I tend to yap and she made sure to have some small talk while focusing on the haircut. It was my first time going into a salon where it's just me and the stylist and now I CANNOT have it any other way. I fly all the way from Missouri to get my hair done here. I have been coming to this salon since Jenny and Jennifer purchased the salon 18 yrs ago. My boys grew up going to this Salon. Whenever they visit California they stop in to get a haircut or even a pedicure. Every person in the salon does great work. They take pride everything they do. I have never left unhappy. I sit down and they make me beautiful. I trust them so much it's been 15 years since I picked my haircut, my hair color, I don't even choose the nail polish color. There's no other place like Hair and Nail Connection. Richard, Shawn, and Anna are all superb stylists. Everyone who works there are professional and really know what they're doing. He gave me suggestions on how to make a hair mask from vinegar and eggs whites and asked me to use it regularly, so I did. My hair was really nice until he gave me chemical cut. I remember the day it happened he was recording making videos of my hair as he was working on my roots. This session went much faster than the others and I thought that was odd too. When I reached out to him AND provided photos of my hair breaking off, he changed his tune and said some damage is normal and tried to gaslight my about how it is normal to lose 100-150 hairs per day with a Google screenshot- as if I don't know the difference between hair breakage and hair falling off from the scalp. I tried to reach out again with photos again and he totally ignored me. I absolutely do not recommend him and regret that I recommend him to a family member. I hope he hasn't messed up her hair. He is not a blonding specialist even though he talks like he is. Please find someone else to go to and save your hair. He was extremely unprofessional and uncaring about his horrible mistake and carelessness with my hair. The damage he caused my hair is going to take years to recover from.
