I drove 3.5 hrs to pick up a used Sierra 2500 Denali from Haley. They knew I was coming, but refused to hold the truck for me without a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 deposit. Thank God I didn't do that! No where in the pictures or description of the truck did the advertisement indicate the sideview mirrors were both smashed, the front bumper dented in (salesman did point this one out on my initial interest, but not in the ad), scratches and dents down both sides, un-matched and worn tires, rear bumper bent downward, and to top it off a 2"+ HOLE in the dirt caked (inside) tailgate that was lousily covered by a sticker. CARFAX shows no accidents or damage reported (please don't trust Carfax) and they were quick to point out what the Carfax value would be based on a perfect truck. I believe it was an attempt at a bait and switch. I do not recommend doing business here. I certainly won't. read more

Scheduled appt to pick up new car at 10:00am. Car not ready, in back lot, not inspected or cleaned. Paperwork overwhelming and took time to complete. Once inspected then sales had to get gas in car, ALL of this should have been done prior to my arrival as dealership knew days in advance when I was arriving. No room for negotiations and I guess dealerships have stopped giving new car owners any Thank You items, like a key chain for key fob or anything to thank you for your business. Giving me a "free" first oil change is laughable at best. read more

I took my pickup in to Haley GMC on Midlothian Turnpike (Midlothian VA).... The transmission has been doing the famous Shuddering again....(this is the second time!!!) First time was done under warranty,,,being I bought it Certified!!!! The first time was done at only 10,500 miles!!!!!! Are you Serious? I should have known this Truck is going to be SPECIAL!!!!!! Now at 40000 miles....Shuddering Again!!!!!!! YIPPER!!!!! Bare in Mind now........This is a 2017 Sierra 1500 Denali ULTIMATE!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah!!!!!! Im getting the Ultimate Treatment!!!!!! Its got that INGENIOUS 8 Speed 8L90 fabulous transmission in it!!!!! ReallY?!!!!!!! So....I spent a $1000 dollars to have the Service done again on it!!!!! Yes..........thats correct.......1000 dollars!!!!!! Insane isnt? Just to have a band aid done to the transmission....until next time!!! It should be a Recall on these transmissions!!!! and their Pathetic Radio issues they have with these trucks!!!!! I know they are in a class action lawsuit for the transmissions! They KNEW they had problems with the trans. and continued to sell the vehicles!!! I guess I should have paid for that Extended WARRANTY!!!!! One star is being generous. I dropped my truck off on 2/28 to have a front bumper and valance replaced. The 3rd week I called and was told it would be ready on Tue. then it was Thur. Week 4 I was told Wed. it would be ready (they were waiting on a clip, ok I guess they probably order sandpaper a sheet at a time too) so now it would definitely be ready Fri. Fri come and to nobody's surprise it's not finished. I told the lady I would be picking it up April 2nd finished or not, I had enough of their stringing me a long. What they didn't know was each time I received a txt from Haley saying they were working on it and when they would tell me it was almost finished I would drive by their shop and each time it was sitting outside untouched. I have the photos to prove it. Haley is great at over promising and under-delivering. Then give updates that do not contain a hint of truth, is that how Haley does business? Apparently because this is the second time their body shop has done this to me. I hope it was worth it to them because they'll never get again and hopefully my review will save someone from suffering the same experience. read more

Guess I should've checked the reviews before driving an hour for service on my certified Sierra. I can now see why they are rated the way the are. Came in for service, recalls and to replace the tonneau cover that snapped in half while driving on the interstate. Was told by two people it would be covered under the warranty since it was dealer installed prior to purchase and after speaking with the warranty administrator and manager Chelsea now states that it's not covered. Not to mention, a rental car was supposed to be lined up when I got there and ended up stranded and waiting at Hertz for TWO HOURS for them to put me in a tiny Buick encore which is nothing comparable to the vehicle I brought in for service nor the vehicle they said I would be receiving. I called to let them know and they stated they would speak with their management. They should really reconsider who they have their rental agreements with. I will not be returning for any type of service at this dealership. You purchase a $70k vehicle and this is the service you receive. Bummer. read more

