The salon itself and the rest of the staff are lovely. My first appointment was booked with George and first impressions: he is fabulous! Never have I ever gained so much knowledge from a haircut! I have curly hair with some recent challenges due to weight loss and he came highly recommended. He spent the time with me to educate me on my curls and what he thought was the best way to proceed to help me reach my hair goals. She told me that Jolie was with a client and would be with me shortly. The client left about 3pm. I continued wait for 25 more minutes. The young lady at the counter went to check and said she would be right with me. Another 10 to 15 min went by and I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed and she said 4pm. I said I probably need to reschedule then. I asked her if I could get my money back for the deposit. At that point what I can only imagine is Jolie came from behind the wall and very meanly said what is the problem. She said if don't want to wait let her go. I responded if she didn't have time for me she could have called or at least could have let me know when I was waiting. Jolie started screaming at me that she had back to back clients and that she was a 30 year professional. And other stuff I can't remember. Then I said since I am being treated so rudely I wanted my money back now. To which the young lady behind explained it wasn't possible because system I used to pay with. Then Jolie starting screaming at the young lady behind the register "just give it to her, just give it to her, give her cash!! And the young lady said I can't. Then the young lady said was going to call the manager..All I wanted was a hair cut and to feel special for alittle bit instead I left in tears!! I have never been treated so horrible!! Lynn

She knows her stuff and won't just tell you what you want to hear. Her reputation is everything. I'd rather her tell me she won't do a process like in my case a perm because it would've fried my already over processed hair than do it to make me happy but then have my hair break off. I have never once been unhappy with the results when I jump out of her chair and my hair has never been healthier.

First you do a consultation so you can meet the stylist and get a quote for the services. That way you aren't slammed with a unexpected bill. She really listened and hit the nail on the head. Then I scheduled my appointment and Ms. Hayley got to work. She went above and beyond. I am very satisfied. Everyone at the Salon was amazing. Andrea who took care of scheduling my consultation and appointment was very nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be returning and sending my friends here. She always takes my crazy curly hair and transforms it into smooth, straight locks. I love how she takes her time trimming up and caring for my hair. I never feel rushed and the whole experience is always so relaxing. They also do eyebrow waxing here for $10. I haven't gotten it done yet but I definitely plan on it during my next visit.

When I got home I realized they charged me too much. Sent an email explaining the price discrepancy. I got a response of " that's a base price and sorry the stylist didn't explain beforehand like she should have." No where does it say on their website starting at or 95 and up.

Located not far off the interstate and a full array of services make it simple for me. Cleanliness is a priority for the establishment and they always go the extra mile (for me at least). I arrived early, waited for 12 minutes after my scheduled time. No one ever showed up, the salon was dark! They are supposed to open at 10:00 and perhaps something happened, but what bothered me was, I didn't receive a phone call asking if I would like to reschedule.
