When I moved to Dallas, from Los Angeles, in 2010, I was a bit concerned because finding a new hairstylist can be quite a challenge (and I've been using the same girl since I was 6!). I had been googling when a few reviews on a message board recommended "Beauty Brands" as THE place to get your hair cut. Hoping for the best I called and made the appointment - later that week when I came in I was introduced to Michelle, who I immediately knew was on point. Not only did she quickly evaluate my hair needs, hair type and best styling options, she also never pressured me. Never. She, in fact, was so honest that she told me that if she were me she would never dye her hair because my natural color is excellent (thank you! :D) and she was in love with my curls. To say the least, I never had want to see anyone else. I soon followed her to her brand new business, Dahl House Salon, where she gets to be her own boss and I get to inadvertently support her better quality of life. I love that!