If zero stars was possible I would give it. My friend simply needed a door handle to be looked at and priced. She asked them to call her before any work was done. They ran a complete diagnostic without her permission. Charged her 250.00 for it and couldn't fix the handle. After she told them she was a single mom and couldn't afford it they changed to 160.00. On top of that they told her she needed her power steering replaced and it would be 1,000.00. Thankfully she took it somewhere else that fixed the door and there was not a leak in the power steering. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HALEY BUICK GMC! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I recently leased a vehicle (2017 Buick Encore) from GMC Haley Buick off Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond,VA. I leased this car on 11/28/23 and since then, I have had continuous issues with only band-aid fixes and bad general customer service. Incident #1 My car stopped working 4 days after leasing it. 4 days! I took my car to the dealership on December 2nd and after 3 days stated that it was simply a dead cell in the battery and replaced the battery. It took 3 days and I was without a car and a loaner was apparently not available. The whole ordeal was awful. I feel like they gave me the run around and sent me to the airport on a wild goose chase to get a rental that didn't even work out because the manager was not there with the company's financial information to assist. They eventually replaced the battery and everything "seemed" to be in working order. Incident #2 On March 11th I took the car back to the dealership because the battery was dead again and the fan on the car would not shut off, even while the car was off. Come to find out, this was draining the battery. The customer service I received was awful. I was 3 days without a car, again no loaner was available to me. Nobody would give me updates. I had to call non-stop just to find out what was going on. It came back that apparently that the thermostat housing needed repairing. They "repaired" it and said it was ready 3 days later. Incident #3 On 5/7/24, I had to have my car towed to the dealership. That's right towed, as in the car was undrivable and inoperable. The car had been overheating over the weekend, sending alerts that the oil was critically low( oil was changed by professionals last month) and the fan would not shut off, which again is draining the battery. I was again met with "we don't have a loaner and there's nothing we can do or offer you other than looking at the car". I had to get a shuttle back home with no way to get to work the next day. One day later they tell me my engine is GONE and it costs11k to fix! 11k!! For a car ive had less than 6months and just started making payment on in January. I was offered no options by this dealership. I even emailed supervisors at haley head quarters who literally brushed me off and said that the GM of the location would handle it. The whole point of contacting the headquarters was because the location handled this situation VERY POORLY! I am now without a car. I would NEVER recommend Haley Buick GMC to a soul. At this point I wouldnt go to any car lot that Haley owns. They sell lemon cars, horrible customer service and the service department is subpar at best. Fixed an issue thatcamee back 2 months later. Oh and not to mention that when I had my car towed back to my house on today 05/21/24, an employee proceeds to tell the tow truck driver all of my business as it relates to this situation.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I should not hear from a tow truck driver who is dropping my car off to me that he "heard the details about my car situation". I was flabbergasted. I would give Haley 0 stars if i could. read more

No stars! Took my car to dealer because I required some work related to the air bag. Having ascertained the problem with my personal OBD, I took the car in. Was first informed that they would have to make their own diagnosis. Not happy with $120 diagnosis charge, but a not unreasonable requirement. Car is diagnosed (and my original diagnosis confirmed), part back-ordered. Skip ahead one month to arrival of part. One technician welcomed me with the statement "you're here for the airbag replacement." When I responded that there was no airbag replacement involved, I was handed off to another technician who assured me there was no replacement involved. Before I get home, I receive a phone call stating that they had ordered the wrong part, but that it would be in the next day. Mind you, it had taken one month for the back-ordered part to arrive. I return the next day to pick up my car to find an invoice with a $500 state inspection charge, and no parts and labor broken down and broken out. I needed the car that day and paid, but asked for a breakdown of the charges. When I didn't receive one, I wrote to my credit card company which issued a provisional credit reversal for the entire amount of the second charge. The dealership called to inform me that would "not contest" the credit reversal. No apology for their attempt to charge me for service that I did not need and specifically forbade. I do not normally subscribe to racial and/or age related conspiracy theories, but it's hard to avoid the conclusion that Haley Buick GMC tried to take advantage of a 71 year old black man driving an older model car, who happens to have graduated from Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center. I may be old, but I am not yet stupid! I would avoid this dealership. read more

