I had an appointment with Will and he was beyond professional, competent, and wonderful to be around. I was given refreshments as well as joyful conversation. Will asked me questions throughout my salon session and ensured I was involved every step of the way, even making sure my part was how I liked it with gel. She not only cut my hair beautifully and gave me exactly what I wanted, she was lovely to talk with and get to know. I really appreciated that after she was done drying and cutting, I had asked if I could take off a little more length, and she happily obliged.
