I went back and forth attempting to schedule for weeks and tried to book on three separate occasions. When I finally called and someone answered, there was a significant communication barrier, and the call ultimately ended with the person hanging up on me. You're correct that I've never received a service at your salon--but that is precisely the point of my review. I repeatedly tried to become a customer and was unable to successfully book an appointment. My review is about the customer service and booking experience I personally received. If your salon is so heavily booked that you are unable to accommodate new clients, I completely understand. However, potential clients should simply be told that upfront rather than spending weeks attempting to schedule an appointment that is never confirmed. The cut turned out pretty good, but the 4 stars comes from the stylist having multiple clients at once, with an assistant doing the finishing touches/styling. I was not a fan of being passed off and I did not like how the gal was styling it. The master stylist had to come over several times to correct her. Overall, the salon is nice, clean and products are good. Just wish I didn't feel like a number when paying over $100 for a haircut.

We asked for layers & we agreed a good 1.5 inches to cut off the dead/dry ends w/the stylist. During her service, the stylist did not section nor measure any part while cutting. I gave her the benefit of the doubt as all stylist have their own way of cutting hair. To cut the story short, here's the BEFORE & AFTER - stylist wanted to charge $75 for LONG & THICK HAIR. I refused the price & she said it's the end of the night & didn't want to argue & said $65. Paid it as furious as I was & left. She didn't copy the highlight placement beyond the front piece which I already had. How these haircuts even look similar to her is beyond me- I wanted those bangs and I got late 90s wisps. I asked for a gentle taper to the back but got a straight cut that looks more damaged than before. After 4 hours in the chair I wasn't about to waste anymore time asking for something she clearly couldn't deliver.
