I clearly communicated this before the service. After my original stylist left the salon, I was placed with another stylist who did not seem familiar with the keratin process. The owner even had to step in and explain parts of the treatment to her during my appointment. When it came time for the flat-ironing stage, the process was done incorrectly. After the treatment was shampooed out, my curls were completely gone and my hair was left flat and straight--nothing like what I asked for. I was extremely upset seeing the result, and I left the salon in tears because my natural curls were gone. What has been even more frustrating is that my hair is still not the same. It has been almost a year since the treatment, and my hair is still affected. I have had to cut inches off trying to remove the damaged portions caused by the treatment. It has been a long and upsetting process, and my curls have still not fully returned the way they used to be. While the salon apologized, there was no real solution offered, and I was still required to pay for the service despite the clear miscommunication and mistake. I hope the salon ensures their stylists are properly trained for specialized services like keratin treatments and that client expectations are taken more seriously in the future.

My daughter recently had her hair highlighted and cut for a special event--Prom, her service was done by Xuan and 1st she left 1.5 inch roots 2nd did a terrible highlight throughout , very blocky and not well blended , so she had to go back to get it smudged/ fixed Now to the next bad experience and 3rd issue: the smudging with Alandra Elizondo left her roots a brassy orange color that she was not happy with. She left with a bottle of purple shampoo that she had to pay extra for. Why would we need to purchase product if the hair is done correctly in the first place we shouldn't need this! 4 the owner refused to refund any money and or nor did anything to make it right! She was charged over $300 for terrible results. BTW the website pricing states highlights start at $145. She was charged $50 for a teeny tiny trim that took less than 5 minutes and was trimmed with dry hair and was also charged extra for toner... somehow her services ended up over $300. If your staff makes a mistake you should do what it takes to fix it even if that means doing it yourself! I understand that hair prices are what they are but the customer walking out spending over $400 and hating the results is not righ! This experience has brought my daughter to tears! A few weeks ago I tried to go from a blonde-ish balayage to back to my darker hair. Turns out the first stylist only put toner in my hair so it lightened back up and turned a muddy green color after only 10 days!!!! Not only that but the layers I had asked for previously, weren't blended and done beautifully. I felt horrible having to complain about service I had received but Steph assured me that she would fix it and I would leave happy. And boy did she deliver!!! I've never been so happy with my hair!!! The color is beautiful and PERMANENT this time (not just toner) and I'm BLOWN away by the cut and layers she gave me. Steph is MAGIC!
