What I thought was going to be an inconvenience to replace became an easy process. The knowledgeable receptionist, Lori, asked me several questions, then looked up the glass using my VIN # to ensure that the correct back window was ordered for my truck. The two young technicians who came to my home to install the window were on time, polite, neat, and efficient ( only took an hour and a half). They kindly explained all the necessary information to me to ensure that the window would set correctly. I was told by another glass shop that I needed to bring my truck to their shop and leave it for four hours. I was thrilled that I wasn't inconvenienced by traveling and waiting around for the same repair! From the phone call with Lori to the install, it only took 2 days. In addition, the cost was hundreds less than what I was quoted by another shop. The whole process was easy and stress-free! I will be recommending Precision Auto Glass to everyone I know!!