I saw an ad that said they'd buy any car regardless of the conditions and that they'd pay high dollar for it instead of what carfax says it's worth. I went in because of that ad and they only offered $500 for my car because that's what the carfax said. My car is worth at least $3000 for its age. Unprepared, over priced and poor communicators. Scheduled appt a week in advance of my visit to the Haley Midlothian Turnpike location. With a note on the appt, they might need a license plate bracket, I thought, plenty of time for arranging for stocking any parts necessary, right? When the oil change and inspection was done they were unable to complete the my checklist of items scheduled for the appt due to an out of stock license plate bracket. This meant a second trip, ARGH! I was told they would order the part with no reference when it would be delivered for installation. Just a "we'll call you". Could have been hours, days, or weeks for all I knew. I called and drove around to see if I could find the part. I stopped at the other Haley dealership on Hull street the parts person at that location also did not have the part, but was kind enough to contact Rick Hendricks parts dept and they did have it. While at Haley on Hull St one of the service people told me they could install it for $20.00. The part was picked up at Rick Hendricks. I called the Haley Midlothian turnpike location and asked if they could install it. They told me to bring it back with the part and they would install it. They did indeed installed it and then charged me $39.95. I asked it have the price checked. That was double the price quoted from the Haley Hull St location. I paid it, but I'm not at all impressed with this dealership's service dept and will not be back for service or to purchase a vehicle! In conclusion, when you have an client schedule an appt have the parts in stock when the customer arrives or call to reschedule. Small price to pay to avoid poor reviews and lost business. read more

In a way, I'm to blame for my HORRIBLE experience with Haley Buick. I read all of the bad reviews and still thought I would have a different experience. Well, that definitely was not the case. I took my 2012 Buick LaCrosse to this Buick dealership in early May thinking that since they were a Buick dealership, they would be more knowledgeable in the issues my car was having. WRONG!!!! My service rep's name was Tom and he called to tell me that it might need a map sensor and it might need some type of pedal sensor, I should have known from the MIGHTS that they didn't know what the hell was wrong with my car!! Even after putting it on the machine for a diagnosis, they were still clueless. Tom told me that if those 2 sensors didn't fix the problem, then it might need an engine control module which is a $1,000+ part PLUS labor for installation. Of course I was hesitant because who wants to keep throwing money at an issue that still isn't fixed. Tom called me on May 10th to let me know that the car was fixed (or so I thought). I was soooo happy that the issue I had been having with my vehicle for over a year was finally resolved. I went to pick up my vehicle, paid the $780 and drove away content with the fact that my car was back to "normal". Well, that contentment lasted about 25 mins into my drive home when ALL of the error codes that were there before I had my car towed to this dealership came back on. To say I was devastated would be an understatement. I had just given these idiots $780 of my hard earned money and neither of the sensors that they put on even fixed the problem! I cried the rest of the way home thinking of the money I had just wasted. I left Tom a voicemail as well as the front desk clerk. It was a Friday, so I didn't hear back from Tom until Monday morning with the usual "I'm so sorry...I thought we had it fixed". He told me to bring the car back "for further diagnosis" and I said I was not wasting any more money getting my car towed back to their dealership. That's when he offered to get it towed back up there for no charge. He told me to give him a few days to get a tow company. That was on May 13th and today is June 6th and I have not heard another word from Tom or anyone else at Buick Haley! I wasn't even sure if I would have let them get the car back anyway. I had already wasted almost $800 on their GUESSES and I wasn't about to spend one more dime on a freakin' GUESS. I don't have an endless supply of money to throw away!!!!!! Also, in that $780 charge was the diagnostic fee of $160. In all of my days of dealing with repair shops, I was always told, if you get the vehicle repaired here after the diagnostic, we waive the diagnostic fee. WELL NOT AT THIS RIP OFF PLACE!!!! Please be smarter than me! If you need an oil change or tires replaced, then you're probably good, but if you have a serious issue with your vehicle THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!! My car has been sitting in my driveway since May 10th. Every time I think about the money I wasted, it makes my blood boil!!!! read more

