At my age, 85 y.o. I have a lot of experience with cars and trucks. In fact I have bought about 40 vehicles. So far Halliday is the best dealer I have dealt with. From the general mgr., sales managers to the parts people, service staff and Mr. Casey the owner, I have never dealt with a better dealership. What's odd is that the other Cheyenne dealers are some of the worse car dealers I have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle and they were nice to get it to me in only 3 weeks. But it's okay, they really spent that time cleaning and replacing the broken/missing parts they said were "shipped overnight". The best part was I was kept in the loop, all I had to do was call twice a day for a response. I was happy when my vehicle arrived without a full tank of gas and the tire pressure light on. Oh, and nothing was fixed. However, they did cover the silver duct take keeping the windshield wipers together with... BLACK TAPE! read more

After receiving check engine codes and taking our vehicle to our regular local service company they recommended we take our vehicle to a more qualified transmission repair place. Because this was going to be an expensive repair, we shopped around and looked at reviews and decided to take our vehicle to Halladay Nissan in Cheyenne, WY. They were able to give us an estimate and it was competitive. We brought our 2013 Pathfinder into Halladay Nissan be serviced for a replacement CVT transmission. They still took the time to check out our Pathfinder, and it was indeed determined that a replacement transmission was warranted. When the parts arrived the 1rst transmission failed. We were disappointed but were glad the service department kept us in the loop, and they were very transparent about the whole process. We had another vehicle we could rely on. Halladay Nissan even offered us a loaner vehicle, but we didn't need it, so we were able to get by while the 2nd transmission was ordered. They let us know right away and the 2nd replacement was immediately ordered. Once it arrived the service department let us know the progress and gave an accurate timeline needed for the transmission replacement. The entire service department was communicative and friendly. Jeff Chai, the service department manager, was most helpful in making sure our transmission replacement was done in as timely a manner as possible. Even with unforeseen circumstances, he communicated what was going on every step of the way. Ed, the parts department manager, made sure our parts were ordered correctly and Kelly, the shop foreman, made sure everything was done right. They honored their estimate for repairs. Overall, it was a really great team effort. We are very satisfied and highly recommend the service department at Halladay Nissan. read more

I was going to buy a used car and agreed on their price. Had a fair price settled on for trade in. All down to the financing. A fellow by name of Jim Casy was the finance manager. He treated me like a lousy crook. Ill never buy a car hrer as long as he is there. I've have bought many cars ov the years but have never been so insulted. read more

We went in just looking at new cars about a month and a half ago. Seen a couple we liked but not 'the one'. The next day Keasha told us about a 2020 Altima that was "used". 3000 miles. Well, we test drove it and haggled back and forth. Let me tell you, Keasha is an amazing sales person and will help you get into the car you want. My husband and I were looking for a newer used truck. Saturday the 29th of Feb. 2020, we went to the Nissan used vehicles. I waited in the car while my husband went in to see if they had a truck in our price range. The young lady showed the only one they had close to our price range. Long story short, we test drove it, then they asked us if we wanted to fill out papers..we did. over Sunday, we talked about it again and thought this might not be a good deal after all..so right away Monday morning, my husband went there to tell them we decide against the truck. keep in mind, we did not give any money to them. less then 24 hours should of been enough time for them to put it back on the market, but they said because we filled out papers, it was ours..I did Customer Service for over 25 yrs..the 1st thing I learned in CS was "the customer is always right," w/in reason of course. They did have the power to tell us, that is fine, they will put it back on the market. We got there Sat. about 1.5 hours before they closed..I would tell ANYone, if your looking for a car, don't go here..and what I'm seeing about the repair dept, really worries me..we learned and expensive lesson. would never go there again. read more

I came from Alaska and had all my services done through Continental Nissan in Anchorage. I LOVED them, they had great customer service. So I hold Nissan to high pedestal. Coming here to Cheyenne to have work done on my Nissan I have been extremely disappointed. 1. I took my van in to see how much it would cost to have my back door fixed, since it wasn't opening and closing. They replied that it would be $200 to fix it because a small bolt had fallen off and they had to take off the paneling and all the man hours it would cost $200. To me that's fraud!! My husband fixed it just fine. 2. I called to set up an appointment with them to have my Nissan Detailed, (which it states on their website I can set up an appointment to have this done), 1. The first time I called the front desk person said they only do details for cars that were purchased through them. I called back to make sure, the second time I called back, the guy said they don't do any kind of services for details. So for me I don't trust them, and I have no desire to purchase, have any repairs fixed by them. They lost out on a very dedicated customer for Nissan. I will go to FoCo. read more
