Waxing the City was the first time I'd done waxing without the strips of cloth that felt like they were ripping off layers of skin along with my dignity. I love the wax-only method and have found the whole experience less painful and everyone who works there has done a great job. Sure, I wish they handed out wine before going in but considering the intimate experience I've been impressed. Highly recommend for service from front desk to the folks on the table. However afterwards, I noticed some dark marks across my nose and I contacted Arianna, she said to wait 2 weeks and they should go away. After 2 weeks, the marks did not go away I called the Natick tightspa location and wanted to speak with Ariana to get more information about it. I spoke with Tiffany, the director who answered the phone. She said I had to send a picture first, when she received the picture, she stated it is very difficult to say when and how the marks occurred and it did not come from the spa. I then sent a picture prior to the facial which does not show the dark scars across my nose. I am very disappointed with Tiffany's response. I expected better customer service and response especially from a director but instead she basically disclaimed any responsibility or assistance. My prior photos before the medical facial did not show the dark scars across my nose. After I sent this photo I did not even receive a response. An explanation or possible solution on how the marks could be improved would've been a better response to a customer than the defensive posture of non-responsibility which shows unprofessionalism, defensiveness, poor customer service and indifference towards the customer. Nor did Tiffany offer to have Ariana speak with me to assist. I would not recommend going to this location because if this is an example of how they handle issues when they arise. I do not expect Tiffany the director to do anything to improve or assist with the situation except to disclaim responsibility and to ignore the situation.

However, this location has some fantastic staff who are super professional and to the point. Honestly, I don't need chit-chat or back-and-forth questions about "is this okay" or "how does it feel". I just need the business done quickly and thoroughly. And the LaserAway at Wellesley does exactly that. I wasn't seeing great results for my first 6 sessions at different locations, but after my final two sessions at Wellesley LaserAway, thanks to RN Stephanie Loynd & RN Amy Huang, I see massive improvements and almost no hair growth. It's because these two ladies aren't stingy about zapping and are so precise and thorough. And huge thanks to the front receptionist for all your help and advice, DJ Lisa Griswold. I see complaints at other locations about how the treatment is expensive and they see no results. The reason is because the wrong nurse is administering the laser treatment. You won't go wrong with Stephanie L. and Amy H. as your RNs. We're paying $$ thousands of dollars, so it's only right that we get thorough treatments that we can actually see results from. LaserAway should have all their RNs get trained in the same way as Stephanie and Amy.
