DO NOT GO!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Blow out took 2 hours, they were running behind schedule. I asked for "beach waves" was given tight curls. I left with greasy hair filled of product.....my hair will need a wash tomorrow. Photo attached is me still in the chair. As you can see the blow out is NOT a blow out. I could blow my hair out better than this place so come to my house and I'll charge half the price. Absolutely horrible, you're better off saving your money. A different girl had to redo my whole head and did a better job but by this point my hair had double the product and I just wanted to get out of there after spending 2.5 hours of my day here. Staff was professional and courteous. The shampoo and treatment was great. My hair is still soft and shiny. The styling just wasn't what I expected. I've never been to a place like this but I saw examples on the website and it just wasn't on par. There was no rollers used for volume, everything was so flat. All I got was a dryer and flat iron curl that didn't last an hour. When I got home I noticed huge chunks that had no curl left and I had to redo them. My expectation was to have a nice curl that last through at least part of the evening and it was all gone before I even made it to my event. read more