I was advised that i needed to replace my timing chain. After waiting an hour (because he was checking for cheaper prices) I was quoted 2800.00. Rather steep! Online the highest quote was 1100.00. So I did some research and calling around. A reputable repair shop quoted 1400.00. I paid 1440.00. Car runs perfect! Haley over charges. I have only taken my car to Haley the whole 6 yrs I have had it. Not anymore. They have lost a loyal customer. I feel they charged me more because they had to pay to repair damage to my driver side door done by them and this was a way for them to recoup the cost. read more

Jabari Mudiwa and/or Jeff McAllister are two people you want to ask for if you are in the market to buy a new or used car. First of all, buying a new vehicle is stressful, but working with these two made it a much better experience. Jabari was very easy going and listened to what we wanted. They researched the vehicle we were looking for and then brought it over from a sister dealership. Jeff took us out on a drive with the truck we ended up buying. Many times sales people don't know the details of how all the technology works and they look silly trying to halfway explain what the truck can do, but Jeff was very knowledgeable and had a calm way of explaining how we could use the technology. I have had dealers who could show me and flip through things, but it's another thing to be able to articulate the buttons you need to push and train the end user on how to use the vehicle. He was a great teacher, calm and patient. We look forward to recommending them to others and my husbands parents are in the market for a truck so I expect we will be seeing them again soon! read more

1 star because I had too. Worst ever management for repairs especially when you're thinking a dealership is safe to work on your vehicle...wrong! The top service manager is wrapped so tight you have to wonder about someone like that walking around in the general public, my wife and I wasn't in his office 30 seconds this morning and he was already making us feel like we did something wrong bringing our vehicle to them. I think he would have kicked my dog if I'd had brought him in. When we took our vehicle into them initially, my wife told them you people are the experts you tell us what is wrong, well they replaced the front differential and I test drove it the next day and it was still making the same noise we took it in for with a little under $3,000.00 later. Their excuse was when we brought it back was...it was making a different noise to them when we diagnosed it. Short of this guy poking his finger down at his desk in front of my wife when she was picking the vehicle up and telling her he had multiple top techs diagnosing it was the ac unit low on freon and they put 1.5 ounces in it at no charge. He should have had multiple top-notch techs looking at it the first time we took it in and only getting charged for freon not a front-end replacement. Senior citizens on a fixed income means nothing to this guy I'm sure, which we didn't tell him, but he had to of had some idea...Pitiful!! read more

I've taken my vehicle to this dealership for service on at least three different occasions and have been met with some shortfall on their part all three times. From having to reschedule an oil service because after waiting for more than an hour and a half for an oil change the vehicle had not even been pulled in for service, after rescheduling I took it back for the oil change, paid for the service and the very next morning upon checking it found it to be a quart low. I was asked to bring it back, but I live nearly an hour away, so it was easier to buy a quart and top it off myself. Mind you that a quart of oil for the vehicle cost roughly twelve dollars. Finally took the vehicle in today for rear end suspension work only to be told that they had mistakenly not ordered the parts, this was relayed to me after the vehicle had been there nearly six and a half hours. After speaking with the manager the work was completed in an hour. I have absolutely zero confidence in the service performed and will not be returning to this location in the future. If I could give them less than one star I would. Go there at your own risk. read more

