Some years ago, I came across this place, and I am so glad I did. The shop is small and unassuming, but inside is a full range of beauty service. I came first for a highlight and toner, and I still do- but I have also tried some of their other beauty services- and would recommend those too--in particular the brows. The women who work there are not only talented but also down to earth and sweet. I genuinely enjoy seeing them. Anna did my nails. 1st one redone and the middle finger is lifting, it hasn't been 2 weeks since the time she did them. SMH she do not dust the nails enough to lift any of the oil from the nail. As a result, the nails are lifting sooner than anticipated. This is sad because I see the other post saying how she did an excellent job. It is impossible. And it's not from doing dishes because I don't do dishes. read more

I took my daughter to have her hair done for her engagement photos. The photos were going to be done at the beach and she wanted a beach wave. I called my stylist and we came in and Anna gave her a wonderful style. As you can see in the photos it came out beautiful. They were so reasonable and treated her very special!! Anna went over and beyond for my daughter!! I come here regularly and they are so reasonably priced and we got the same result if we would have pId hundreds for her hair style!! I am totally freaked out w/ what Jenny did to my hair . My hair was down to my waist!! I said DO NOT LAYER JUST TAKE OFF DEAD ENDS! and FEATHER sides since I cut the sides and messed it up!!! She fricken chopped my hair off EVERYWHERE! my back is all choppy in layers and above my bra strap!! 7" easy she took!! I will not pay !! She could offer hair extensions but shed probably get that wrong!! Do Not Go To Jenny she is a destroyer! Its just opposite of what she had done time before. DISGUSTING PLACE!!! 2/19/2023 Asked for pedi/mani , pedicure was done wrong from the beginning, the old lady who clean my toe nail she cut my nails too short, cut my toe as well today I woke up with painful toe nail the same nail file she used to file my nails she use to file my feet as well. Manicure was done incorrectly as well. No cuticle prep at all, she used the same file she used on my feet was used for my finger nails, I asked her and lied she said "no" after seeing her grabbing the same filer. We have been going here for over 2 years. We will not be back. Regarding hair: My daughter had her hair cut today by Jenny. Came home and discovered it is VERY uneven. We went back to ask for our money back because the cut was so bad she didn't want it touched by them again. Jenny refused and said everything was done well and right. See the pictures. It obviously is uneven and not right. Jenny just kept repeating it is in a "V" and layered. Yes - but the "v" should be in the middle of the back NOT on the right side of the head. The haircut is extremely uneven. Then Jenny blamed the hair cut on my daughters dry hair. What?!? Her dry hair is the reason for being cut unevenly? And if the haircut is right, as Jenny is saying, what does dry hair have to do with anything? Then another stylist stepped in, Jennifer, and offered to fix it. Wait. Jenny says nothing is wrong. After Jennifer ran a comb through it, she offered to fix it. So which is it? Fine or needing repair? It is a bad haircut and the response from Jenny is unprofessional and unacceptable. My daughter had to make a "rescue" appointment at another salon today to repair this bad haircut. I do NOT recommend this place for haircuts with the exception of Shon. She has done a good job with my hair previously. Regarding nails: I stopped getting acrylics here because they were poorly done and kept lifting. Had acrylics over 15 years and never had this problem. Kept being told it was me. Something I was doing. I even tried a different nail person here and, even after mentioning acrylic was left on my skin several times, I still went home with acrylic on my skin which I had to file off and I again dealt with lifting nails. Started going to another salon and I've never had a lifting problem again but I did have to have the old set from this place removed and a complete new set put on due to this salons poor quality. I do NOT recommend this place for acrylics. read more

I made an appointment for styling and extensions to make my hair voluminous. My hair are straight and I wanted them to stay straight. I showed them the pic of the style which I wanted that was straight hair with volume. But they made it curly. That was not what I wanted and they kept on telling me I don't need extensions for which I specifically made an appointment. I have to kind of push them to put extensions . So after pushing them they kept few extensions. They don't listen to the customer by the end they do what they feel will look good on customer. So in the end I got curly hair with some extensions which againI have to push them to get it done even I made it clear while making an appointment I Want Extensions . I paid them full amount with tip, came home washed my hair made them straight kept all of extensions with the help of my friend. It was a waste of time and money for me. read more
