She was so incredibly gentle and initially she reassured me that there would be no pain. Of course, I did not believe her because unfortunately my first experience was pretty painful as was my touchup appointment a few years after. Anyways, Haka improved my eyebrow shape and perfected my brows. She definitely brought them back to life and I am happy to report that there was no pain. I was seriously shocked at the drastic difference from my first experience to my experience with her. I also got two beautiful little dainty tattoos, so I would highly recommend her for all of your permanent makeup and tattoos. as if that was not incentive enough to book with her, her shop is absolutely adorable, super clean, and she has the best coffee.

We settled on dermaplaining, which I have never done before, and the day of my appointment was great! Her setup is very clean, well decorated, and inviting. I felt very comfortable and was relaxed within minutes of the service starting!