In Feb 2022 I scheduled an appointment for my Lacrosse for an unknown internal water leak. The day of my appointment I checked in and was advised by the service advisor that they do not repair vehicles for water leaks and advised me I will need to go to a glass company and then provided the name, address and phone number as to where to go. Well I took my vehicle to that location and the glass company searched for days to locate the water leak. Upon locating the water leak the glass company advised myself & Haley body shop manager of where to they located the problem. . . Fast forward to 11/2023. I have another water leak in my vehicle in the same area as the last time. I immediately took my vehicle back to Haley Body Shop to inspect. Was advised the body shop technician that did the repairs still works there and was advised I will need to schedule an appointment a week later. I took my vehicle back to the body shop on the scheduled date (Monday). I called on Tuesday afternoon because I haven't received a update and was told my Sam that they were short and they never looked at my vehicle and he doesn't understand why I brought my vehicle to them in the 1st place because they do not repair water leaks. I had to re-explain the situation with him. Sam advised well we don't use that glass company and then provided the glass company they use. Sam advised he only trust his glass co and he will get them to find the water leak. That Friday I called for an update. Spoke with Sam and Sam advised me his glass co couldn't come that week and should come the following week. I asked Sam if I should pick up my vehicle or leave it there. Sam advised to leave it there because he did not know when the mobile glass co tech will come. Sam "PROMISED" me that he will leave my car in the building in case it rains. Well on Saturday (next day) I called and s/w Tom in the Service Department and asked him if they could confirm if my vehicle was in the building or out in the opening. Tom advised me that he did not know because the body shop is closed and do not have access to the key box at the body shop. I asked Tom if he could send one of the bay employees to check. Tom advised he will check. Well after 3 hrs of not hearing from Tom I requested to leave work early because I know the service department close at 2p on Saturday. As I was driving to Haley Buick GMC I called Service again and spoke with Tom. Tom advised me that my vehicle is outside but there are some body shop guys working and "PROMISED" to put my vehicle in the building because it was expected to rain that evening/next day. I asked Tom if I need to bring him my keys or pick up the vehicle. Tom said no. Well GUESS What, it rained Sunday and they DID NOT put my vehicle back in the bay or even covered it. Monday I went to the Body shop and s/w Sam (who did not even know my name). I advised Sam I have the Buick Lacrosse, Sam responded "Oh the lady with the water leak". I asked Sam where my vehicle was. Sam responded they just took the vehicle out of the building and moved it outside. I told Sam that is incorrect because i have photos and video from yesterday showing my vehicle outside being rained on. Sam said well "IF" there's water in the vehicle they will get it out. I told him once they extract the water I will be picking my vehicle up because I no longer trust him or Haley Body Shop. After speaking with Sam I went to speak with Ernie and again had to re-explain everything. Ernie advised the body shop manager is in the hospital and the body shop has been backed up. I advised him I understand all that but what I do not understand is why I was lied to - to my face. Ernie advised he will speak with Sam to will make sure they remove the water from my vehicle. Ernie advised me he will call me after speaking with Sam in the Body Shop. Well i received a call about hour later and was told by Ernie (General Manager) that Sam advised him I just have "Moisture" inside the vehicle and they have turned my car on and turned on the heat to dry out the vehicle. I advised Ernie that you do not turn on the heat to remove water from a vehicle and advised him I am on my way to pick up my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership approx. At this time I was angry at how they handled mins later and pickup my vehicle. I looked in the rear driver side floor board and noticed water in the floor board - NOT moisture. I then went into the dealership to find Ernie. I asked Ernie if he looked inside my vehicle to confirm if there was water inside, Ernie replied "NO". I Asked Ernie to take a walk with me so he could inspect it himself. Ernie looked inside my vehicle and said "yes it's Moisture". I then advised Ernie that is water and not moisture. I then asked Ernie if he has ever experience a water leak inside his home. He replied yes. I then asked him if he called a company that specialized in extracting water. He replied yes. I purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia from there 2.5 years ago and I have had to take me truck back to them for repairs ever since I bought it. after I purchased the vehicle I noticed that the acceleration was stalling and I took the truck back on several different occasions about it they told me nothing was wrong with it one of the salesmen even drove it home and kept it over the weekend to test it out and then stated that he didn't noticed the issue with the acceleration and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Feb 2023 my transmission went out and my warranty had ironic just expired a month prior so they did not want to replace the transmission after I had only had the vehicle for a year and a half, so I reached out to the corporate office and the dealership decided to take the transmission apart and determined that the torque converter was bad and I paid 1200.00 for repairs here we are a year later and now my transmission is bad yet again and no one wants to cover it and they want me to pay 3000.00 just to take the transmission out and find the issue I keep getting the run around between gm corporate office and the dealership. My ac stopped working so I happen to stop by Firestone to see if they could take a look at it the advisor there April was helping myself and two other gentleman that also had Chevrolets and GMC models she spoke with us together to tell us we should take it to the dealership because Chevrolet GMC knows about the ac condenser problem but did not have to tell the public because it was not a safety issue so it was put in a special option that if it happen to break before you reach 60,000 miles or 6 years of the vehicle they would fix it if you went past that the consumer would have to pay I call Tom my advisor for the past 6 years of having my suburban for him to tell me my time expired March 25 of 2023 and I would have to pay for it this reminds me of the military don't ask don't tell policy even though I have taken his recommendations for services that was not covered under warranty and paid out of pocket gladly to keep my vehicle running safe I mean thousands of dollars but not once did you say hey Ms Lee we got a ac problem and let us just check yours as a courtesy no I got a quote of 1800.00 to fix it I went to Firestone and had it fixed for 1000.00 if misleading or not telling your customers about a potential problem so you can make money off them is your business then I would rather deal with a shady used car salesmen at least I known he dishonest up front when I called Chevrolet home office all I got was four different people and one lady to call me back to say my special coverage expired and we don't reimburse to third parties so Haley you can stop looking for the newer Suburban I had asked Eloy to find me being this would have been the 5th Suburban I have bought all the trust is completely gone so your CEO Mary has been sent enough emails to say let me answer this lady the treatment of your customers is ridiculous read more

