This is the "store". My suggestion is to bring any and everything you need before you come. They basically have NOTHING!

Nice folks at the desk and housekeeping staff. Just not the level of a well run franchise or business. They don't communicate through the Hilton app chat feature like 99% of the other Hilton properties do (worldwide). Ice machine on second floor has been out of order for months and other reviews tell more of the same management neglect. The good thing is that there's a great infrastructure close by for your needs. To all my HHonors friends, pick another location.

The hotel receptionist was very nice and hospitable. We arrived late last check in to the hotel and the hotel did accommodate us for being late which is why I'm leaving a two star. The problem is that the bathtub/shower wasn't cleaned properly. Used soap and hair from another guest on the wall. Not a pleasant sight at all. Hoping they don't this all the time

Great location near Old Town Temecula and freeway. We only stayed one night and room was big also great amenities. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine(also they serve coffee and hot water(teas and coco) near the front desk 24hrs), hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, body soap bar and body lotion etc. it was too bad they don't supply toothbrush and tooth paste. Beds are clean and very comfortable and I didn't feel any back pain like I usually get from beds at other hotels. Serving breakfast: regular and blueberry waffles you make with the waffle makers, ham and cheese omelette(premade), bacons, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, juice(orange, apple, cranberry), 2 kinds of muffins(I guess blueberry and apple), some breads, also apples and bananas are there. They have jams, Nutella, peanut butter and cream cheese in small packs. I wish their omelette doesn't contain meat so my vegetarian husband can eat eggs. It was quiet although right next to the street. I also enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was very lukewarm water and I wish a bit hotter. I will definitely come back there when I stay at Temecula.

Came back to my room at the end of the day and this is how my door was

Alex and Aaron helped us and were so friendly. All the staff here actually are super friendly and helpful. Serviced golf carts are available if you don't feel like making the hike (or are too drunk) to make the trek up to your accommodations. The view is gorgeous from the top! There's a fire pit and jacuzzi available. Our room was nice and cozy and we greatly appreciate the complementary note and gift. The only thing that wasn't working in the room was the TV. We just wanted some background noise and we kept finagling with it but no luck. We did let the front desk know and they're aware of the situation. We didn't have any issues with noise but maybe we were lucky and didn't have anyone else staying nearby. All the wine and food here is delicious. Really can't go wrong with this beautiful winery and no need to leave really. The only suggestion would be for the coffee shop on site to be open in the morning instead of later on in the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back again!

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Temecula over the holiday weekend and overall had a mixed…read moreexperience. There were definitely some positives, but also several things that kept this from being a higher‑rated stay. The good: The hotel offers a full hot breakfast, which was a nice perk and well‑done. Our suite appeared to have newer carpet, a renovated bathroom, and very large thick luxurious bath towels. The layout of the suite was comfortable and spacious, and there were two TVs. We also appreciated that when we reported a minor ant problem and a stuck sliding door, maintenance took care of both issues right away. On Saturday, we went to the complimentary evening reception and stayed for a burger, which was convenient. The not‑so‑good: Check‑in was slow -- we waited about 45 minutes and finally got into our room at 4:00 PM. To be fair, 4 PM is the standard check‑in time, and the lobby was full of guests waiting for rooms because it was a busy holiday weekend. Some people were trying to check in early, which probably added to the congestion. Still, the wait was long and the staff seemed overwhelmed, but were still very pleasant. The hotel overall feels dark and dated despite the partial updates in our room. The couch, chairs, and curtains looked newer, but the overall style still felt old and not very modern. We also noticed the green awnings outside were discolored with streaks that looked like mold, which didn't give the best impression. Parking is $15 a night, and they give you a tag for your dashboard. My husband noticed our tires had been marked even though we had the parking tag and had paid for two nights, which was odd. The biggest annoyance was Monday morning -- at 6 AM, bright and early on a holiday weekend, they were mowing the lawn right under our window. Definitely not the wake‑up call we were hoping for. Overall, the stay had some nice touches, but between the slow check‑in, outdated feel, early‑morning noise, and a few maintenance concerns, it lands at a solid 3 stars for us.

I'm a Gold member that doesn't really give you much benefits anymore. They used to always give me water and points, something from the store. I will have to inquire about that. My first thought as soon as I walked in the door was this giant chandelier that had not been clean or dusted in years, it was quite disgusting. They do offer a decent breakfast, it has a omelette station that was actually really good, something for most people. My omelette was really good, especially with that salsa! The line was huge at the omelette station. I was happy to have a conversation with the two chefs (Jacob and Sadiel) that we're working on 8/6/26. Sandy who was whipping up the eggs on 8/7 so kind, and of course, a shout out to Davion. They were awesome, actually probably the best part of the stay. They were so excited that somebody acknowledged them, look them in the eye and said hello and thank you, that was me saying that, how hard is it to be nice, say hi and just acknowledge people? My correspondence through the chat app, linked me to Cesar, he was the one that reached out to me often to see how things were going. Well today, I will share with him some of my views.. Not happy about not being offered water, nor was there any of my room, even though they did have a coffee maker, I guess you use water from the tap, I never do that. They did have a little fridge, but their room was very old and banged up. The bed made a lot of noise and the mattress was very old, bed frame seemed broken. Our room never really cooled off. Can't really say the shower was good either, turned on the showerhead, but there was more water coming out of the bathtub part than the actual shower, how frustrating. The pool looked great outside, although we did not take advantage of that. The hotel was full of kids. The pool was full of kids. I think this location has turned into a location, staycation for families that have a lot of kids that dining room this morning was packed full of children. This Hilton property has turned into a low budget hotel, I guess that definitely needs love and a facelift. For that reason and others, I could not recommend this. I JUST CAN'T

