I was convinced that by the time I got the car back, I ws going to trade it in or sell it. We received the car in Savannah Georgia where we live and honestly, the car drives better than it has ever. The E 400 looks brand new, steering is solid and its performance, no joke, is perfect. We can't thank Fireplace enough for their attention to detail and workmanship. Thank you to the entire crew.

Coordinating the insurance for these accidents was both a pain and time intensive, but the guys at Ace remained patient throughout, including when the car was deemed "totaled" by one of the insurance companies and the work entailed in pulling back that claim. Kevin and Dustin were helpful and communicative throughout all the discussions and phone tagging between them the insurance companies, and me. In the end, once the work could start, they hopped right on it and got it done quickly and beautifully. They attend to every detail, and now the car looks better than even before both accidents. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, the quality of the work, the value, and their attention to detail. None better in the Hartford area. None.

His wife, Dawn, is amazing (and Cliff is unworthy of her, haha!). Cliff also has a winter storage business, which is incredibly affordable out here. They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. Steven Litwin is the shop Foreman and handled everything professionally and was very pleasant to work with. I hope my car is never damaged again but if it is it will only go to Steben's.
