While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

These aren't even square and she kept cutting the side of my toe nails and filing them back when they were too short and hurt. I've been coming. Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

The application was sloppy, the nails were inconsistent in thickness, and the French tips looked blotchy and uneven. My daughter told me that he had to redo parts of the service several times during the appointment. When she got home and showed me her nails, it was clear that the quality of the work did not reflect the $60 price tag or the nearly two hours spent at the salon. My daughter was especially upset because this was meant to be a special birthday treat. I brought her back to the salon and spoke with who I believe was the manager. I appreciated how quickly he addressed my concerns and had the technician correct the nails. While the second attempt looked better, the overall result looked ehh. I do want to recognize the manager for trying to make things right, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

First off, I already complained about the make-up person, but here's the whole story: I came in to get make-up, and my hair styled and colored. I was charged for services I did not receive for the hair, and a make-up service that was so unsatisfactory that I took the make-up off and did it myself. I forked out $385. First of all the style was pretty until it fell out within an hour of my wedding. I told her to use hairspray but apparently it wasn't enough. I also did my own veil placement (which I was charged for). Also, my roots were showing. I called them to let them know my situation and that I needed my roots fixed, but the owner told me there was no way I was getting any money back and even had the nerve to tell me she gave me a discount. Folks, the prices are right on the website. I let them know by attaching a picture through email that shows my roots but again the owner was rude and told me she couldn't see what I was talking about. Instead of trying to be understanding she was incredibly rude. I understand why she's protective of her salon, but to have good customer service its best to at least hear the customer out without verbally attacking them. Now I have to go to a new salon to have my roots fixed. read more

I am so impressed with Jesse Daniels and their staff and their team. They are NOT rude at all. They are all sweet! I had the brazilian blow out done with Tammy the owner and she has trained her staff excellently on how to do this. Very knowledgeable in this new treatment, and she's done her research on the brazilian blowout system to take on. I have a friend that had it done (not at Jesse Daniels) with a color the same day - and her hair fried and fell out. She's still trying to recover 3 months later. I told her to go to Jesse Daniels to do her next one and she will be going there. The interior is one the best most airy hair salons around and it's truly a nice feeling in there. Do the Brazilian Blowout only at Jesse Daniels - trust me!! My thick unruly frizzy hair usually takes me an hour to dry - now it's 20 minutes and it's gorgeous. With 5 kids, I say thanks and GO see them - they are the best. PS my friend also said hers took 1 hour elsewhere, I was at Jesse Daniels over 2 hours! Same price! HAIRCUT I had such a great experience here. I recently moved to Orange County from the bay area and had no idea where to get a haircut so i decided to check out groupon and found this salon. I got my haircut with Lori and i have never been happier with a haircut i received!! I didnt have a good idea of what style i wanted, all i told her was i wanted my hair short and possibly A-line. Celine has been my stylist for a couple of years now, and I have most recently been seeing her at the Jesse Daniel Salon. She is amazing! She always listens, and has the coloring and cutting skills to help me create the look that I want. I have never been disappointed with a blowout or up do I have had done for a special event. I'm so glad that she was able to fit me into her schedule because the wedding photos were beautiful, my hair feels great, and everyone is still telling me how amazing it looks! I have a membership here and im going on 3 yrs of choosing this place for my root touch up…read more I decided to comment on here since their website and their app have no option to send a message or comment or even talk to a live person other than the salon. Sure I've had bad stains a bad hair rough wash you feel the effort is not there before. Unfortunately I'll tip less to those who dont put the effort in the service they're providing But my last visit was bad The colorist rushed through my touch up felt sloppy and stained my ears , side of my face i felt her rubbing the dye back n forth instead of wiping it off. The wash sigh! Was short the gal next to me was there first and was still there getting a nice wash meanwhile i was done in 5 minites. She didnt even wipe my stains. There was dye inside my ear folds had to take off my earing because there was dye on my ear lobes i washed my hair and there was alot of color still coming out not to mention i have and use the blackest color the offer. Never experienced this type of service here. I will continue to go i like my membership I request that the last two gals dont service my hair needs. Highly appreciate that.

I was assured someone would reach out, and eventually Ellie did. Unfortunately, the communication continued to be extremely slow. I received partial information, followed up with questions, and waited another week for a response. I then asked for the cost of an additional artist because I am on a tight timeline the morning of my wedding. Nearly another week has passed, and I still have not received an answer. At this point, the issue is the lack of professionalism and communication. Bridal services are time-sensitive, and it should not take weeks to answer basic questions about pricing and availability. If they were unavailable or simply not interested in providing the service, I would have completely understood. Instead, this has been dragged out for almost six weeks with long gaps in communication and no clear answer, leaving me unable to confidently move forward despite being "the best in the industry". I suppose for normal day to day appointments it's okay to come here but if you have anything important - go somewhere else
