A welcomed addition to the Parsippany area! It's great to see the expanding variety of cuisines on 46. We walked in, the workers were very sweet and welcoming. The place is very clean and gives plenty of room for socially distanced dining. We ordered the mixed gyro, spicy chicken sandwich with a side of medium fries and onion rings. The food was delicious! It was made fresh and quickly. The gyro had a good balance of meats, lettuce tomatoes and onions. Usually places will have very little and poorly seasoned meat- not the case here. The chicken sandwich was crispy and spicy. The fries were awesome! Huge box for medium fries. They may be replacing some of our usual spots for sandwiches and gyros.

being a fan of gyro and 'NYC chicken over rice'- decided to give it a try. though it was late, we called and asked for closing time- it was 11 PM. we were the only ones in there. there is a Bangladeshi couple who run this restaurant and they were very courteous. We ordered- Chicken over rice - Chicken was too red (too much color while mixing?), and my friend did not like it much. Chicken + lamb platter Falafel over rice Lamb over rice - and chicken wings - too salty all platter/ rice plate- it was good except meat portion was less, and why they have cut in tiny pieces. rice-salad side- it was good, but I am still not sure why meat was less on my platter. my expectation was something else. I was disappointed with the portion. yeah, you can try if you want. for me, it's 3/5

I was thrilled to see a new Halal platter restaurant open in the area, so I stopped in for lunch today. Unfortunately the moment I stepped inside I got a bad vibe. There was nobody there. Nobody eating. Nobody behind the counter. Nobody was even in the kitchen (which is in full view). Also, there was no smell of food or cooking. The grill and gyro spit where both empty and showed no sign of recent use. The serving area in front, which contained what I assumed where the ingredients for either the platters or sandwiches, looked like something from a failing Subway franchise. After yelling a quick "hello?" a nice lady emerged from the back. I was ready to head out the door, but I was honestly curious about the empty kitchen and absence of any cooking food, or even a cook. This was the middle of what should be the height of their lunch service. I asked her if they had the gyro platter, which is what I originally had hoped to order, mentioning that I didn't see anything on the gyro spit. She stepped to the side and retrieved a bucket of meat from a small food warmer, and explained it was all premade, and they reheat it. Clearly, it had not been prepared recently; the kitchen was spotless and there wasn't even a lingering essence in the air of food being cooked. I said thank you and departed. Frankly, the only thing saving Halal Platter King from a 1 star rating is I didn't actually eat anything and the lady was nice. If I see more positive reviews maybe I'll give them another shot.

The place is open till 2am which is better than other restaurants. The guy that was inside when i went around 1am was very nice too. Loads of parking, plenty of food to choose from, all priced well, and the place was kept clean. Several tables to sit at as well

The garlic parm sauce on the wings were a bit lacking and the amount of meat on the cheese steak was only half enough to really fill that long roll. And the most irksome thing was the 2,23 % "technology fee". No offense but WTH is that?????? If it was to use the credit card, it wasn't explained at all. We were discussing burgers yesterday and Habit came up. I'd never eaten at one. He wanted one. Perfect. Pulls in at 8:45, takes a few minutes to figure out the ordering kiosk. I will therefore note this is an issue to anticipate. The order itself didn't seem to take too long. As for what came home with my friend: * Intrigued by the dragonfruit limeade. Would be something to keep in mind if I find myself at Habit again. * I enjoyed my burger. The patty was the weakest part, very plain and underwhelming. But the portabello mushroom and associated toppings? Mwah. That all made the sandwich. But the best burger places know how to make the meat score points. * My friend got the tempura green beans. Apparently those were just OK, maybe not tempuraed enough. I noticed when looking at the sides, every dipping sauce costs money besides ketchup packets (m'eh) and none of them really looked that interesting to me. So the upsides? Good value, tasty mushrooms. The downsides? Limited selections, uninspiring burger meat. I'll call it a strong 3 stars and if I do end up here (or another Habit) I will reconsider.

We love how you can build your own burger by topping off your burger with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, and etc. You can also add your own sauce such as mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, a1 sauce, and etc. The staff: They are very patient with us and even recommended items for us to try. They smiled and greeted us, and it was very welcoming. Ambience: The tables, floors, bathrooms, soda area, condiment station, topping bar, utensil areas were all clean with no debris in sight. Wagyu burger: This was cooked to perfection and my brother said this was really good and it was worth the 45-minute drive to come here. Elk burger: My friend said this was cooked just the way he liked it and it was the best burger he has ever had. He said this was definitely worth the drive. All of the Fuddruckers that I grew up around are gone and there's only a few left in the country and this was one of them. Had to take full advantage of it! They have lots to choose from for burgers and some other stuff however I always just get the basic burger and then go to the toppings bar and fill it up. Fries come with every entree but drinks are extra. It's also unlimited fries. You just have to go up to the pickup counter again if you run out of fries and they will give you some more. I just started with one of the basic 1/3 pound burgers and topped it up with tons of pickles and liquid cheese that I just love and miss so much. They have lots of different condiments as well as jalapeno cheese and some sort of horseradish mayonnaise. Definitely good choice here! Definitely planning to return in the future. We got two Double Shack Burgers, cheese fries, and onion rings, all delivered for a total of a bit over $60 (expensive!). Everything arrived cold and the burgers came disheveled. I understand that it can be hard to keep food warm for delivery, but the burgers/food could've been wrapped in foil, or something to help it travel and stay warm, at least. Our order of onion rings was quite expensive and we only got 7, very small rings. This was not enough for me and my husband to share as we had planned. The fries arrived soggy, but the cheese sauce was tasty at least. The burgers similarly seemed to have corners cut. The lettuce and tomato barely covered half the burger, and the burger was falling apart when it arrived. Since it was already falling apart, we decided to disassemble it and re-heat it, as it was cold. There was also no option to add pickles, which I would have appreciated. Overall we were able to revive everything in the airfryer, but I was still surprised by how Shake Shack seemed to skimp on the entire meal. Really disappointing!

Because I got a fat sandwich, not a burger. But what a great menu variety to choose frome! It's the tastiest fat sandwich I ever had. It actually looked skinny when it showed up on the tray, but it turned out to be much deeper bread to compensate. Very high quality ingredients and seasoning compared to the infamous food trucks. My friend and I agreed that the fries are excellent, nice and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. However, I regret to inform you that Cheese Fries are really Cheez Fries, without actual cheese on them. (I bet I could order that... for an additional fee. The 50 cent upcharge looked too good to be true.) So now, the unfortunate reasons the 4 stars has dropped to a 3. First, I agree with what many others have said here - this is the wrong environment for Denville. You're walking into an industrial setting. The raised roof reveals some rough edges to the top of the bathroom and above the kitchen, both of which feature various objects stored on those tops. Really poor design unless you're a test kitchen. And design alone wouldn't be enough to deduct a star, except the service was a bit of an issue. There were only two staff present, and they were both cooks, which means one of them had to stop cooking every time a customer had a request. Service was still fairly quick and friendly, but I really can't think of another time I have experienced something like this. One star will be given back with either of the above reductions fixed. If all is fixed... I will come back, order an actual burger with actual (upcharged) cheese on my fries, and reconsider.
