We came here to start our day. The staff are 10/10 as far as being friendly and helpful. My friend and I tried their breakfast sandwiches which are premade and warmed like a panini. My significant other and I were gonna order the same thing (hers iced and mine hot) but the barista (can I call them that if it's not Starbucks?) behind the counter gave us a suggestion to try something different for the hot. So I went with the hot Cinnamon Roll Latte and she got the iced shaken brown sugar latte, and the barista was absolutely on point with their recommendation. I thought the muffins were fresh with a nice crisp on the outside and fluffy center. Ask for it warmed - it could use it. They get really busy, but orders are relatively quick. I heard the coconut cold brew is also really good, but I'm not sure if they had that flavor because it might be seasonal. Then came across the stupid tip screen, where I decided to be generous and tip 18%, which was almost $4. At the end of our order, my partner asked to add caramel to his coffee. The cashier told us not to worry about it, and she will tell them to add it in. We walk away, and they yell my name to return to register to pay the extra DOLLAR AND THIRTY SIX CENTS for the caramel.