However, I think there is a misconception, if you get a car from a reputable dealer such as Haley you can pretty much bank on reliability, right? NOT the case at all. She purchased the car a 2011 Chevy Malibu in 2015. The car was 4 years old. She purchased a 3 year/35k warranty all the bells and whistles, right? Well not exactly. This car has had nothing but continuous issues and recalls from the second day she drove it off the lot and continues to have issue after issue. What a disaster. Choose your car wisely. I would do Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Report and have a personal mechanic check it out. It is nothing like being stuck with a car that constantly breaks down and is unreliable. And still have to pay the car note that you are upside down in and cannot even trade in. I do think that services did what they could within there power. Chris is solid service manager. Sales and making the deal was okay. But do not rely on the dealers support when the fact is you been sold a well documented lemon. What a disaster. read more

Made a follow up appointment with Haley since I couldn't go through with the first one due to long waiting times. I had an appointment for 8:30 am today and then again I am told that's it's going to be a two hour wait, which at this point I'm like fine whatever. Wait approximately 35 minutes and car service is "done". As I'm driving down the road I realize my airbag light never turned off... Now lady on the phone scheduled me for ANOTHER appointment (since I'm not available anymore), but is saying that something else is wrong with the car, despite it being perfectly fine less than an hour ago. Asked to speak with the technician since maybe he forgot to do something, not available, asked if he can call me back whenever possible, nope. Please don't go here unless you've got time to waste and games to play, I've given the place multiple chances and unfortunately this was the only place I could do my recall otherwise I would've chosen someplace else. This place without out a doubt will somehow always disappoint. Not to mention the amount of gas I've wasted for something that's "free". read more

