My biggest issue continues to be the OWNER repeatedly canceling my appointments. This has happened more than once, and it is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers arrange their schedules around appointments, and our time should be respected too. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cancellations are coming from the owner herself. As the owner of a business, I would expect you to set the example when it comes to reliability, communication, and customer service. If a customer repeatedly canceled appointments, I'm sure it would be considered unacceptable and they could potentially be charged a cancellation fee. So why should customers be expected to simply accept repeated cancellations from the business? I have tried to be patient, but there is only so much inconvenience a customer should have to tolerate. I am leaving this review because this was genuinely my experience, and other customers deserve to know what they may encounter when booking here.

She duplicated a Jane Fonda do from a photo perfectly. Sadly, it didn't make my 84 year old wrinkled wrinkles face look like Ms. Fonda's. I goofed asking her to make it shorter thinking to prolong the time between trims to save money. After a night's sleep on it, I couldn't duplicate the fabulous style. Next time I'll go with her first instinct also known as experience and expertise. She does a great job and is very enthusiastic and bubbly to boot. Noticing her glamorous long lovely do and red lipstick added to my trust even with my days to attempt glamour long past. The cost @ below $40 is probably pretty reasonable these days too. She told me she would prefer not to add highlights only because I'd go back to having to get it retouched every 6-8 weeks and because she loves the way my grays look.
