The sushi is okay, but this is the second time that the food didn't come out together for everyone. Please know that it is rude to serve others in your party and have other people waiting to eat.

Staff are friendly, restaurant is clean. We had the short rib appetizer. I had the Alaskan Sushi roll. My husband had the chicken and beef combination plate. The chicken was questionable and not quality. Sushi was subpar. We won't be back, but giving 3 stars due to the first sentence.

Great service with almost as great food. The rolls are ginormous so be cautious of how much you order. I had the combination short rib order, it was great and I recommend it if you want more than just sushi. The chicken katsu is subpar so don't order that. Fried rice tastes like Mexican rice (which I love but not what I wanted). Service, again, was amazing. Thanks for the private seating area!!!

Tried with a group of friends and had a good selection to try from. Tried the gyoza, salmon sashimi, Lava roll, caliente roll, chicken katsu bento and Tempura ice cream with mochi. The gyoza is decently flavored but is not an item that I would drive that far to eat. The salmon sashimi didn't have a bad odor, however, it didn't taste fresh which was disappointing. Given we aren't by the coast, I wouldn't expect that freshness here. The Lava roll is was flavorful, however, it's a Americanized version which was definitely not authentic. I would order it again if I go back. The caliente roll wasn't my favorite; it was not fresh or flavorful. The chicken katsu bento was underwhelming since the chicken was less than a cm thick which felt like if I was eating fried bread crumbs unfortunately, don't order it if you are looking for some real katsu. The dessert wasn't a bad option to try, it had decent flavor of the macha ice-cream and tempura was a little bit thick; however, it wasn't disappointing.

Amazing food is an understatement. I got an appetizer, two tolls, and a dessert. All of it surpassed my expectations and the portions are generous. I am glad I chose to try this place out. The service was great and I have to give credit to Jenny for the recommendations. I think the decore and lighting is perfect for either a date, a family dinner, or a hangout with friends. You can really tell that the employees love working here and they have a sense of togetherness you don't usually see in places that get this busy.

This place is pretty cool! It's in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking, and they have lots of seating, including table in separate rooms off to the side. We both got Miso soup & Salad with our rolls. The ginger dressing was good and the Lemon Roll was a fun item to try-it was very good and I'd order it again. I also got a salmon roll, which is a classic. I was incredibly full by the time we left here! Boyfriend got veggie rolls of some sort and was also very pleased (and stuffed) when we left. A fun find on this side of town!

This is my to-go spot for sushi!! I've forgotten to leave a review so many times. It's conveniently located down the street from me and it's available on Uber Eats and GrubHub. Its on the Northeast side of town. I'm from Hawaii and we know great sushi and this is the closest I'll come to awesome sushi in the desert! I've ordered from other spots only when Hamachi isn't open. Order any roll and it comes with miso soup and salad. My roomie and I always get the same rolls- Lion King and Jessica!! and don't forget the edamame too! We also ordered the same rolls when we dine in plus sake Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!!

If you are looking to order BBQ SHORT RIBS, be sure to explain how you want it cooked. I have always ordered short ribs on this restaurant and have not had any issues. This time the short ribs was still red (bloody). The assistantship manager indicated that they cook this way (rare) because it is how customers want it!!! Yes, I would order rare if I was eating a rib eye steak, BUT NOT BBQ SHORT RIBS. If it was Restuarant's procedure to give customers a choice how their meat will be cooked, it should be asked during ordering process. NOT to assume that "everyone" wants rare short ribs. Restaurant staff indicated they aren't trained to ask customers for their preference. This is not a good practice, thus, the low yelp rating. P.S. I am not a fan of returning food back to the kitchen to have it fixed. No matter which restaurant, fast food, casual dining.

Been here twice for the sushi! Best in town. Sushi is always fresh and the prices are amazing. Definitely worth while if in El Paso.

I've been to Hamachi quite a few times and I have to say the sushi is either hit or miss. Sometimes is amazing, other times it's just so-so.

It came with seasoned fries which were FANTASTIC as well. My wife had the regular burger, she's picky but she definitely loved the burger. She's more of a regular fries person, being picky but she said they're okay, which is a good sign! My kids never eat out but my one order of sliders was finished super quick, the other is a baby but she eating too. She doesn't eat my burgers at home so I need whatever recipe they have! My son ate his nuggets and they all love the fries. The only thing I have that could be an improvement would be making the limeade a bit less tart otherwise we really enjoyed everything! Plus we love supporting local businesses. Immediately we were greeted and the woman answered our questions. We prefer the Green chili burger and the smash burger with an appetizer of onion rings. They brought everyone out at once- it was hot, gooey, juicy and amazing. The onion rings had the perfect crunch and were delicious. The green chili burger had a slight spice but not hot, just flavorful. I ordered the smash burger and the amount of meat on that burger was astounding. While the store front itself is a bit bare and could use some sprucing up to make it more fun or stand out, it was by far the cleanest restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. This place is wiped down after every guest very well (not just a quick wipe down but very clean) even the bathroom was extremely clean. Over all great food, quick service, clean place to eat. Would recommend but mostly for the burgers, everything else is just icing on the cake.

As we were seated our waiter took 10 min to great us and then another 12 min to bring our drinks. I didn't think anything of it yet it was a precursor to the rest of our dinner. After he took our order our kids food came out in a very timely fashion but our two orders of salmon and one steak sandwich took 40 min to arrive at the table. What a ridiculous waste of my time because my sandwich was missing the fries ordered and our waiter thought nothing of it till I brought it up then he took another 10 min to bring my fries. All this while simultaneously forgetting the sauce for the salmon which also took another 10 min to bring out. The salmon was so dry it was tacky and stuck to your teeth. If you know the feeling you know it's bad. The rice that came underneath the salmon was crunchy and way undercooked. All while the waiter was like oh I can bring you free deserts for your wait all while I could only think about how I just wanted to leave. I was internally livid and exhausted but kept it to my self after seeing the owner or manager who we the guy with the white hair over at the bar enjoying a few alcoholic beverages meanwhile his restaurants service and waitstaff to the worst possible job they can. I saw the people who got the most attention and good service were all regulars sitting at the bar laughing it up with the manager/owner older guy. Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. All this and the waiter is like I'll comp you for the steak sandwich with a discount for the bad service and salmon which was a whopping $5. I don't want a discount I don't want free day old desserts I want good service and decent food. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself. The restaurant is dark the tables are sticky the whole place is very compact . Perfect and quite attractive after 5-6 wines for sure. I'm sure the food is outstanding after a few drinks as well . They gave us a $25 dollar gift card to return which if I could I'd give to the owner so he could experience the same horrible food and service we did. I wouldn't even give the gift card to someone I hated. This was one of the first times in a long time I didn't just let it slide because I understand all restaurants and people have bad days but this was exceptionally bad. If you are thinking it can't be that bad think again it absolutely can. The whole "I'm sorry we usually have awesome service and everyone loves our food it's probably just me and my family " is laughable . This isn't my first time here while visiting El Paso. The food is getting worse.

The manager incorrectly stated that service dogs must wear a vest to be recognized as service animals and demanded that we provide a "service animal certificate." We were then told that such certificates were not valid and that service animals must be registered in New Mexico before being allowed into the restaurant. None of these statements are consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service dogs are not required to wear vests, carry certificates, or be registered with any state in order to access public accommodations. It is deeply concerning that a manager responsible for serving the public appears to have such a poor understanding of federal disability law. The experience was embarrassing, discriminatory, and completely unnecessary. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States with my service dogs and have never been treated this way. I strongly encourage management to educate staff on ADA requirements before another customer is subjected to the same treatment. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who relies on a service animal.
