I found her on Groupon, and while the haircut itself was great, unfortunately the keratin treatment was not. She listened to my haircut concerns and did a good job with that, but the keratin treatment fell short. I've been getting keratin treatments for about 15 years, and this was probably the worst one I've received. The treatment did not last at all, and part of the issue was the application process. Keratin needs to be sealed in by straightening small, thin sections so the product can properly bond to the hair. Instead, large chunks of hair were straightened at a time, so the treatment was not processed thoroughly or evenly. She also had someone else there during my appointment who seemed to be her friend, and they were talking about personal things the whole time. It made me feel awkward and trapped there with them, rather than comfortable and taken care of during the service. read more

So l've been going to Jackie for a while and for whatever reason this last time she has really acted like my business was a bother and that she didn't really want to deal with me and I'm unsure why. I always try to be a decent client and always refer to friends and take my daughters to her as well. The customer service this time really went down hill and the color job was really subpar. The balayage looked un blended and spots were missing toner. This photo was taken the same day but later in the evening. I was about to curl my hair and noticed all these spots that look like she missed toner. Had t washed per her instructions. I was so sad having tried reaching out for a solution and she ghosted me. read more

I had the worst experience ever in my life and I never get treated like that in my entire life , she was so unprofessional, unfair, unfriendly and so so rude, I had appointment with her on Saturday and Jackie confirm my appointment a day before and the time as well I text her what I need to do plus asked her how much she would charge and she give me her price which I agree with, on my day on my appointment I was in my way and she text me if i can come later that day which I text her back I'm in my way and almost there , when I reach her studio and she work in Sola Salon , she had another client in the chair didn't start yet and she told me to wait an hour or reschedule I asked hair my appointment right now and I came in time she double booked and she make mistake and it's happened!!! I told her I can't came back later and I can't wait until she finish the Brazilian blow out with customer that she didn't start yet ! She told me I can't take you and you don't have any options!! I was speechless I was so hurt and left crying... I've been going to Jacky for about three or four years. I see her nearly every six weeks to touch up my roots - I have platinum blonde hair. After about maybe a year of torturing myself by doing my own bleaching, I went to Jacky. Before her magic hands got on my hair, it was damaged and full of weird color patches (You try bleaching the back of your own head. Its not easy!) Well, she fixed all that and now my hair is exactly what I want it to be. I've gone from white, to pink, to purple, to grey-ish, back to pink, and then finally back to white. Jacky is always up for the challenge and she's always so nice about it. And my hair is perfectly undamaged and soft. She always does an amazing job with the color. Jacky is really friendly and sweet. She's always full of great advice and product suggestions. She's so helpful with guiding you on how to style your hair yourself as well. Unlike a lot of stylists, I'm not afraid to ask her questions. I never feel like she's judging me and that she genuinely cares. Generally she's just great at conversation as well. You never feel like she just wants you done and gone. She's got a warm heart. She always does an amazing cut for me that is always manageable for me. (I don't care for spending a long time on my hair.) Jacky also has always respected my wishes and always makes sure my side bangs are going the right direction and she's never cut more than I've asked for off too - which says a lot... too many stylists just don't care about what you want and just do what they want. I have been going to Jacky for over 13 years. She is an expert in cutting and coloring my hair. Whether it was brunette, auburn, blonde or some combination in between it is always perfection. I have also had multiple haircuts over the years. Though I have had anxiety in past when making a extreme change with my hairstyle she always makes sure my fears are eased prior to starting the cut. She also communicates throughout the process so that you always leave happy. She did hair and makeup for myself and my entire wedding party, making everyone look and feel beautiful for my special day.
