We waited for about 40 minutes, and we were both taken back and given our pedicures at the same time. The pedicure felt great. I don't normally get pedicures, because I am terrified of getting a fungus, And it had probably been five years since my previous pedicure. I upgraded to the spa pedicure, that included a salt scrub and warm wrap, it was nice. My legs were cool and tangling for about a half hour after pedicure. I wasn't as impressed with the paint . I had a crack in my toenail and asked if it could be taken care of, and they said they would fix it with powder (a man told me they would fix it, and a woman who gave me my pedicure), but they never did. They also didn't use a basecoat, which isn't the end of the world but I always use a base coat so the polish holds better and so when I remove my polish, it doesn't discolor my toenails too much. The salon itself was clean and bright, and appeared to be well ventilated, which are all very important. All of the staff were courteous.

Recently, I bought my wife a $100 gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. My wife gets a…read moremanicure with S&S. Within a day, the manicure, S&S, chipped, which my wife has gotten for years at other places, and she's never had this happen. Her pedicure was just getting her toes painted??? When my wife brought the chipped nails to the owners attention, she did fix it. She blamed the product but she's the one who chose the product. Sadly, it wasn't free, it was for an additional charge of $60 to fix the problem, and she used the same product??? Guess what? They chipped again. I'm not wasting another $60 to correct what shouldn't have been an issue. Personally, this was very disappointing. From my understanding, a pedicure isn't just painting the toe nails either. I would have painted them for free. Most businesses, when confronted with a faulty job, will usually correct the problem with little to no charge because they don't want reviews like this. Sadly, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere. I'd encourage the owner to choose quality products while giving quality craftsmanship. Maybe consider goodwill instead of overcharging.
