Second car I've bought from Rick at Cowboy! He truly takes the time to answer my questions and show me all the features. He also called me 3 days after my first purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns with my jeep. Plus- Ally, Sam, and Casey the sales Manager are all informative & helpful as well. In and out in less than 3 hours!! I initially went to them after not having been taken serious at the Jeep dealership of Golden. My best friend's dad sent me to Casey and he got me 100% the exact car I wanted. Like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women the joke was definitely on them because now I'm a customer for life at Cowboy Dodge of Cheyenne!!!Isabella_bobby@yahoo.com isab

I didn't want the car costing approx 43k after TTL as I addressed with John & Andrew. I had originally agreed to pick up car 6/20 as I left $3000 down payment and was to pay balance with cashier check balance $37584.50. 6/20 early morning I called to asked about the fees and they told me misinformation. However I made the trip all the way down there because I was given wrong information on the fees. 6/20 I went to the dealer to cancel the contract due to the price. The dealer offered me a better deal and I then agreed to use my $3000 paid on Friday as a down payment. The dealer had a better discount & rebate if I financed with Honda. I signed preliminary paperwork for cost of car TOTAL @ $39434.50. I reviewed contract it appears dealer changed the cost to $40299.50 plus 35.00 title registration fee. This total from the document I signed is exactly over by $900.00 there fore the rebate from Honda is a wash! I sent email to dealer the same evening that I financed the car after the discrepancies' were caught. Andrew had offered me an extra $500 off from dealer and if finance he had better car deal to get the car lowered with a Honda rebate of $900. I felt rushed when I financed papers it was taking so long for the finance paperwork. My credit score is great @ 789 so I don't know what was going on. Therefore my amount to be financed upon our discussion should have been $37371.48 but instead I was charged $382305.98. The total of this is the difference of 934.50 as sneaky charge making it appear as if it is the 899.00 and 35.00 fee. Basiclly they snuck this fee in there as "total other charges and amounts paid to others on your behalf" and are trying to justify it but it is very clear on paperwork. I'm disappointed because I live in Denver co & made the trip three times to Wyoming in good faith. I went 6/24 back within 72 business hours to go over all the documentation with GM Jim something just didn't feel right. I have the original paperwork from the cash offer. 6/24 I spoke to Andrew and he agreed that he could write me a chekc @ 900.00 but then said no he did not see that now. I had to drive back up there and nothing got resolved with GM Jim here because I was given wrong information on the fees. The $934.50 is a sneaky charge I didn't agree to it added back into car price again. In the long run I paid the $900.00 extra to dealer as $40584.50 cash price *4.75 % tax = $42511 and dealer priced me $40,299.50 *4.75 tax = $42170.98 then added $35.00 for total 0f $42205.98. Long story short I did not get the $900.00 back.

May 26, 2016- I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership. June 1, 2016- I took the vehicle to the service center because it was pulling to the left. They re-aligned the vehicle and I left. June 3- vehicle still pulling, made an appointment for June 8 June 8, 2016- took vehicle in. They re-aligned the vehicle and found a safety bulletin requiring the rims and tires be replaced. At the same time, they found an oil leak that had been there since before I drove away. The leak was coming from the crankshaft seal, or so they thought. They looked through their internal records and discovered that this seal had been replaced on this vehicle once before (it was in their loaner fleet). So they replaced the seal, again, but that did not solve the leak. They determined it was the cam shaft actuator that was causing the leak. June 8, 2016- I went to the dealership and asked if I could exchange the vehicle for a more expensive one. They told me that I would have to trade in my purchase to do so. They would give me $15000 for my trade, which was half of the sale price that I paid 2 weeks prior. So, my BRAND NEW car has been in the shop for 1/3 of the time that I have owned it. They will only give me half the value of the purchase or I have to drive a car that I don't trust. I am currently trying to resolve this issue but I doubt the dealership will help considering the Customer Experience Manager, Jim Mossey, would not talk to us when we asked to speak to him. UPDATE!! I spoke with Dallas and he took care of everything. They figured out how to take the defective car and roll back the loan. Then they helped me get into an even better car that I love!! Amazing customer service!

