The ladies here now are snarkish, they rush you, and they are very rough when it comes to threading/surgaring. My sugaring experiences when Rehana was here was amazing every time, but she has since left the establishment! Now every time I go the ladies are rude/combative, or they're constantly making inappropriate comments on your body to try and sell an up charge. Also, last time that I asked for sugaring, they gave me a waxing which was extremely painful and still tried to charge me for the sugaring. Another member had to step in and correct the situation because I wasn't going to let them charge me for services that I didn't ask for! I highly suggest to start going to other threading/waxing salons in the area.

I've been to salons all over Georgia and several states, but as a first-timer at this location, I am looking forward to going back even though it's not necessarily in my neighborhood, but worth the trip. Nasim took great care of me and shared info on brow care and made sure I approved the shape and even did a little pencilling. She brushed my brows and clipped. She was gentle.
