So typical of Hair Cuttery, I've never had a good experience at any of the locations but I tried to give them a second chance based on this locations decent reviews. They just charged my daughter $86 for a SIMPLE trim of the length of her hair w/ wash & blow dry when it was listed as $54! I'm sure it's some bs about a "long hair" charge but I wasn't there to talk to them and she was too embarrassed to ask. They didn't even trim her bangs, it was a straight cut of the length of her hair. They are swindlers that should be horribly ashamed of themselves. And can we talk about the fact that this happens to my teenage girls way too often? I'm sick and tired of businesses preying on young girls b/c they think they can. Have been coming here for years, but stopped months ago. Every time they cut my son's hair it's too short on either side and it looks a hot mess. I don't have an issue with anybody there not speaking English, but I think they just don't understand what you're asking for. read more

I take my son here. When he's with me seems he always needs a haircut. Then again make that new clothes, due to growing so fast. The seating area is comfortable enough. Obviously nothing fancy but it works. What I like is the convenience factor. No appointment is needed, and usually it's not too busy. The staff here are very friendly. From when I did have hair, they do a good job with a clean and sanitized shop. That's helpful and parking can usually be found. Their prices have gone way up. They aren't alone on this, but have since found a less expensive option. If time is of the essence, will absolutely return here. They've done well with my sons hair, and I like being able to roll in and out. read more

They have so many random pricings...a wash and cut with styling 30...if blow dry 47...what???? $17.00 to blow dry. The problem was the girl I had didn't know how to feather cut or style so she wasn't good at styling and cutting even after I showed her a picture. Lol, she said she didn't need to see it again. They are nice but I found unknowledgeable. I won't be going back. I really think the manager should check over all hair cuts and make sure they are right before people leave. Also, a big push to buy their shampoos at checkout. They run to go get it eventhough you don't ask for it. In search now of a good beauty shop. read more

Only go for a wash and blow dry. However, I have learned to ask for the price when I make the appointment since it varies each time. I have been charged as much as $45.00 for this service and as less at $21.00. When I argue that the $45.00 is too much, I can negotiate for a lower price. Why do I have to negotiate for a lower price? Why aren't the price of the services posted in the salon? read more

You know the saying "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me"? Well shame on me for giving this place another try after a disastrous experience about a year ago. My daughter asked for two inches cut off and ended up with something closer to 5-6 inches. The same thing happened to us another time with a different stylist. $24 plus tip for a toddlers haircut. We said no to the shampoo but apparently they charge for it anyways. Add to that the haircut took a long time, and no lollipops due to Covid when every other barber gives them out like...candy. Not worth it at all. I went awhile back and had a great experience. Today, I was charged extra because my "hair is too long". My hair was the same length last time and I wasn't charged extra then. I tried to call back and explain that I was over charged and the stylist did not care. She said she mentioned I would get the charge during the appointment. It was not once mentioned that I'd get an extra charge based on the length of my hair. Just a rude thing to charge extra to customers especially when this charge was never included in the last visit. The stylist seems to be making up her own cost and the whole appointment was her complaining that my hair is too long and doesn't have layers so thank you for making me feel like my hair sucks! read more

I was charged for an appointment that I didn't show up for. This was booked a month and a half ago and I was not made aware of a no cancellation policy. I feel like this is a money grab for the salon members. Do not trust any of them! This is a complete farce.
