After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

I can not imagine what happened or why I got a completely different and very very awful hair cut. This cut literately could have been done by a five year old. We agreed to cut an inch off but not a different cut or one side drastically shorter with chucks of hair missing! I spent a lot of money and time trying to get the style, shape and color i wanted. Now I look in the mirror and cry every day and don't want to be seen. I look ugly. It's Christmas and all i want to do is hide from everyone I have no idea why she cut it like this or if she really just don't have a talent for cutting. Each cut has been off but never so bad as this. I'm only hoping it will grow fast. Based on what's missing and the shape it'll be a few month before i can go have someone try to fix it. I tried to add before and after pics but the site wouldn't post them. But it did post the side view pics. They show enough to speak volumes of what I have to deal with. The reason I'm posting is because you can Get a good job, but then you can get a terrible one that you may have to live with for quite awhile.