I get the interest rate might be out of their control but in total the wanted 28,000 for a 2013 Dodge Ram with mechanical issues. I'm sorry but that's absolutely ridiculous. Someone needs to look into the legality of this place.

**BUYER BEWARE**…read more Patriot Auto Sales is either grossly negligent or actively deceptive. More than likely both. Either way, buying from them will be a gamble. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, stay far away. You'd be better off burning your money. I purchased a 2000 Jeep from Patriot Auto Sales from out of state, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Borderline unethical. Patriot and their "mechanic" AJ show an alarming disregard for basic accountability. Tanner, the salesperson, was friendly but profoundly unprepared to answer even basic questions about the vehicle. Throughout the process, his responses revealed either a serious lack of product knowledge or a willingness to mislead through omission. When someone in a sales position cannot speak competently about the mechanical condition of what they're selling, it's not just unprofessional, it puts the buyer at risk. He's nice, but should not be selling vehicles if he doesn't have at least a basic understanding of what exactly it is he's pushing on customers. The real issue, however, lies with AJ, the mechanic they rely on for pre-purchase inspections. AJ failed to identify that the Jeep had no oil pressure. This is a glaring, critical issue that no competent mechanic should miss. Whether the inspection was rushed, superficial, or simply never done properly, the result was the same. I was left unaware of a catastrophic engine problem until I had already traveled across state lines to pick up a vehicle that had been purchased on the assumption that I had been trusting a professional. When questioned, AJ claimed the damage occurred after his inspection, either by Patriot staff or someone during a test drive. Even though he confirmed with me after the fact via text that the Jeep had low oil pressure while in his shop. All of this raises serious concerns about the thoroughness and integrity of any of his inspections. Taken on its own I could chalk this up to AJ and Tanner not knowing what they're doing, but when I picked up the car I checked the trouble codes. Emissions readiness hadn't run yet, which means someone at the dealer or at their mechanic deliberately cleared the trouble codes so that I wouldn't be aware of issues until I had already left with the car. Almost as soon as the Jeep hit operating temperature the check engine light was flashing at me. Neither AJ nor Tanner mentioned the oil pressure issue or the check engine issues until I showed up to take delivery. Only then was I told the Jeep had no oil pressure, and shockingly, no one seemed to think that was a big deal. Tanner didn't even understand what that meant. That's how little they know, or care, about what they're selling.

Do not do business with Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne…read more Our experience with this dealership has been incredibly disappointing, and we feel completely misled. When we purchased our vehicle, the finance rep, Eric Harms, sold us an expensive extended warranty by describing it as essentially bumper-to-bumper coverage. He specifically gave us examples like if the electronics or DVD player failed, it would be covered. He even gave another example, saying that if we accidentally damaged the upholstery with something sharp in our pocket, the warranty would pay to replace it. Those statements gave us every reason to believe we were purchasing great coverage, so we agreed to spend thousands of dollars on the warranty. Fast forward to today, and we now have an issue with the vehicle's electronics--the exact type of repair we were told would be covered. Instead, we've been told it is not covered under the warranty. What makes this even worse is that we were never given a copy of the actual warranty contract when we purchased the vehicle. The only paperwork we received showed what we paid for the warranty and how to contact the warranty company. There was nothing explaining what was actually covered or excluded. It wasn't until I called the warranty company myself that I was finally provided a copy of the contract. If we had been given the contract at the time of purchase, we could have reviewed the coverage ourselves instead of relying on the verbal promises made in the finance office. We feel the warranty was misrepresented, and the lack of transparency regarding the contract only reinforces that feeling. A dealership should be honest about what customers are buying and provide the documentation needed to make an informed decision. I would not consider buying a vehicle or an extended warranty from Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne, learn from our experience. Demand the complete warranty contract before you sign anything, and don't rely on verbal explanations of what is supposedly covered. We certainly won't be doing business with this dealership
