Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done! What really impressed me was how patient and kind she was with Bleu. He can be a little unsure during grooming, but she took her time, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with so much care. Throughout the appointment, she even sent me progress pictures, which I really appreciated--it was so reassuring to see him calm and happy during each step. Here she is again, looking as cute as can be. It's a hidden gem in Hallandale for anyone that does not know where it is. The entrance is in the back off Hallandale beach Blvd. It is very clean, everyone is so kind, and loving to the dogs. They do a full grooming, bath, cut, face trim, nails, and her cute little bow. She smells wonderful after. They follow the exact cut you ask and picture you show. I feel like so many places now I don't feel comfortable leaving her. She always comes back calm and there is no change in her temperament. That is something i realized effects her. She was scared of everything and would not leave my side after one grooming experience prior to finding Kenos. So now I am very selective of who I leave my dog with, who grooms her, and anything she needs. Dogs are like people, they just can not tell us what they feel.