We were especially impressed with the nice bathroom with large shower and separate tub. Check-in was easy; like an Airbnb a simple code for room entry was provided and payment was made online. Like an Airbnb, bring your own amenities; other than soap and towels, nothing else was provided in the bathroom. There is a pool and hot tub but I never even saw either as they were on the back side of the complex and we pretty much just wanted to chill in the room. We planned a stay here just to relax and rediscover what a nap is. The huge downside for us was that the walls here are paper thin. The noise from the room next to us kept us from being able to relax or sleep and even woke us up the following morning. Conversations, the television, and the lovely sounds of snoring could be plainly heard by us. The most irritating noises from next door were the sounds of a babbling toddler who enjoyed running around the room; we were mistaken to think this is an adult-only type of villa. We booked this property back in February due to a wine tasting tour that we scheduled for Labor Day weekend. We liked the fact that it was part of the pickup/dropoff route for our Grapevine wine tour and is within walking distance from Old Town Temecula. The property itself is just ok. We had all of the basic amenities that we needed but it definitely isn't a Marriott, Hyatt, nor HIlton property. Breakfast was included from 6:30am to 9:30am and your typical hotel breakfast buffet consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, various breads, cereals, waffle maker, yogurt, etc. The dining area seating is somewhat limited (we were always able to get a table) and there is patio seating outside (facing the street). The only thing I disliked about the breakfast was the scrambled eggs as they appeared to be the powdered kind. The breakfast attendant was also very rude. Did not smile once and always seemed like the guests were intruding her work. She would also get in the way of the guests and would not excuse herself. As for the room itself, we booked a suite and a suite it is not! Basically what makes it a suite is a sofa (not sure if it turns into a sofa bed). They do have a Keuring machine and a mini fridge, but there's no kitchen, utensils, dishware, sink, etc. The room was very clean and the bathroom was big and for the mobility impaired. The gym was very clean and you could tell rarely used. The temp was 76 degrees and the gauge was locked (albeit to make you sweat lol). The laundry room was a joke! Located on the 2nd floor with the ice machine, the cost is an astonishing 4.00 for the washer and 3.00 for the dryer! I guess that is a sign that they discourage their guests from doing their laundry. Not only that, it's one washer and one dryer on one floor for the entire property! I did bring 5.00 in quarters with me as I expected the wash to be max 3.00 and the dryer 2.00 as I have NEVER stayed in a property that had those kinds of ridiculous rates for their laundry machines! Now's where it gets even better...I asked the front desk clerk for 2.00 in quarters (I had enough for the wash but not for the dryer). She informed me that she did not have any quarters to give out. I asked her how can you not have quarters on hand for your guests to do laundry? She shook her head and then sent me to the 76 gas station across the street for quarters. I told the gas station cashier about the hotel clerk referring me to him for quarters and he was flabbergasted! He said he barely had any quarters for the store and was kind enough to give me the 2.00 in quarters in exchange for my two dollar bills. Upon returning to the hotel lobby, I informed the front desk clerk that the gas station cashier said for them not to be referring guests over there for quarters and the clerk just shook her head again. Lastly, there is an indoor pool which I found strikingly odd as most pools in So Cal are outdoor year round with Temecula being in the desert and on the warmer side. Overall, had it not been for the terrible customer service, I would have rated this property 3 stars but I will definitely not stay here again if I'm in the area again.

The fridge / freezer had plenty of space for our waters, beer, and any leftover takeout. I do wish they offered cleaning service during the weekend- as I had to clean out our trash bins myself, but they gave me extra towels and toilet paper when I asked. The breakfast buffet had a good selection- cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, eggs, sausage patty, and potatoes (made mornings super easy and convenient). The good and the bad…read more I booked Staybridge Suites Temecula for a weekend soccer tournament. Location and rates were solid, and my room was ready early on a 97° day, which I appreciated. The kitchenette was functional for a short stay. Then it unraveled. The toilet had weak pressure on arrival and progressively worsened. By Saturday afternoon it turned into a slow drain. Maintenance spent over an hour plunging, then used a snake, which ended up backing up the toilet, shower, and sink. I left for a game after being told an engineer would fix it. I returned at 10pm to the same fully backed-up bathroom. The hotel was sold out, no room move available, and no workable solution offered. No access to a shower either. I had to ask another family on our team if my son could use theirs. Meanwhile, another family couldn't get into their assigned room, which strongly suggested overbooking. The consistent issue wasn't just the plumbing. It was the lack of management. Across three shift changes, there was no manager on site or on call. Front desk staff were polite but clearly undertrained and left to figure things out on their own. Sunday morning, Stephanie at the front desk finally stepped in, apologized, and clearly explained how to process a refund since I booked through a third party. That part was handled quickly once she got involved. End result: I was compensated, but spent Saturday night without a working bathroom. That's not a minor inconvenience. 3 stars for location and eventual resolution, but the lack of leadership and operational support turned a basic maintenance issue into a full breakdown.
