The food and coffee are hands down amazing! The location is perfect and easy to get to if you're walking around Waikiki. Now for the only downside--the line can get very long. The good news is that it moves pretty quickly. The wait really begins after you place your order. This location is incredibly busy from open to close, especially in the mornings. I visited several times during my week in Waikiki, and every morning it was consistently packed. I waited anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes for our food and coffee each visit. Also, be aware that the coffee and food are brought out separately, so don't expect everything to arrive at the same time. The space itself could really use a remodel. Since it's both a café and a retail shop, there's very little room for customers waiting on orders. It gets extremely crowded, making it difficult to find a comfortable place to stand while you wait. Despite the wait and the cramped space, the quality of the food and coffee keeps me coming back. If you have a little patience, it's definitely worth it. read more

Heads up that there's usually a line at this location. Their original acai bowl is my favorite on the island. This time around I ordered their cacao moana acai bowl. It's blended well and not icy. With every bite, you'll get a different texture from the fruit, granola, cacao, and the almond butter. They are super generous with the granola. I loved how they line the bottom with granola as well. I still prefer the original. I don't recommend studying at this location since the noise level is super loud being next to centerstage and space is tight as well. Visited this place twice during my trip and was satisfied both times! The place itself in this specific location is really small and they do get busy, but the service was really fast . I tried the Kona mocha the first time and matcha the second time. I liked how the matcha was not overly sweet and loved that it was already dairy free. The mocha was also good, but as I got near the end, it was just too sweet for me. My partner tried all the other drinks and was satisfied with all of them. My friends and I came here almost every day when we were visiting. Their espresso drinks are really solid and their haupia hojicha is the hidden gem that everyone forgets but NEEDS to try. Drink prices are on the higher end but you usually get what you pay for. Also, most of the employees here are friendly, but there's one employee that gives major passive aggressive 'tude (hence minus 1 star). Story time on this employee: So I've gotten the hot haupia hojicha at their wine & bar location as well as here several times, but this time when my friend and I get the drink, it's cold instead of hot. We kindly ask if we can get it hot and the employee says they don't make it like that and just looks at us. A little bit of staring back and forth ensues, then we told her we got it yesterday from this location - hot - and also from the wine & bar location a week prior - also hot. She then backtracks and claims we didn't order it that way (we did) then just stands and looks at us again. Another round of eye karate and she begrudgingly relents and says "ok I'll make it for you this way this time but just so you know it comes cold." ...Okay mam calm your horses, this is literally the 6th time we're getting this drink. I always visit when I'm in town. The hack is to order online for pick up if you're only getting a coffee and that's it. For food and smoothies or bowls maybe I'd wait in line snag a table and enjoy the shop. But usually I order online through their site and it's super easy and quick and the drink is always waiting for me by time I walk from my hotel to the cafe. I wouldn't say these are strong coffees, they are more like dessert sweet treat coffees. I always add an extra shot to whatever I'm getting to get that stronger coffee flavor.
