This is a hidden gem tucked away in a food court in the heart of Waikiki. I originally found this place while searching the internet for pressed penny machines in the area. I love collecting them wherever I travel. Waited for the shop to open. The shop owners are such a pleasant couple and we spent several minutes "talking story" while he prepared my shave ice. They have a lot of natural house made flavors which we typically prefer and theirs were great. When passionfruit syrup still has the seeds in it, you know it's fresh. We shared a regular shave ice ($6.99) with condensed milk added (+$1) and chose natural Lilikoi, guava, and tamarind. At first we didn't think they added enough syrup, but after walking it to one of the tables and taking a bite we realized their syrup had SO MUCH flavor. We loved our combination and almost bought a second one, but we were too full from dinner. They also offer ice cream and have a lot of gift shop items and art in their store.
