It tasted like it was just drowned in some soy sauce and that's about it. THANKFULLY, the chicken thighs came to its rescue and fared much better in my opinion. They were tender and had some decent flavor to it. There was some charring on the outside of the chicken too, but I wasn't sure if that was intended or not since it was supposed to be ROASTED.
