The smashburger consists of two smash hamburger patties topped with American cheese with cheese sauce between the patties. I added pickles on my sandwich. The burger was cooked well, in the typical smashburger style, and was very cheesy and delicious. The fries were good. The order came in a plastic container. Not quite eco-friendly but it kept the food warm and fresh. I highly recommend this establishment. My order was filled quickly and my DoorDasher delivered the order quickly. I like having different dining options and this is one place I do intend on visiting again.

I had made an order last night after long day of work (work a hour away), and the order was wrong and high priced for the portions. The fish was not a good portion like it was previous and did not even give me tartar sauce with fish. I was not aware of change of location to Famous Restaurant until I made the order and had to drive out of my way after long day at work. Management had refunded me money which was appreciated, but I would say that maybe they should just add this menu to The Famous Menu or to the Doubleday locations and close the doors and concept of this restaurant.

It is a cash only so when you come make sure you have that or pay via Venmo. It look like a classic place that people bring their families too enjoy a beautiful day at! I have hyponatremia, so I add salt to EVERYTHING. I couldn't have added salt to these noodles if I wanted to. Oh, and my root beer float was only half full. It was a great place when I was a kid. It's a shame what the new owners have done to the place!

The ham slices were tender and the bread was lightly buttered. I didn't see an option to add mayonnaise or I would have. I felt the sandwich was a little dry. I also barely tasted the provolone cheese. It's there but sliced really thin. The fries were good, and there were a lot of them. They weren't too oily but not exactly crispy either. I think the meal was a good value. I just wish they would have had an option to add condiments. There were some napkins with the order but no condiments. I would like to try some of their other food options and I do recommend.

I requested the fries to come on the side instead of on top of the sandwich, which worked out nicely as then I didn't have to order a side. They offer 6 inch or 12 inch subs. I went with a 12 inch, and was surprised to see when it came out that it was actually just two 6 inch sandwiches. This worked out great, because I only ended up eating half and was able to take the entire second 6 inch sandwich home for leftovers. Overall, the cheesesteak was delicious and the leftovers heated up really well. The STS sauce is kind of a mix between thousand island and chipotle mayo. Interesting, but good. The inside is rather spacious, but we noticed most people got food to-go. Service was obnoxiously good -- I say obnoxious because it was almost to the point of hovering, if that makes sense. But overall, the food was good and they have such a variety that you could try something different each time.
