Great place to stop in for a quick, easy bite and some fire coffee. Very chill spot, right off the main strip and in walking distance to both the beach and town. The workers didn't seem too experienced in coffee making. All of the size are the same amount of espresso but hold very different amounts of liquids - for a flat white the ratios for a flat white would be thrown off if you bought a medium or large. The barista steamed the milk twice to put a little bit of foam on top so it didn't blend well with the rest of the coffee. The cup is pretty cool though and the espresso was still decent - I just don't think we would go back. Looking forward to more Australian coffee brands though! read more

I Oder 2 matcha lattes and it took less than 5 minutes to be ready (which is impressive considering how long other waits for drink and food in Montauk are) The Matcha was pretty good. It seems this place can be great or terrible depending on who is running it for the day and what you order. Ordered a cold brew and was given one ordered online by someone else half an hour earlier. Was warm and watered down obviously. Realized it wasn't mine, went to the front to tell them, and they said "Oh, that's okay you can have it." After I explained I was upset with the quality, not taking someone else's order, they offered to fix it, but only dumped out the coffee and refilled it again with ice and whatever "cold brew" they had batched. Flavor was still very light and watered down, but at least it was cold now. My wife ordered an iced latte and she said it came out great, so again, seems to depend on what you order. Ordered the healthy breakfast bowl and my wife ordered a burrito. The bowl came out messy and frankly very unappealing. The poached egg was overdone and flavorless, the salmon was sort of just thrown over a bed of overdressed spinach, and the guacamole and feta seemed like they were scooped into the corners in a hurry. The burrito was great though - well seasoned, crispy tortilla, and well portioned. So I guess if you order a burrito and a latte you'll have a good time. Order something batched or on a plate and you're in for a ride. read more

Always one of my fav spots. I love it in Philly and New York, so glad that they have it out here as it's always consistently great. The coffee is so delicious here. Smooth and a pick me up! The toasts here are exceptional. Such quality ingredients. Love the bread and then my prosciutto, ricotta, with the honey was just wow, wow, wow. Perfect breakfast and start to the day. Delicious coffee and toast! They have multiple locations but this was my first time when we were visiting Montauk. They have various milk options, I went with oat milk for my latte. The toast is nice and hearty and very thick. Just one slice was satisfying and satiating. I think the ricotta toast with strawberries and mint beats out the avocado and lox toast. I grabbed breakfast here twice this past weekend and really enjoyed everything I got. I tried their mocha and latte. Their espresso is so good. We also got avocado toast with cherry tomatoes, the standard, which is a bacon egg and cheese on croissant, and the banana and almond butter toast. Great service as well. The ladies working the counter are super nice. It looks like you can also order online but I walked in both times. I came in and asked for the blueberry protein smoothie but without the protein. The worker was so rude and told me they don't substitute in smoothies - I said all you have to do is just not put in the protein . She finally agreed. She then proceeded to put oat milk in it(the menu says almond milk) and when I told her I'm allergic and don't drink oat milk she gave me attitude and said the menu is wrong. When you first walk in here, you might confuse it with a clothing store but as you continue, the coffee counter is in the back corner of the store. I ordered the Aussie Iced Latte, which essentially means latte and ice cream (vanilla in my case). Very delicious, it was like an upgraded affogato - incredibly creamy. Their ice-cream is from Van Leeuwen and is also served separately by the scoop. Would come back if I lived closer. read more

Went on the weekend of October 10-12. On October 11th, went approximately at 1pm and my boyfriend and I purchased an iced coffee. There were strands of long blonde hair in the cup. My boyfriend and I do not have blonde hair but one of the employees did. The employees need to be more mindful (especially during this time of the pandemic) and be clean and attentive when dealing with food purchases such as this one. We had to throw out the whole drink. Beautiful little coffee shop/clothing shop our 2 iced lattes were very nice and the staff were very friendly. A little cheeky to charge an an extra $2.50 for oat milk I think. The chocolate and regular croissant that were ordered were stale. If this had been an afternoon order I may have put it down to bad luck. Ok to sum it up they are super disorganized here. To start somebody took our meals and then when asked where they were they said they had made them but will make them again. 10 minutes later we still did not have our toast. I mean I can make toast at home in all of 3 minutes. Poor service. The coffee was good but yet again it was a fight to get some sugar to put in there. Excellent coffee! Their coffee blend is something to try. My cappuccino was rich and flavorful. The staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. To top it off, they knew how to brew a great cup and properly froth milk. Bluestone is a very welcomed addition to Montauk. I will be there daily during my stay. No other coffee spot in town compares. A definite for anyone who enjoys great coffee. read more
