Compared to others, they're not stingy with the syrups nor the ice cream! They serve generous portions at reasonable prices. The vibe is definitely modern, clean and sleek! They also have a great selection of flavors and pre-made combinations. My ultimate fav is the Tropical Island 10/10! Super creamy, fluffy, and soaked in sweet mango and pineapple syrups. The taste is definitely worth the long line. This location seems to have shorter lines than the other location. It has just the perfect amount of soft serve vanilla ice cream in the center. The condensed milk addition gives it that extra rich flavor, but not overpowering in the least. It was my first time trying mochi and I'm not a fan. Always open to trying new things with an open mind, but texture to me is also important. I didn't like the texture of it and it doesn't taste like anything. Now let's get back to the shave ice...the traditional Hawaiian Rainbow with the coconut, strawberry and mango was perfection! You could see the strawberry seeds in the syrup and the little added pieces of mango. YUM! It was large enough to be shared with another person. I got my shave ice and it was already puddle in only 3 mins, I asked them to remake it but they said it was because of the syrup but my sons and wife's were still frozen and resembled a shave ice. So I think they made mines first and let it sit there for awhile. Syrups are too sweet. They don't turn up the AC so it was incredibly warm inside and no bathrooms for customers. Flavor wise, really good. Syrups taste very natural and fruity, not artificial. Good amount of toppings with soft ice and creamy soft serve. No issues with the product itself. However, their process could be improved. Unfortunately, to our surprise, they had already shut off the drink machines and were no longer taking orders for smoothies or coffee. I ordered an açaí bowl with berries, which was pretty good. The fruit flavors were all natural with no artificial flavorings and finidng the soft ice cream was a nice addition especially on a humid night. The only trouble you'll have is finding a place to enjoy your dessert! But it's still really good with strong hojicha flavor! It's the right amount of sweetness for dessert, and very well enjoyed. HAWAIIAN RAINBOW SHAVED ICE - $10.95 Coconut(spirulina), mango, strawberry, soft ice cream. I appreciate this not tasting too sweet and the flavors are natural! None of that fake colored syrup!
