Recently moved to the SouthBay area and I wanted to find a good hair salon. As many know it's very very hard to find the right hair styler. Andee is by far the best, she left my hair looking amazing. I've had some bad experiences from haircuts to coloring. My hair was very long (down to my waist) needed to get all the dryness, orange/yellowish color gone. I decided to get a short/medium length haircut and Andee was definitely the right person. I hesitated for a couple of months because I wanted to find the right person for such a big change. She was very detailed from cutting to evening the weight of it (i have curly and thick hair). Also a huge plus was k didn't have to deal with any of those awkward/forced conversations, she has a very sweet personality. This will be for sure my place to get anything done on my hair. Andee is an amazing colorist! She had her work cut out for her when I walked into her salon! God bless her! When I called her she asked me to come in for a consultation. I was there for the consultation maybe 10 minutes discussing what needs to be done to fix my hair color. Remind you I had just gotten my hair done by another stylist at a different salon..... which when I saw the original colorist I brought in pictures of what I wanted and I ended up walking out with ashy brown orange hair... not what I asked for!!!! I'm soooo happy with my hair. I came in with yellow hair that was supposed to be gray and she turned it gray. Yay! I'd been trying to get it this color since August, so much time and $$$$ later she got it to be where I wanted it. The last hair lady didn't change the color the last few times and it kept being yellow. The purple in it looks funky and cool. I really like it. The cut looked nice when I left, but I can't do what she does. It just looks ok, and that's being generous, when I do it.
