    Dirty counter

The front desk check in was quick and friendly The room we got was a nice size with standard decor BUT it has not been cleaned properly. Ever sliding counter surface had stained and hadn't been wiped down. The grout in the shower is moldy. The floors have old footprints from past people that are signify larger than our small 6.5 sized feet. And stains on our sheets. Basic cleaning has not been done.

There is no good way to put this. It totally sucked.... I've been here for three nights since my son had emergency medical procedure and stayed through the weekend - in each day it got worse. Despite my requests NO ONE EVER CLEANED our room for 3 days from Thurs-Sunday. Day one - entire shower assembly crashed ti the floor while I was showering g - fixed with tension rod later that day. They offer a breakfast and this morning the eggs were literally ice cold to the touch and they were out of just about everything else with 45 minutes left to go for breakfast. Our room has a hole cut out where the fridge would be... I was told it's now for luggage - maybe an extra sheet or blanket or towels next time in that space if your not going to clean - Just terrible service. Not enough staff present to cover this group of guests. Is this really a Hilton property? Insult to injury - locks went off and we could not access our room after 10am last day of stay - staff blamed a computer error that was being fixed Monday...

I stayed here for 5 days while on a business trip in Bloomington, In. The hotel was decent no complaints on the staff. Unfortunately on one night I was woken up from my sleep due to pain I then realized I was being bitten by a bed bug. I then killed it and began to look for others. I found one on my headboard. Completely disgusted I called down to the front desk for assistance. The rep reported to my room right away with keys to a new room. I welcomed him in to see the bug himself, he was also very surprised and expressed his sincerest apologies. Once I was in the new room it was very hard to sleep due to my anxiety constantly making me check the sheets worrying there would be more bugs. On top of that the walls are very thin!! I could hear every conversation in the rooms next to mine. Unfortunately this will be my last stay in an Hampton Inn.

I'm staying here and the beds I liked a lot are hard and very comfortable but in the morning it was 9:15 in the morning and we touched the door that the rooms do and we had the little tartelito at the door of not disturbing and so on. everything touched us and I told them that we were busy and he said to it's good, when we arrived in the afternoon it was the room according to clean but ahy I leave the photos, very bad cleaning, bad bad bad.

I'm graciously giving this hotel a 3 because I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt. Here are the goods, I was in town for a work trip so I was looking for a Hilton property and I wanted something centrally located, check & check. Free breakfast? Check. Positive reviews on Yelp? Check. When I got to my room, I noticed my pillows weren't neatly lined up on my bed (see my pic) and there were old room keys on the dresser - both were signs that made me feel like maybe my room hadn't been given a thorough cleaning. I chucked the 2 pillows and hit the rack for some Z's. I was in room 201 and soon found out what the problem was with that room - it's located right above the front doors - the dual electric sliding doors! Every time someone went through those doors, I heard the dual action as each door opened and closed - 4 sounds per person, mind you...all night long and early the next morning too. I considered changing rooms but the next day a busload of high school students heading for a campus visit of IU checked in so I was afraid I'd end up next to a room full of teens on a field trip. Other than that, the hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was nice. If I'm in town again, I might stay here again but I won't be staying in 201!

Most importantly the room was beautifully laid out to get some work done when I needed a quiet space and unlike many hotels the Wi-Fi was fast and ready for work.

The eggs and biscuits & gravy were especially good--fresh, hot, and actually flavorful, which you don't always get with hotel breakfasts. The room itself was spacious, which we appreciated, but there were a couple of comfort issues. It tended to run a bit warm, and the thermostat didn't seem to cool down to the temperature we set. The air also felt pretty dry overnight. We had an accessible (handicap) shower, and while it was easy to use, it left about half of the bathroom floor soaked after each shower. That made the floor very slick, which was a bit of a safety concern. We also liked that the hotel had a pool, which is always a nice perk, but it was pretty small. Overall, a nice stay with great amenities and breakfast, but a few room comfort and bathroom design issues that could be improved.

Small food store in the front that was very reasonably priced. Rooms were clean, bright and well appointed. Didn't use room service but it was very clean and well dressed. Breakfast setup is typical for the chain and well stocked. Attendants did a great job every day that I was there and they were always cheerful. One drawback is that the gym is very limited. There is enough to get in a workout but the cardio gear is very dated. Overall, solid experience and I recommend this location for a short or long stay.

My wife went to sleep before me, and so when I got into bed and was overwhelmed by the absolute stench of another human's body, especially on the pillow cases and at the top of the covers, which he must have tucked into his stank pits, smearing his sweat and cheap deodorant all over them. It was revolting. I've heard of hotels not changing sheets between guests to save time/money, but I've never been absolutely certain I've been subjected to that kind of filth. Until my April 2026 stay at this hotel. Since my wife was already sleeping (boy did she pick the right side of the bed) I didn't want to disturb her and waited until morning to complain. The person at the front desk seemed to think I was trying to get extra housekeeping (the hotel explicitly does not offer daily housekeeping; hell, they don't even always do it between guests!) and was distant with me about it, saying that "maybe" they'd be able to squeeze in my room today, they'd "do their best". This reaction is why I'm taking the time to write a review; things happen, maybe it was bad luck, but the nonchalant "eh, idk if we have time to change your sheets today" response sent me over the top. My bedding did get changed, but I would NEVER stay here and would warn anyone else to avoid it at all costs.

It is right in town, close to many restaurants/bars/shopping. Which means bar hopping with no need for a DD or Uber. The entrance to the parking of this hotel is via an alley. The turn into the parking ramp is tight, so it isn't great for an inexperienced driver or someone with an extra-large vehicle. The hotel staff was nice enough. Nothing extraordinary. Our room was clean enough with an underwhelming view, but this wasn't important to us. The bathroom had mismatched hand towels hanging, might be a huge trigger for someone with OCD. The fact that one of the washcloths hanging had stains was a trigger for me. I really don't want to be reminded of the fact that random strangers have used the towels before me. The biggest thing was returning to the room late and trying to find bath towels to be sure we wouldn't have to call down in the morning. There is a huge shelf under the sink. Not there. Not hanging. Could not see them. Called down to the front desk and let them know we did not have any bath towels. He advised to look in the rack in the shower. From his answer, I knew that he must get these calls all the time. There they were. I had my husband go into the bathroom and try and find them. It's like smelling something bad and having someone else smell it to prove your sanity. He couldn't see them. The other couple with us said they couldn't find them in their room either, so they had resigned themselves to using hand towels until one of them found them turning on the shower. Why not just put at least two towels on the visible shelf under the sink? You could avoid answering all those calls. The bed. Well, I didn't sleep much. I don't usually sleep well the first night in a hotel, but this bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The next day, I kept wondering why my back was sore. I know why. Anyway, this is an adequate place to stay. Lots of room with the pull out sofa if you need it. We had a "cleaned by" type envelope to leave the housekeeper a tip. She signed it in purple ink and the letter i was dotted with hearts, so cute. I am not sure, but they may have middle schoolers cleaning the rooms. I kind of like the envelope for tips. I always feel weird just leaving money on the bed. I could see guests thinking it was tacky, but those are probably the guests that don't leave a tip anyway.
