After that terrible experience, we went to blow dry. Same thing. Hard brushing, and rushing to get me out. When I got to the counter I was asked to show my Medicare card (which was I had not been asked to bring with me). All the info from the card was on the questionnaire, but they still refused to give me the booster shot. I gave up and went home. There was a great deal of grumbling from other customers who had equally long waits, for prescriptions and other vaccinations, and who had to deal with rude and clueless employees.