I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore on August 25, 2018 assuming all was well; every week we would have to put air in the drivers side front tire. I asked my husband to take it to one of the tire places to have it checked out; low and behold there was a plug in the tire. My question is why didn't the service department catch this before the purchase was made. They had my husband to bring my vehicle up to the service department so they could look at it only to be told it wasn't their work. It might not have been their work but it should have been caught before the vehicle was sold. Also they told my husband it would cost #217.00 to purchase a new tire; why would I do that and I can get a new tire for $185.00!! RIP OFFS!!! I took my vehicle here to get serviced due to a coolant leak and check engine light. They fixed the coolant leak but not the check engine light. The technician suggested I replace the fuel injector and heater hose. The cost of repair for both the coolant leak and check engine light totaled over $1300. Over a week after dropping my car off, I was informed that my vehicle was ready. My dad drove it down the street to my job to drop it off to me. As soon as I got in my car later that night, the check engine light was on. The next day I dropped it back off to them for repairs and was assured by Chris Fender that the cost of these repairs would be covered. After waiting another week, I asked Scott for an update on the vehicle. He informed me that the technician suggested I replace the entire engine. The cost of this repair being $6000. I will no longer be doing business with this dealership and I suggest you don't either. Please do not waste your time or money on this place. read more

Thinking I would get a better product and because we have purchased 4 previous vehicles from Haley of course we returned when ready for another GMC truck. We were wrong. Yes the truck we purchased was used and was as is but .. the cab suddenly sprang 2 water leaks staining the head liner on the same side of the truck after the first rain post purchased. My car was jerking and not excelerating I went to Haley buick service department about 2 weeks ago in November they diagnosed the problem as needing my engine cleaned the cost was $275/ $125 for the diagnostics and a $120 or so for the cleaning of the motor that did not fix the problem. I took the car back and They ran another diagnostic and I was told that all 6 of my fuel injectors were bad.. the parts $950 which needed to be paid up front and would take 30 days for the parts come in. the job total would be over $1200 I did not let them perform that job I took it to someone else and he diagnose the problem which was one cylinder core and the part was $60. This was not the first time for a misdiagnosis with them. They need better technicians an stop giving real bad information for a job that a person can't afford read more

Slow slow slow service. Somehow an oil change takes nearly two hours. Forget a complete service - that's gonna set you back at least half a day. To make matters worse they never have loaner cars available - even if you requested it in over a week in advance. This service they told me I need a new air filter - but somehow they don't have one - so they have to run down the road to buy one. Huh? They are the dealership - how is it they don't have a basic part like an air filter??? read more

I've never had any major issues with my car until I took it here. I went to get an antifreeze leak repaired and they claimed it was fixed. Turns out the radiator was cracked. As soon as I got my car back from them the car pulled to the right, the AC started leaking into the car and the blower motor has something stuck in it. I tried to tell them that I didn't have these problems before and they proceeded to charge me $1900 after I just paid $1000. I took it back once again and they wanted thousands of dollars when all of the problems should have been diagnosed the first time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I had an alignment done as well as a few other things. When I picked the car up I wasn't feeling well, so when I noticed that I felt like the car was still pulling to the right, I wasn't up for turning around to take it back. I tried calling the dealership after hours a few times, but there was no answering machine for the general mailbox, like the auto attendant said. Also, when I chose the option for service the system disconnected me twice. I called again the next morning and had to leave a voicemail. I never received a call back. I had to call that evening myself. Again. I made an appointment for that Saturday. I brought my car in and after almost two hours, Barnes told me my car was fine and didn't need any adjustment. He handed me a piece of paper with the alignment readout. I asked him what the information on the paper meant and he responded with I don't know. Then he started to read it to me, "this is your caster and toe. Caster and toe". I told him I could read the paper, but it didn't explain why anything. Why would you hand me a piece of paper you can't explain? ( I didn't say this following part, but this is how it made me feel.) Is it because I'm a woman and I'm just supposed to take your word for it? He quickly copped a larger attitude and became very condescending. He took me to another service writer Tom, who for me saved the situation. He was very nice and made me feel like I wasn't crazy for bringing my car back because I felt it pulling. He called the service tech and asked him a bunch of questions and then offered to have the service manager ride in the car with me to see what it was I was feeling. I told him no thank you, I just want to leave. If it continues, I'll just bring it back. I stewed over the way Barnes treated me the rest of the day. This isn't my first issue with him, but he isn't as knowledgeable as other service writers, and when questioned he becomes condescending and defensive. I don't think he understands that the customer is being asked to spend money, sometimes a lot of it. You need to be able to explain what it's for and why it's important. read more
