental facility and given a car. Jeff left me with his card and a promise to keep me informed. 4 Work days later he called to tell me about the damage in more detail and to let me know that the Insurance Company had scheduled to look at the car. After Insurance approval the car was repaired better than before the hail damage. Prior to leaving with the car Jeff did a walk around with me and explained what they did to fix the car. He dared me to find any dings that they missed. I couldn't find any. He also told me that I had a 6 month guarantee that they would fix any dings that I found after returning home. I wish I could rate based off the services I received but instead I have to rate from the services I was denied. I suffered hail damage from a pretty bad storm and received a flyer from Hailco which sounded great since it promised no out of pocket costs. When I first called I spoke to the owner and let him know that I already got the damage appraised through insurance and would be getting a check soon. He arranged for one of his reps to come out and look over my car. (The rep had to reschedule last minute because he got held up, but no big deal, things happen.) When the rep came out it was a Saturday morning. He looked over my estimate and my car and did express that my car was in a "gray area" about whether or not the car could be totaled. He didn't seem to be worried though and we set up a time for me to get a rental car and give them mine the next Tuesday. Fast forward to Tuesday morning, I received a text from the rep saying he needed to speak to me about my vehicle and would call in 30 min. Not the best message to receive and then have to wait for an explanation by the way. I get the call and it was explained to me that after thinking it through owner was too worried that insurance may total my car so he was refusing to help me. Yes, he told me no we will not be taking your car into our shop today. My option was to wait until October in hopes that insurance would be less likely to total my car. I expressed that I didn't want to wait at least two months for repairs (especially since I had a badly cracked windshield) and the rep said sorry but the owner made it clear that he didn't want the car in the shop currently and that they wouldn't be helping me. I get that company's need to make money but I'm just amazed at the fact that I had been working with them for two weeks and 2.5 hours before I was due to give them my car I was told nope sorry. How is that good business sense... Luckily I was able to find a new shop who were beyond accommodating. The whole situation was a major disappointment but in the end if someone doesn't want to do what they advertise than so be it. I just hope any future customers can have a little more notice if the owner decides to back out. read more

Jessie and Alec provided outstanding customer service and delivered on every commitment made to my wife and me.
