What a place from the beautiful, clean, modern office, to the receptionists, to the assistant to the Dr.,Genisis and especially DR. CARLOS! He took his time with us, explaining what he would have to do for Sparky, and explained that it was not our fault. It's just something that happens to older smaller dogs. Sparky needs to come back for surgery in July where he will be under anesthesia, to get a deep cleaning of his teeth and will probably have a couple teeth pulled. My previous dog walker would sometimes show up late to walk Layla. Then all of a sudden just cancelled on me with no notice. I immediately started searching for a new dog walker and through Yelp I found Marina. She is a heaven sent!!! She did a meet and greet with me and I knew right away that she was the perfect dog walker. She's very responsible, reliable and trustworthy. She always sends me a text to confirm our walks. She also lets me know when she has arrived and left my house. She brings Layla treats and sends me pictures of Layla on her walk. She even sends me text asking how Layla is doing when she is sick. My dog had the most beautiful and soft coat ever and they literally ruined it, see the picture for yourself (how she was and how she is now). Other places with professional groomers would just use scissors to do that (they obviously don't know what they are doing) I thought it was very obvious that you're not supposed to shave a double coated dog. (She told me it was not a shave, but my dog's hair is not longer than 1/4 inch right now. From my perspective that is shaving, I am sorry. It's just common sense). Sky is the most sweet and playful dog ever, thanks to these people now she doesn't wanna eat, doesn't wanna go out... all she does is lay down on the corners and look depressed. I can't say enough how aggravated I am with this place. What you did was brutal... I should have looked their reviews before, that's on me, I guess. 3.9 stars is too much for this place, they deserve 0 stars.

Never had an issue if you disregard them never being on time and always coming earlier to appointments and me having to ask my neighbour to take out my pet for him to be groomed. Yesterday instead of one of the sisters they send me an amateur not speaking a word of English. Who in gods name runs a business and sends a non speaking english amateur in United States of America? As a result zoroed my dogs back cause obviously she didnt know how to use scissors. Didnt trim his face or ears. And forgot to clip nails. After adressing issues with owner. She profoundly said Im rude. Obviously south americans can not differentiate upfrontness with rude. Uncalled for lass!!
